Good location at Han river side and more than one kilometer to walk to the old part of the city. If people prefers a bit quiet this is a good choice otherwise Hilton and Marriot are more closer to the old town. Everything is fine, only the elevator capacity is a bit tight during the high peak breakfast time and the hotel are full of Koreans.

This is our second time back in 2 years. They have upgraded some of the facilities. Breakfast remains good though I think this time they added more Korean food which is not my cup of tea.
Room is good. Pool is great. The beach was quiet and very private. Our kids love Pullman and they are looking forward going back again.
My daughter accidentally broke the glass in the bathroom and they wanted to charge me for that. It is not a huge amount of money but this is the first time ever I have been asked to pay for a broken glass. As hotel operator, I believe they know usual wear and tear and accidentally damaged items. The room charge should have factored in normal situation like this. It is not vandalism, only one glass was broken and we did not hide it, we left the glass there for them to see and pick up. We were very surprised at them asking us to pay. What if thr fan or air con is broken, will they charge us for fixing it? I suggest them putting a sign up to inform us what will be the charges if things are broken in the room so that we have an option whether we need them to be in the room.

Very good hotel, well located within 10 min walk from the center, 5 min walk from the night market.
Room was clean and spacious although the wall might be a bit thin (I could sometimes hear other guests)
Breakfast was good with a lot of choices.
Staff was good overall, very professional and helpful.
The swimming pool was cool with a view on the city.
Only negative part was the ”fitness center” which was just a tiny room with a few equipment (kinda misleading)
Overall, nice hotel for the price.

It is a lovely hotel and very well located. A lovely view of the sea and just 250 metres away.
The hotel spa and facilities are lovely, and the steam room and spa are great.
The pool is lovely and inside.
The breakfast is good, but the coffee was not for me, so I ordered one from the cafe in reception and it was 40.000 VND.
The room is all new, and the bathroom is lovely and big with a great walk-in shower. The downside for us was that the beds were very high, and we were short, so it was a good mix. We also found the bed matress very hard. A lovely stay and great value for money.

This hotel feels like a rip-off. First of all, it is located on a peninsula, and the surroundings are not very convenient. It is pitch black, and you have to order takeout to go to the supermarket to buy something. I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and I had to catch an early flight on the last day. But when I asked the hotel front desk if there was a free airport shuttle bus, they said that this service was no longer available! I clearly saw that there was this service on Ctrip and booked this hotel. The environment is also average, and it feels like a three-star hotel in China. The sound insulation is not good, and I can hear a child making noise next to me clearly. I don't recommend this hotel. In fact, Da Nang is not very congested, and the airport is not far from the city, so there is no need to book this hotel specifically to catch a flight.

Great hotel with big rooms. I like the check in process in that they ll sit you down at a sofa and come to you to start the check in process. All staffs we come across were very friendly and always greet you. They are trained very well.
TMS is not a new hotel but it has been maintained very very well. The room size is fairly big as well. I truly enjoy my stay here. The location at this part of the beach is excellent as well. It’s easy to cross the road to get the the beach directly
If there is one criticism, it will be the size of complimentary water. 2x330ml is just too few. Please try to upgrade to ＞500ml per bottle as that’s the standard in most hotels

We booked the hotel for 4 nights, not for the location but for its facilities and price. We hired a motor bike for 3 days, so getting around is no issue with the hotel not locate walking distance from eateries.
The staffs are nice and courteous. The included buffet breakfast excelled our expectations. The hotel is popular with the tour groups booking. Hence on the days with tour groups , the breakfast are buffet style. Otherwise, you can order from menu for breakfast.
The roof top pool was so good on the afternoon to cool down.
Will stay there again, but We would book a room with larger windows.

We got a free upgrade to a 2-bedroom residence when we booked a king bedroom. It's a surprise but also feels weird as we only had to use one bedroom - we suspect because of the wedding happening on the same weekend all the hotel rooms were booked. Although our residence is on the 7th floor (second highest floor) and we did have a sea view, we were farther away from the sea and could see many hotel buildings and the less pleasant parts of the hotel (e.g. trash).
The hotel itself is located in the middle of the city, with easy access to a beautiful beach. The waves were chalky so only a few went for a swim - most instead opted for the pool.
The inside of the room needs an upgrade. The room uses a storage water heater and it takes time for heated water to go from the heater to the shower. The shower head has watermarks and leaks. The hair dryer falls out of the socket easily because of the cable with it. The TVs don't show high resolution either (seems it's only for televisions in residences - the televisions in the hotel rooms have been upgraded). The room could use some carpets to make it more homey and cozy as well.
The room is clean, but I noticed a piece of hair in the toilet seat when I first checked in. There are also boxing gloves and swim fins in the cabinet - are these from a previous guest? Should the hotel clear them from the room before letting new guests in?

