I have to give a big thumbs up to Xiaoquan, the front desk clerk at Pianzaihuang Hot Spring Hotel🎉 From the moment we stepped into the hotel, Xiaoquan greeted us with her bright smile and warm greetings, as if all the fatigue of the journey had instantly dissipated. When checking in, she patiently and carefully answered every question we had, and was well-informed about the surrounding attractions and food recommendations. She also thoughtfully helped us plan the best tour route, so that we, the first-time tourists, could find the direction at once During the period, we encountered a small problem with the room facilities. After we reported it to Xiaoquan, she coordinated and solved it as soon as possible, followed up on the progress, and maintained a high sense of responsibility throughout the process, so that we had no worries at all. In addition, Xiaoquan also paid special attention to details. Seeing that we were with children, she took the initiative to prepare children's slippers and snacks. This intention was really heartwarming. When checking out, she was still efficient and enthusiastic, and did not forget to remind us to bring our belongings.
