Everything was excellent! Great location, right in the heart of everything, yet quiet. The staff were very, very friendly, and many spoke Spanish. The bed and pillow were fantastic, and the bathroom was very comfortable and clean. Thank you!

What a fantastic hotel! I was genuinely surprised and delighted when I saw my room upon check-in. I had requested a quiet room and ended up with a corner room, which offered an amazing view from its corner windows. The warm sunlight streaming onto the corner sofa made for a super comfortable spot to relax and soak up the rays. The room design was very well thought out, and surprisingly, the bathroom featured a three-part separation (toilet, shower, and sink are separated). There was even a full cart for making hot water and coffee. It felt quite luxurious! The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and frequently checked in to see how my stay was going. It truly was a surprisingly delightful experience. The location is also excellent; just over 200 meters away, there's a tram stop, and a few stops will take you right to the city center. It's perfectly situated away from the hustle and bustle of the central area. Highly recommend!

The single room was spacious enough for one person. The photos online are better than the reality, especially what comes to bathrooms. Carrelage was broken on the floor so I assume there will be humidity at one point. No shampoo or conditioner available. The heating / cooling system did not function properly in the room. The receptionist kindly found me an extra blanket. Ear plugs would have been useful, as neighbours were loud coming to hotel at night. The breakfast was ok, but not standing out.

One of the strangest hotel I stayed. I've visited 21 European Country so far, but this hotel was quite different from the previous ones. Firstly, the check-in process was annoying. The woman in the reception told us that we would not be able to have the key of the apartment before 3 pm, which had been officially anounced. That was understandable. However, the woman at the reception could have been more polite. Furthermore, they asked us to fill out a form although she had already asked our personal information. There was no air conditioning at the reception desk but we had to spend time over there despite the extremely hot weather. After 3 pm, more than 10 people were waiting in front of the desk in order to collect the key of the apartments (havasız küçücük bir alanda)... Finally, it was our turn, they told us that we had to pay a deposit for 50€ (if we break anything in the apartment) and they told us this can happen. Ok, maybe it happened before but although I stayed in apartments more than 8-10 times (in different European countries), I've never encountered a policy like this. Apparently, they came up with a ”genius” policy that no other apartment I have stayed in across Europe has ever had. As a bonus, there is a sign inside the room: ”if you forget to clean the kitchen, we charge you with 15€”... Also, inside the room, there was no enough rack to put our luggages on.. Even if the room was clean, and the location was good enough, this apartment/hotel will be a place I never want to stay again...

Although the decor is a bit dated, it's very clean. The location is convenient, close to the highway and not far from the cathedral and Petite France. The surrounding area is quiet and pleasant. Breakfast, however, was just so-so.

The location is excellent, with the B tram stop right outside. A walk along the Ill River from the hotel to Petite France offers fantastic views. The hotel facilities are also very complete, and a supermarket is about 100 meters away.

no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

Very comfortable hotel, the room is spacious and bright. The big sister at the front desk service is really friendly. The surrounding environment is also very quiet. Living here is very cost-effective and worth recommending

Location: It is just a 5-10 minutes walk from Gare de Strasbourg train station and just less than 5 minutes walk from the mall Place Les Halles where they have many shopping stores and restaurants. Relax walking from hotel to Petite France was just around 15-20 minutes. The hotel area is pretty safe as well. Services: Hotel staffs are nice and very helpful. We arrived before our check-in time and we can keep our luggage in the hotel for free before checked-in and even after checked-out. Amenities: Room has a strong good cold AC - which is very important during summer time. It also has TV, study table, wardrobe, kitchen full set along with microwave, stove, fridge, and proper utensils also its soap. For the toilet, extra tissues, shower and shampoo gel were also provided. Toilet has a towel dryer, hair dryer, mirror lamp. The shower functioning well though the shower room is pretty small. The bed and white sleeping pillows were comfortable, only one suggestion perhaps it can be cleaned more or changed the blue bed cover and square pillows as it was dusty when I came hence I did not use those blue ones. I will surely coming back again to stay here when I visit Strasbourg next time! Thank you once again for the hotel team!

The hotel is well located, with less than 10 minutes walking distance to Petite France, train station and Carrefour. Very comfortable and quiet at night provided us a very good sleep. We like the small kitchen with all necessary utensils are provided. We can purchase some grocery from nearby Carrefour and cook dinner for ourselves. Strasbourg is a very lovely and beautiful city.
