Aparthotel Adagio Access Strasbourg Petite France Reviews

The aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes. Nice things: - Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle. - Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower. Thing to call out: - The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn. - The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin. - The air conditioning is not adjustable.  - Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest. - Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash. - Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.

The accommodation is good but there is no soap since the first day of check-in and I informed the staff at the counter but they did not fix it.

I really enjoyed the experience The room is nice and clean, the breakfast service is good, and the front desk is composed with nice people, especially Patricia who was very helpfull.

Although it's a little far from the station, it's within walking distance and the front desk is used to dealing with tourists and was very helpful. The room has a simple kitchen and is equipped with cooking utensils such as frying pans and plates, so you can cook your own meals. I thought it was a good place overall, and reasonably priced.

There was a laundry and rental equipment, so it was great to be able to stay at the hotel while living there!!

The front desk was very friendly, the facilities were very good, I also liked the decoration of the room, and there was a small balcony, but unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn't get to experience its facilities well. The location is a little walk from the station, if you plan to buy a 24-hour pass, you can take one stop to and from the train station.

Special praise for Patricia, the front desk staff 👍 who is considerate of guests and proactive in solving problems.