Just a bit desapoinget with the bed, as we booked a king size bed room but when we saw it was two single beds assembled together of course it’s was not comfortable. Another bed thing it’s the room was not quite as we can heard a lot of noise from the other room next to ours, the kids from that room was screaming until late giving us a nightmare experience in the last day.
Besides of those things, the hotel breakfast is good with many options, staff are nice and very helpful and the hotel location is surrounding by many restaurants and coffee shops, many options, and just 10 min walk to the beach.

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel with the best location right in front of My Khe beach and a few mins walk from the An Thuong Ward. The infinity pool is gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed the gym and spa during our stay.
Some of the cons would be that the wifi in our room is spotty with dead zones where the wifi signal drops, some locations in the room have good wifi connection. There was noise from the street during the day, night and morning from vehicles, that can be heard to the bedroom even though we were on a high floor. Breakfast didn't have many protein options other than egg and pho, and the occasional beef stew.

RRudyAfter 30 mins drive from airport, you will be greeted with beautifully decorated receptionist and stunning view of the private bay.
A buggy ride or combination of outdoor walk + funicular will lead to most room. If lucky, you may encounter the colourful endangered monkey during funicular ride. The ”panoramic” room is on higher floor and present a better view of the bay. View of the private bay from room's balcony attached.
Variety is relatively limited however, quality of breakfast is outstanding. Dine at Citroen for vietnamese food or Barefoot for a more international flavour of meat, seafood and pizza. Food quality was outstanding and specialty coctails were interesting. Long bar was a posh spot for afternoon chill next to swimming pool and beach.
Food and drink prices are on high side compared to Vietnamese standard or even similar resort in SEA. However, visiting the private beach (or bay) is really a treat! Complimentary cold water, sweet potato, and even unsual sunglasses cleaning service or cucumber to cool the face. Complimentary well maintained paddle board, kayak, Vietnamese bamboo basket boat. Plus all usual beach facilities such as beach volley, badminton, frisbee but without crowd.
Attended and very well maintained indoor gym with Technogym and a smaller one outdoor. There is 4K outdoor running route circulating the resort with 100 m elevation.
Bed room and bathroom are luxurious and well maintained. The high outdoor humidity (October) and air conditioned room cause foggy glasses and blocking the nice view from bed room. After adjusting skin to outdoor temperature, relaxing on relatively large balcony with large sofa was a better way to enjoy the scenery.
While my other half experienced the award winning Mi Sol Spa, myself and kid went for private tour to Ba Na Hill from concierge which was on high side compared to online travel portal. However, it worthed for business class car, professional driver and very experienced tour guide whom made everything smooth and trouble free. Complimentary mini bus to Hoi An was pleasant and well timed. Tried local transport Grab for diner outside and it was a mixed experience of efficient cost and feeling of less safety.
Services on all visited facilities were outstanding and caused my wife considering a return during cooler month.

The breakfast was the best we had put of all the 5* resorts we stayed at on our 18 day trip to Da nang. It really is so amazing! You can order your coffee and eggs on the little paper that is provided and this made it so easy. The fresh smoothies in the little glass bottles were so yummy. The supervisor man at breakfast was so lovely and always checked you were happy.
The restaurant right on the beach front, is outstanding. We had the best pizza and pasta there! A++++
We have no complaints about this resort and only wished we had on stayed longer here! We will definitely stay again when we return to Da nang and highly recommend a stay here for anyone!

KKS 128This hotel is awesome! I plan our anniversary at this hotel and ask for some decorations. And the hotel heard it and provided what I want, and extra give us a lovely small strawberry cake with some fruits. Really appreciated it very much. Everything is good, cleanliness, environment, high floor with good scenery view, nice bed and pillows. Only small disadvantage is the location is quite far from city (around 4km), but it’s ok because we using grab service which is reasonable fare for us. Definitely will come back and stay at this hotel again!

