Hotel Luxe Stay - IGI Airport Delhi

Overall ok if you search for decent place for rest..but the location is bit far from main road..bit difficult to access on peak hours

This is the worst experience i had since i am traveling. First of all they overcharged me for city tax and deposit. Their rooms aren’t clean, cockroaches everywhere. They charge me a room with breakfast, now see what they serve as breakfast. And all combined the manager and staff are rude and disrespectful. They are discriminating against people. I don’t recommend this hotel to nobody

This hotel is very good, cleanliness was taken care of a lot, the staff was very good, the food was also very good, it is worth the money, I would recommend you to visit this hotel once.

Not bad, I can say good, the only thing is the location is very crowded and so noisy. Close to the airport.

+ positive points 1. Hotel lift 2. Pocket friendly 3. New property therefore it's clean. 4. Near Airport IGI - negative points 1. No breakfast despite it being included in the booking and paid. 2. On the name of breakfast they have a tea and 2 slices of simple bread, no butter, no filling. No breakfast. 3. Inside in the streets, not very visible, not easy to find out, if you don't have the exact location. 4. IN ADDITION TO THE FULLY PAID BOOKING IN ADVANCE, BE READY TO PAY RS. 500, WHICH THEY CLAIM IT'S A CITY TAX.

Pictures shown are not even close what hotel actually appears to be, totally misguided and misleading , mere opportunistic and inappropriate depiction. During mid of night AC was turned off in a even that i was allotted with with not even a single window. Breakfast included :- meant just a cup of tea which tasted close to water, inshort breakfast denied, room untidy, location pathetic and mere waste of money , way too expensive compared to facilities provided.
