"Given the location, the hotel is nice. The rooms were compact and bed was comfy. It was okayish in terms of cleanliness and services. Out of the 4 sockets in the room only 1 was working. The courtyard is a nice place to sit. The only other problem is that to take the metro you need to take an auto because it’s on the opposite side and not very walkable. But the New Delhi railway station is easily accessible."

"Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is clean, a short walk from Janpath metro station and the staff are friendly. It is also conveniently close to some key attractions. As an added benefit there is a travel consultant in the hotel who is really friendly and helpful."

"The best thing about the hotel was that it was reasonably priced. The doorman was very nice and friendly. Receptionists were generally friendly, but the female sometimes had a little attitude. I would not book in this location again. This hotel in particular is off a narrow street that is not accessible by car so you have to walk a few minutes to the intersection or 10 minutes to a major intersection because the nearby street is VERY congested all the time. This area is also very densely populated and taxi's take forever to arrive and exit The hotel was not the cleanest. I was not expecting much, but there were a few ants and flying insects in the room. There were stains on the sheets and towels. I stayed for multiple days and I didn't receive room service once. They did call and ask me once if I wanted it, but that day I had declined. The shower water was not hot (but acceptable warm if turned all the way hot) during the daytime. Only during the evening was the water scalding hot. The shower tile was not angled deep enough or the drain was clogged and there was always about 3-5cm of water pooled at the bottom. The sink was outside in view of the room which was fine, but the faucet is over 40 inches above the basin which caused the water to splash out a lot. The breakfast was ok. The presentation and color was great, but the flavor was lacking."

"Well, it is reasonably clean. The staff are friendly and it's quite nice. It's my first time in India, so I wonder if it's normal not to have a hair dryer. It's about a 20-minute walk to New Delhi Station, so it's doable if you try. On the other hand, the biggest drawback is that the train tracks are nearby and you can hear the train horns blaring until late at night."

"Only check-in at about 10pm for a night’s stay. Only hotel to provide one litre of water per person. So grateful for this detail since tap water isn’t drinkable. King bed is comfortable ***** with room size just alright. Air con was alright in my room but super noisy in room 106. We stayed in rooms without windows hence it was quiet. Fast check-in and check-out. Only con is poor location. The road outside always jam compared to other hotels."

"Location is right in centre of cp, making it a perfect choice for us. We had breakfast at the property. Though the taste was ok, but the choice was limited. Our first day at the property was a little difficult as the room had been used by some smoker before us. But the room was changed by next day. Overall a nice stay. Especially i would like to mention the persons at the reception who were all very smiling."

"I had them pick me up at the airport. I was a little late, but the response was very good. The location of the hotel is very car-driven, and I was a little worried that I could hear the horn day and night. The people at the front desk were also very polite, but even though I booked a plan with breakfast, I was told that an additional fee was required because it was not included, and we booked a tour. It was said that our plan was cheaper because it was expensive, and the customer service was like seeing the feet to take money with something, so I refused it clearly or refrained from making a reservation immediately. Show me You should be able to do it. Other than that, security was firm, the room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious."

"First trip to India. I was a little worried about 2 women, but the security was solid and it was beautiful. I love the concept of yellow. The room key was also a digital key that can be opened with a mobile phone, which was a new feeling. There was a cafe in the annex, and the atmosphere was very good."
