Novotel Hotels in Strasbourg

Novotel is full of bad points...even worse than the ibis next door! (Accor Gold Card or above members in China🤣) There is a shopping mall downstairs, but it is very inconvenient to take a taxi to move luggage. The hotel elevator obviously feels unstable. The hotel twin room, each bed is pitifully small! Only about 80 cm. The hotel did not prepare bottled water, slippers and other supplies. The phone in the hotel room cannot dial the service desk. The breakfast was delivered to the room, but it was not delivered on time even after telling the front desk the night before, so I had to call again in the morning to urge! The hotel bedding is not clean enough and not very comfortable. The trash can was placed at the door, and the cleaning staff took it away directly. I went to the front desk to ask for a new trash can. The front desk said that no one cleaned it at night and there was no trash can... (It is true that French is not good, but English communication is not smooth) This may also be the most bad and weird hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel under Accor😵💫 is just a fake low-end Novotel.
