AAna_leela_gameI stayed at Hai Long Vuong Hotel for a few days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, close to attractions, and the room had a nice view of the surroundings, which added to the relaxing atmosphere.
The staff deserves special mention for their kindness and support. I had an issue with my pre-booked **VIP Sleep Bus** transfer — the car didn’t arrive at the hotel as planned, which made me anxious about missing my bus. Thankfully, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help. They calmed me down, arranged alternative transportation, and ensured I reached the bus station on time. Their professionalism and care truly made a difference.
Despite the minor hiccup, I highly recommend this hotel for its cozy vibe, great service, and dedication to guest satisfaction. Thank you to the team for making my stay comfortable and stress-free!

- Pretty tasty barbecue in the evening
- Nice surrounding area, though a bit neglected
Cons:
- When booking, it's unclear which camp you'll be staying at (Cloud9 or Cloud View). We arrived at Cloud9, where there was no staff or reception.
- We booked a luxury tent, which was supposed to include a bathtub with a view. The administrator spent several hours figuring out if we were entitled to it, and in the end, we just got a regular shower. At least there was hot water.
- Don't order the soup for breakfast; it's inedible and has a terrible smell.
- Our booking stated that welcome fruits were included. Of course, there were no fruits.
- In front of the tent, there was only one chair and one slipper; apparently, we weren't entitled to the second one either.
- Drinks for the evening barbecue were an additional charge.

RRiog NGreat budget option in Dalat. Staff is really friendly and always available. Rooms on the fifth floor offer a wonderful view on the city, especially nice at night. Internet works well, rooms have a fan and housekeeping is done whenever you ask for it. Only problem was hot water in the bathroom: it was lukewarm at best. Overall good experience 👍

GGuest UserI recently stayed at La Yến Đà Lạt, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of my trip to Đà Lạt. The hotel has a warm, homelike atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The design is charming—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with a lot of natural touches that match the peaceful vibe of the city.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I especially want to give kudos to manager Minh. There was few issues during my last day, but Minh handled the service recovery with exceptional professionalism and kindness. His quick response and genuine care made the experience even better.
My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful valley view. I especially loved the quiet surroundings—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring.
Highly recommended for both the beautiful property and the outstanding hospitality!

GGuest UserThe hostel is located in the city centre no far from the central/night market (walking distance about 15 minutes). we have our meals (breakfast and lunch) at the cafe and food stalls infront of the hostel, but they may closed at night. Our room has private bath and toilet which come with hot water, which is necessary for the cold weather in Dalat. The staff help us to rent a motorbike for two days at VND130,000 per day. We faced rainy days for the two days and used the bike in the morning only.
I have to mention here that when you take the Futa Bus from Nha Trang to Dalat, the bus company will provide free hotel drop off infront of the hostel. In our return bus trip to Nha Trang, we requested the hostel staff to contact the bus company for hostel pick up service. She told us that the pick up shutter bus will come one hour before our departure time. However, we waited for about 40 minutes but the pick up driver didn't appear at all. Luckily, the hostel staff called a private car and the hostel willing to pay for the fee to send us to the bus station just on time for our departure. Thank you generous boss, you are very kind.
Recommended on the service, facilities and cheap price.

GGuest UserClose to the night market and 10 minutes walk. There is a large market in the basement of Lake Park, so I like to move around. The water is good and the hot water is good. I slept quietly and well. It's hot during the day and cold at night. You have to have a warm pedding.

GGuest UserThe impression is that it is suitable for the price. The walls were thin, the outside voice was leaking, and the floor was not very clean. However, I'm glad I was able to leave my luggage until late at night after checking out. Since it is different from the Dalat market, I think the convenience is ◎.

DDermotStaff were not that friendly, the receptionist scanned through our whole passport longer than it should which became awkward. The room was good but no A/C only a fan. Two showers in the bathroom. Overall good location and probably would stay again.
