When I checked in at the hotel, I asked for rooms upstairs. The front desk staff said no, only the first floor, okay! But when we went to the car to pick up our luggage and returned to the lobby, we saw that the guests behind us were arranged upstairs. My boyfriend said we should ask why they have room upstairs, I said forget it. Maybe they have other room types! So we went to rest. When we went out at 1pm the next day, we found that the rear window was broken and then we went to the front desk to report it. They said you need to call the police. Our hotel is not responsible. I said I parked in the parking lot of your hotel, the hotel front desk said that this parking lot is shared with the store next door! Then we asked about surveillance cameras. They said there was only one at the main entrance. But it can’t be photographed either! Anyway, they are not responsible. We had no choice And we have to call the police and insurance.What a shame, this is the first time and the last time here!

This is my second stay. The front desk guy was very friendly when I checked in and helped us upgrade the room. It felt very friendly. When I checked out, the beautiful lady also asked me about my experience. It felt very good. The hotel has an industrial design and is quite unique. The hotel is in a good location and is convenient for shopping and dining. If you stay in a room facing the street on weekends, the noise from the nightclub opposite will have some impact.
