The location is perfect. The nearest subway station is University St., and many buses are within 500 meters walking distance. The Central Library is diagonally opposite. Go straight down Madison St to the seaside and you will find the Ferry Station. If you want to go to Pike Market and the aquarium, you can go on foot. Each person can get two bottles of bottled water at the front desk every day. Although the buffet breakfast is the same every day, it can still meet the needs of food and clothing. The service staff is quite diverse, and the overall cost performance is good.

The hotel is in a great location, with many restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and shopping malls downstairs, which is very convenient. It is about 7-8 minutes' walk from Pike Market and Amazon headquarters, and the light rail station is also nearby. The room is big enough, and the sea view room is a little blocked by the high-rise buildings. The facilities are a bit old, but they are well maintained.

The lobby is quite spacious, the room is clean, but the food is not good. The egg pancakes I exchanged with my card are not tasty. I feel that the cost performance is not high.

The hotel is a century-old hotel, but it has been renovated. The layout is very reasonable and the comfort is very good. There is a coffee machine and a kettle. When the car arrived at the hotel, the porter came to carry the luggage immediately, gave a list, and asked me to hand it over to the front desk directly. After the formalities, the luggage was delivered to the room soon. Of course, tips are required. Four large boxes and golf bags, but I didn't do it myself. It is worthy of being a five-star hotel!

Hotel overall is a great location and you are certainly paying for that. The lobby, waiting area, etc. are super nice. The rooms on the other hand while clean have dated/pull out couches that are not great. The bed was clean and comfortable enough but I wouldn't say any better than your standard travel lodge hotel. The closet shelf barely head the weight of the room safe on it and the safe door wouldn't stay closed so that was poorly placed.
My biggest gripe is the bathroom for a 175+ dollars a night i'm expecting a spotless nicely kept up bathroom. The bathroom vent didn't work at all nor had any way of turning it on. The ceiling was very low and crappy office type paneling and had a fire sprinkler over the tub! The flooring, counter top and shower walls are marble which is nice but I don't think the staffing knows how to properly take care of marble because my room, and two of my other friends' bathrooms were all the same the marble had a yellow/green tinge to it like it needed a heavy duty steam clean or scrubbing. The shower head was also horrible and needed replacing too.
Overall you're paying for location as you're walking distance to Pike market place and other down town stuff but for the price the hotel commands not sure its worth it. Not a horrible place by any means and it worked and was clean just expected more of the room accommodations.

Newer hotel, everything is expensive đ, toothbrush and toothpaste have to bring your own, if you want the hotel to have a set of 20 dollars, parking fee 60 dollars a day, and finally you need to pay the city fee and tax, the room is very clean, the scenery is very good, we live in a sea view room, you can watch the sunrise and sunset on the bed, Walking can reach many attractions
Enjoy stunning Elliott Bay and Puget Sound vistas from your downtown Seattle luxury hotel room or suite, and world-renowned attractions at the Hotel''s doorstep. Sleek, modern interiors crafted of wood and stone bring the Northwest inside, while local artwork showcases the city''s creativity.

MMcalpin/CraftThis hotel was very clean, upon entering the staff was friendly and got us all checked in and up to our room quickly, which was a nice hassle free experience. Although there was little to no street parking there was ample room in the garage but the cost was a little steep at a whopping $60 per night, it was however very convenient to not have to fight for a street spot and secure piece of mind knowing our car was tucked away safe in the garage. The room itself was very spacious and the linens were wonderful, a big cozy bed with a fluffy down comforter and luxury towels in the bathroom. There were the usual mini fridge, microwave, and an in room safe. As well as a tv equipped with free WiFi. Overall we had a great nights stay and would highly recommend this hotel for an inexpensive yet lavish experience

WwanFantastic. Breakfast included, close to Space Needle and Museum of Pop Culture. Easy to get to the Westlake Center, Pike Place Market and got a day tour readily.
The 24/7 coffee machine, self-served laundry are very thoughtful.
Wifi connection to Mainland Chinese mobile is a problem. There's no connection issue with iPhone.
The G/F food store ensures you could get late night food upon arrival.
Lime water welcome drink is refreshing and the catering as well as housekeeping teams are professional and helpful even at peak times.
Guest parking is welcome.
I highly recommend this Inn to Seattle city and business travelers. It's close to the Seattle Center, thus also the Pacific Science Center and the Children's Museum too.
GGuest UserThe hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didnât they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a âdaily feeâ, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the âdaily feeâ.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they canât help much!!!!!
BBoyangThe first W hotel I stayed in abroad, compared with the positioning of domestic W, Seattle W is more like a domestic modern four-star standard. The location of the hotel is still very good. It is just next to the famous public library. It is also within walking distance from the most famous Pike Place Market. The style of the hotel is also relatively young. It is an atmosphere full of youth and freedom that is admired by young people.
GGuest UserStayed here for three nights for my husbandâs birthday weekend. Excellent location for downtown activities as well as the Capitol Hill neighborhood, which boasts a vibrant LGBTQ community. Bar and concierge services need some fine tuning, but the breakfast is presented well. Better get there early! Parking garage onsite with short walks to bus, streetcar and light rail lines. Housekeeping was good and the suites are very nice with stylish decor and innovative shower designs and features.
Gym is small, but the second floor has plenty of space to work remotely in comfort, including an outdoor patio.

HHappybirdCanât sleep well for our 4 nights stay because the ambulance was so noisy every night and the car nose too! If you walk from the train station to hotel, you have to walk at least three blocks on every sharp uphills which I donât like! The washroom was so small special in the toilet and shower tubs! The beds was too soft too! Just like the ever old hotels. Totally not refer to this hotel when its price is almost $300/night!!đđ
SSchnarr84Great location 10 minute walk from SEATAC train station. You can even walk from the terminal here if you wanted (25 mins). Clean, very friendly staff. For the price, worth the stay. Safe as well.
