"I can’t say I’m a frequent guest of this hotel, but I’ve been coming to it for the past 3 years at least once a year. I have to say that I am a bit disappointed with the service. When I arrived at the hotel, I was very hungry, they used to have a menu for the room service in the room, now it was gone, I had to call them to ask someone to bring the menu to the room. I ordered the food at 10pm, at that time, the selection of items was very limited. Luckily my Chinese is good enough to get by, because almost nobody spoke English there. I understand it’s not mandatory to have a full English speaking staff, but I think at least one person per shift should be able to speak some English in case someone needs it.
Another point that needs improvement was the gym. Objects were unorganized, it looked abandoned.
Besides all of this, when I come back, I might give this hotel another chance, the rooms are clean, the location is good and I am usually someone who’s loyal to brands."

MMichele Tan M WI would like to thank all staffs for making our 2 nights stay so comfortable and amazing. They are all very helpful and their services are really wonderful. The place is very neat and clean.
I brought my 16 months old girl to the retreat. They have specifically prepared her dinner based on my requirement and I must say that their food are really very delicious.
Highly recommend for this retreat! Will definitely come back to this place again when I am here again.

MM45029****看到評論很少，又是剛開業，説實話原本期望值不是很高，但是通過和前台服務員電話預留房間，態度讓我很滿意，到了酒店後，看到服務員工牌的名字叫菠蘿，他也記得跟我通電，因為我強調帶了小孩，入住前還特地去幫我檢查了衞生，還給我推薦本地人吃的餐廳，味道價格都不錯。酒店總體給我感覺還可以，唯一缺點就是因為新一些設施還沒完善，工作人員還不夠熟悉，但是態度都是很友好，基本都能滿足我們的需求，酒店離海邊也近，過馬路對面就到，這次住的是三房一廳的別墅型，比正常的私人別墅好太多了！！風格好看，乾淨衞生！期待明年夏天再來，應該會更完美！我很少特地去評論，但是因為有好的員工，希望酒店也能越來越好！

YYubaibaiqianshuiWe chose Grand Skylight Hotel because it is the only Ctrip Five Diamond Hotel in Yunshuiyao Scenic Area. We are not familiar with this brand, but when we walked through the heavy fog and came to the hotel from the mountain road with few cars and many bends, we felt like we had found the Ark. Although there were few people at the front desk, the service attitude was good and the efficiency was high, and we were quickly arranged to check in. The room was clean, and the bedding and toiletries were very good. The breakfast was quite rich and difficult to choose. The environment inside and outside the hotel was comfortable, and the mountains in the distance were lush with green trees and light mist, which was very beautiful. It is only a few minutes' walk from the hotel to Yunshuiyao Scenic Area, which is very convenient for sightseeing. The dishes cooked in the hotel's Chinese restaurant are also delicious. We dined in the hotel for two nights and were very satisfied.
Choosing Grand Skylight was an unexpected surprise, and it will also be included in our preferred hotels for future travels.

The service of the concierge was okay, and it was very fast to help carry the luggage, especially there was a name Wang, and the name was forgotten. Also, I feel that the hotel is not very friendly to individual guests. On the evening of the 7th, we went to the hotel restaurant to eat. The staff told the restaurant that it was booked. Because I was with the children, I thought that the hotel would eat and worry and didn’t want to go out to find a place to eat. It took a while to agree to let us eat, but offered to let us share with other strangers. The box, the box is a Chinese dining table, the table is a round turntable, considering that everyone who needs to eat at the scene is with children, I think this arrangement is not appropriate, the staff said to ask the leader, and then agreed to open the independent box to eat. The hotel is newly opened, I hope that all aspects of hardware facilities and service awareness will get better and better!

GGuest UserOverall, this is a truly excellent resort. Every single member of staff – from the front desk receptionist (Cai Chunting), the electric cart drivers, housekeeping, and restaurant servers, to even the staff and cleaning personnel at the adjacent Fun Valley – was exceptionally warm and welcoming. It's rare to encounter a hotel where every single team member is so genuinely hospitable.
We opted for an off-peak weekday visit and were the only family on-site during our stay. Despite this, we noticed no decline in environmental cleanliness, facility upkeep, or service quality, even though it was the low season.
However, as the hotel is quite secluded, adding more diverse recreational activities or amenities could attract more repeat guests and better justify its price point.

1 The room facing the food stalls should not be considered a sea view room
2 The room with a foul smell of sewers should be cleaned in time
3 When the room is full, don't be stingy with the suite and executive room. No one lives there all year round, the decoration smells very bad, and my throat hurts after staying there for a day. If it weren't for the full room upgrade, there is really no other way, I must continue to change rooms
4 The dining table in the room is not wiped clean, and the water stains are very obvious
5 The restaurant management is chaotic, and there are guests complaining at the door every morning
6 The breakfast variety is enough, but the appearance is not good. None of the bread looks interesting, the milk is washed, the coffee is weak, and the juice is leaked all over the floor

GGuest UserA few good friends came here to play, and it happened to be a rainy day, so it was very comfortable to soak in the hot springs. The hot spring park staff, Sister Lian, was very enthusiastic and warm. She saw that our slippers did not fit and changed them in time. Because the pool was foggy on rainy days, she saw that the glasses were blurred by water droplets and helped to send glasses cloth in time. It was considerate and thoughtful.

11395082****We arrived at the hotel at around 11 noon, and the front desk quickly arranged check-in. The front desk service attitude was very good, and they also provided us with travel suggestions. The room environment is good. We bought a package ticket and the room comes with a private hot spring. After traveling to Dongshan Island and returning to the hotel, we can soak in the Shanghai Seawater Hot Spring ♨️, which is very comfortable. When checking out, the front desk was helpful in helping us delay our check-out.
Late check out until 14:00: very good.