GGuest UserI stayed here for 3 nights. Everything looks brand new and impeccable. We took advantage of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It is close to Hoi An, about 15 mins drive from there and about 45 mins from Danang. I had a bit of hesitation choosing to stay here or staying in Hoi An itself, but as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I knew I made the right choice. Everything here are premium and luxurious.
The arrival service made us feel very welcome, check in was very smooth and there are a lot of activities on offer to keep me busy. I took up the free pickleball lesson (thanks Mr Huy for being a very good teacher!) and there were kayak and yoga sessions as well but I didn’t have enough time to do those.
All the staffs I came across were friendly, courteous and very well trained. The concierge is reachable by whatsapp, and responded very quickly every single time. I requested for two extra free bottle of water on my first night and the next day the housekeeping staff left me 2 extra bottles again without having to be asked. It’s the little extra details that makes a lot of difference.
The buffet breakfast is tremendous. Mr Nick was always ready to greet us with a smile there. There were so many things and the variety will change slightly from day to day. There is made to order Hongkong style cheong fun, fresh sugar cane juice which I have never seen done in any hotel before. I like my food and I can tell that everything is of very high quality.
The room size here is massive, clean and the furniture and amenities are in excellent condition. The only little thing missing is the water gun in toilet which should be standard fitting in hotels in Vietnam
There were free shuttles to go to Hoi An at certain schedules which makes it very convenient to go and explore the ancient town. If there were too many people to fit in the bus on the way there, they will arrange a second one to get everyone there so no need to worry about missing out on a spot on the bus. However it’s not the same on the way from Hoi a back to hotel. However it is easy to catch Grab which will cost about 150k vnd. I hope this is something that they can improve, perhaps arrange more than one shuttles to bring guests back to hotel especially on the peak evening period.
We also enjoyed the food at the food court in the hotel. There are many varieties to choose from Asian to western food. The price is quite expensive if compared to outside the complex, but the quality and flavour is top notch. I tried the south East Asian foods like nasi goreng, laksa and ckt and the flavors were right on point.
There were easy access to a huge private beach as well, where you can kayak, paddle, ride an ATV, swim or simply walk on the beach.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It was fantastic and easily ten points out of ten.

Balcona Hotel is highly recommended for everyone to stay and one slight issue they might improve on is the spread and menu of the breakfast, but that's me setting the expectations too high probably 😅
Overall everything is excellent with a perfect score of 5 🌟

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Beachfront. My wife received a pleasant surprise with a beautifully decorated birthday greeting in our room. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was good and the Vietnamese coffee was excellent. We enjoyed the private access to the beach with beach huts, deck chairs and cabanas scattered across the area. The main pool looked very inviting. The shuttle to Hoi An is very convenient and it took only 10-15 minutes to get there. Our room was spacious and clean. We did feel that a small coffee table would have been ideal. Night lights would also be a helpful feature. The overall property was well maintained and there was some ongoing renovation works.

SSriram’sWe recently stayed at the Koi resorts at Da Nang. We researched and compared the prices, amenities, accessibility etc and zeroed in on this resort. We booked through trip.com and got a good discount of approx 25%, we were a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The overall experience at the resort was fantastic, the villa quite huge, with awesome pool (common and within the villq) and beautiful location, but let me start with a few negatives:
- while this is advertised as a 4 bedroom villa, it’s more like 3.25 bedrooms. The room downstairs is for just one person, my dad had to get an extra bed to be placed in the living room and slept there.
- For the 2 bedrooms on first floor, there is only one common toilet and bathroom, 4 people using 1 bathroom and toilet is a bit difficult. Would be good if they had done an attached bathroom and toilet for every bedroom (considering the space available is huge).
- When we reached, the aircon was not working, we had raised a complaint and they fixed it later by cleaning up the filters
- The toilets get very smelly as there is no proper ventilation (there’s a fan in the roof) but not good enough to remove the smell. Once again, we complained and they did some fix. Didn’t result in much of change.
- We are vegetarians, so there’s very limited options in the breakfast buffet, but they do oblige to make local vegetarian dishes separately for you if you request (the spring rolls, Pho, curry soup and glass noodles were lipsmacking!)
Despite all of these negatives, it’s the staff who are amazing and make up for all the shortcomings. They are forever smiling, very sincere and earnest, extremely polite and attend very promptly to your every single need. Not even once did we see them show even the slightest irritation or delay things. They had almost become like friends with us and they went extra mile to make sure we are taken good care of. The property is maintained spick and span, with beautiful landscaping and overall impeccable service. Absolutely enjoyed the experience, thanks and Kudos to the team!
