李李李圓園The location is good, just across the bridge is the Notre Dame Cathedral. However, if you drive by yourself, only licensed vehicles can enter the area near the hotel. It is renovated on a historical building. The exposed wooden building is very unique and the experience is good. Although there is no elevator, there are staff who take the initiative to help carry luggage upstairs. Street parking in Strasbourg is very expensive, 3.5 euros an hour; hotel parking lot 30 euros a day; the hotel introduced a nearby parking lot, parking for about 16 hours, 16 euros.

When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the pleasant atmosphere in the courtyard, the parquet flooring instead of carpet in the rooms, the delicious food, and the fact that it provided all the comfort and quality expected of a holiday, all made me choose the same hotel again. KKkaatteebbThis is a difficult hotel to review. The rooms we originally booked did not match the rooms that we were allocated. I understand that the hotel is an old building with a variety of styles of rooms, but the advertising is very misleading. With the help of the wonderful gentleman at the front desk, Noam(?), we shared our complaint and were given different rooms that were much better. Noam went above and beyond to make us feel accommodated and welcome throughout our stay. One thing to note is that the property doesn’t have USB charging points, so you will need an adapter. Finally, we did have a fire alarm that was very laissez faire (I ran down the WOODEN fire escape stairs in my socks to find the hotel staff (an older gentleman) not really doing a lot - and not really explaining what was going on) and the fire escape had A LOT of cleaning supplies and furniture that in a real situation would have cost lives - I do think this is something the property needs to rectify immediately.

Yyinlingghotel was great! room is big enough to open two lugagges. shower was great, heated but the shower head doesnt stay in place, so you can only hold onto it while bathing. otherwise, use the rain shower. the shampoo and conditioner is quite drying and doesnt work well if you come from a more humid country. byo? theres a small supermarket nearby and area is quite walkable to the main tourist attractions. a mall nearby as well but didnt check that out. bedroom amenities are provided upon request. even though the ac didnt work at first but serviceman came by quickly to rectify. bed was comfy. tv casting doesnt work if youre looking to watch some shows. good stay though.

GGuest UserVery close to the train station. A little far from the old city center, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk there. The attractions are relatively concentrated. The room is not big. After all, why would you need a bicycle in this area? The hygiene is OK. There is no bottled water in the room. You can go to the lobby to get water in a glass bottle and bring it to the room. There is also free coffee. It was written on Ctrip that the room has a small refrigerator, but I found that it was not there when I actually checked in. The breakfast is OK. The breakfast at Mercure has always been OK, but I have to complain about the Asian female employee in charge of breakfast. She greeted all white customers with a smile and said hello after the meal, but when I left and passed by her, she seemed to see nothing. The other service staff were very good, very warm and friendly, but they spoke French by default, hahaha

JJean MonI stayed for one night. The main things for me were the location near the center and the availability of breakfast. Both of these points were in this hotel, so I liked everything. The breakfast was variated, the dining area was large and comfortable, and there were no queues or crowds. The reception staff were very pleasant. The only small inconvenience were the room itself — there was no towel hook in the bathroom, and the room was quite small, but in my case this was not a problem. WWenshuangyuWhat a fantastic hotel! I was genuinely surprised and delighted when I saw my room upon check-in. I had requested a quiet room and ended up with a corner room, which offered an amazing view from its corner windows. The warm sunlight streaming onto the corner sofa made for a super comfortable spot to relax and soak up the rays. The room design was very well thought out, and surprisingly, the bathroom featured a three-part separation (toilet, shower, and sink are separated). There was even a full cart for making hot water and coffee. It felt quite luxurious! The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and frequently checked in to see how my stay was going. It truly was a surprisingly delightful experience. The location is also excellent; just over 200 meters away, there's a tram stop, and a few stops will take you right to the city center. It's perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of the central area. Highly recommend!

AAnonymous UserHonestly one of the worst hostels I’ve stayed at in Europe. The reading light at my bed didn’t work and it never got fixed even after I told the staff. The rain shower was impossible to adjust — the water was way too hot. No hair dryer available either. The bed also had a weird sticky smell which wasn’t pleasant. Pros: Location is great, easy walking distance to main attractions like Notre-Dame de Strasbourg. The building and neighborhood look nice. Common space atmosphere is great and hype. Average service from teenager staffs.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location was good, but you need to reserve parking in advance. Since I was late, there was no parking available, and I had to park 500 meters away in a paid parking lot. It was a 15-minute walk to the hotel. The hotel is located right in the city center, which is a nice spot. Because it's a new hotel, they sent me back and forth to my room a couple of times as they had given me the wrong key card and hadn't loaded it into the system.
