Stayed here for the first time for business trip, apart from the socket too far from bed, I have no complaint, it was okay, in the middle of the city, good view.

The hotel is new, recently opened. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel's strongest point is a comfortable and well-designed pool. Unfortunately, this is the end of the pluses. Breakfast - the choice seems to be large, but everything is focused on the Chinese, so a European / American does not have much to eat. It's good that at least there is an egg station. Front desk procedures - even though the hotel was almost empty, we were told to wait three hours for the room. A deposit of RM 200 per day is charged at check-in - cash only, no card guarantee. When checking out, you have to wait at the front desk until the housekeeping checks if you have stolen anything from the room. If you lose the document confirming the deposit - they will not return your money. Finally, probably the most annoying thing - the card scanning system in the elevators - we sometimes spent long minutes trying to press the floor key in the elevator, usually it ended with asking for help from the reception. This is absolutely unacceptable. There is too much to improve here to be able to say that the hotel is worth the price.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was suitable for a family and for those who prefer to relax. The view from our room was fascinating and breathtaking. Their food is super tasty. We only need 5 to 10 minutes to access food places and a trip package to Pasar Semporna. We will book this hotel again once we come back to Semporna.

On honeymoon trip, my wife loves this place! Except that Ctrip personnel did not arrange honeymoon arrangements, everything else was perfect. The food is average, but acceptable. I just feel I haven't had enough. Haha

Pay attention to mosquito repellent in the house. The mosquito coils brought by the hotel seem to be useless. There are motor sounds and air conditioning sounds are also very noisy. For example, I have to wear earplugs when I sleep. Lunch and dinner are not provided free of charge now, and it may be off-season. Breakfast is also made to order. There are not many types but the taste is good. If you order at your own expense, the price is acceptable. It is definitely a large amount of food, so don't order too much. Chinese service is almost equal to no, but basic English is fun. In addition, pay attention to the island transfer to the hotel to make an appointment by sending an email. You may be late for boarding at noon because of waiting for someone. It takes 1-1.5 hours from Tawau Airport to the tourist pier by land, and 40 to 50 minutes on the water. So when booking air tickets, refer to the time provided by the hotel. In fact, there is a certain margin. We left because we were the only ones there. The hotel provided free late check-out and negotiated the departure time for the boat. In addition, I would like to give you some travel advice: you must carry cash with you or have someone to watch over it, especially if you are going to the water for a long time.

Many Chinese tourists will buy seafood to the restaurant for processing. It is very interesting to bargain, which is also an experience. There are also local children playing on the beach, but some will ask tourists for money, and some are very simple. I bravely entered the village and walked around. It was really dirty and smelly, haha! There are also very famous water houses on the island, but they are not together with this resort. You have to walk a little bit, and there is a fee to enter. Let's talk about the sea next to the resort. It is really beautiful. Although the beach is very dirty and there are all kinds of garbage, the sea is really beautiful. You can see the clear bottom by the beach. There are starfish, corals, various small fish, and a veritable jelly sea. We did not sign up for a sea tour to other places. We asked and it was about 65 Malaysian ringgits per person. We stayed for 2 days. We snorkeled at the pier of the resort. The staff was very good. We said we wanted to see turtles, so we dragged a lifebuoy to take us to the place where we could see sea ghosts (actually the water house). To be honest, the quality of tourism practitioners is much better than that of our country. If you don't have high requirements, or are a beginner snorkeler, snorkeling at the pier is actually enough. It doesn't matter if you can't swim. Life jackets, lifebuoys, and responsible staff will satisfy your yearning for colorful underwater time.

It takes about 20 minutes to get there from the pier. You can go directly into the sea from the room. The water is very clear. You can see the sea as soon as you open the French window. You can also see starfish and fish around the water house, and small crabs on the wooden stairs. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included, and there are afternoon tea snacks in the afternoon. There are seafood, crabs, squids, shrimps and some blanched vegetables every night. The stay experience is not bad. Since it happened to be Christmas, I also caught up with the hotel's fireworks celebration! It is recommended to order deep diving directly from the store. The accompanying crew not only has good photography skills, but also gives deep diving photos and videos! ! Love it!
