Really clean, cool, smart hotel.. very accessible to Sunway lagoon, sunway mall, foods shops around, klinik, pharmacy.. this hotel is nice for teenagers as they have PS5 and arcade.. we stayed 3 nights.. had a good sleep.. very helpful even if all done via kiosk and online... best fun hotel.. for a smart stay..:) My boys loved the hotel. We also got 3 free breakfast coupons at next door mamak shop..

The hotel location is good, a walking distance to sunway pyramid with some convenient store nearby buy the toilet is not dry wet separately. But it is expected since only less than RM100 per night.

The staffs are very helpfull and welcome Only the rooms are very small, no big table...no water dispenser in every floors, need to come to Ground floor. Same owner with Artisan Eco Hotel Good hot shower, tips: bring shower cap.

Hotel was GREAT, got PS5, widescreen TV, Pool Table and arcade games!!! also got hot and cold water dispenser

It's a gaming hotel but I can't play any games. All ps5 games expired, the coffee machine is out. Our room is very dirty, no shampoo use hand shampoo instead, the towel looks clean but has some odor and smelly smell, mattress looks never change and pillow is very thin, the aircon....i got no words to say. Very disappointed. See for yourself in the picture.

Parking in that area is chaotic especially 9am, I need to park at a shopping mall. Cleanliness overall ok except for the bed & Lobby sofa, very itchy when sit and sleep. The lobby in there is also quite warm as some aircon turns off . Customer chat service is very good and fast.
