Good hotel. Decent location. £7 to park in their car park which I didn't know about so unexpected charge. Room was ok, can get a bit cold and heating maxed out at 36 degrees but other than that it's not too bad, good value for the price.

Good location, No room service available. The location is good and accessible near the city centre but the room was not sound proof enough and there was noise from the surrounding street coming into room even at fourth floor which was annoying.

I m disappointed because i booked room a double bed they give me room 2 double bed in witch not nice for couple in room

We booked bed/ breakfast for 2 nights. It was a buffet breakfast everything was on cereal fruit juice and hot food if you wanted anything extra the staff were only too willing to get it for you. Lovely room big fluffy towels in the bathroom and complimentary toiletries. The hotel is only 3 year old very modern and clean. I would stay in in again for my next trip. Marlene Glasgow

This is an old hotel in Thornby. I often stay here. It is only a 10-minute walk from Queens Campus. When I was in school, I came here every day to stay. The breakfast is also very delicious, the service staff is very friendly, the soundproofing is also very good, it is very clean and hygienic. Everything is perfect. The sleep is very good, the toiletries are very good, the view is also very good, the floor is also very good, anyway, it is very perfect, it is the best hotel in Thornby

Booked two rooms for a family trip at one time. The hotel is in a very good location, near the city center, and it is very convenient to eat and shop around. Although the room is not particularly large, it is very clean and tidy, and the layout is reasonable. The bed is very comfortable, the pillows and quilts are very soft, and the sleep is very solid. The bathroom is very clean, the water pressure is just right, and the bathing experience is very good. Overall it's OK, the facilities are relatively new, the price/performance ratio is relatively high, suitable for parents who send their children to school, within walking distance, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, very convenient

The room was nice and the breakfast was rich, but the English breakfast was not very good.
