The hotel is in a great location, with many restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and shopping malls downstairs, which is very convenient. It is about 7-8 minutes' walk from Pike Market and Amazon headquarters, and the light rail station is also nearby. The room is big enough, and the sea view room is a little blocked by the high-rise buildings. The facilities are a bit old, but they are well maintained.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Seattle Washington. The location is in the middle of activities, the spectacular restaurant 13 coins is connected to the hotel, warm pool, hot and bubbly jaccuzi and great customer service by Betty and a female employee in the evening working near the buffett on Monday, September 5th. I cannot recall her name, and no one at the hotel could provide a name to me to deliver accolades and kudos.

The Renaissance Seattle Hotel is located at the foot of downtown, the gateway to the city’s restaurants, shopping and attractions. The property is clean and attractive with upscale finishes and an accommodating staff. The room was well laid out, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was small but quite usable. The location near I-5 notwithstanding, the room was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast food was of high quality and served in a bright, inviting space with good service. I did notice a gratuity of 20% already had been added and suspect some people unwittingly pay 2 tips.

I was determined to book this hotel for our 20th wedding anniversary trip to Seattle, which is good, because frustrations with the All.com, fairmont.com websites and the Accor ALL app made it a challenge to actually do so. When I finally booked, I put a note on the booking that it was a very special occasion. We arrived by cab. While the four bellmen at the front did help unload the luggage, they also told us we seemed capable of carrying the bags in ourselves. I'm not sure if that's because we didn't arrive in an upscale SUV, or if the hotel just takes a passive approach to greeting guests. The underwhelming continued when we checked in, and I was asked what brought us to Seattle. I reiterated what was on the booking -- very special anniversary, chose to come to the Olympic Hotel to celebrate. ”Oh, congratulations. Elevators are behind you across the lobby.”. As a platinum member, a certain number of perks are granted. We arrived to a plate of bonbons and some fresh fruit. It's the fist hotel I've stayed at that actually did supply fitness gear (per Platinum perks), which was a nice surprise. I was less pleasantly surprised to find no mini-bar in the room, not even an empty fridge. I'd booked the Signature King Corner View, and it had what is likely one of the best views in the hotel. The room was nicely sized, with a desk, sitting chair and ottoman, and the king bed, with windows all around. The bed was super comfortable (as expected!). The bathroom was spacious, but in need of renovation -- at very least, to replace the old, tiny tub/shower and under-pressured, inferior shower fixtures, as well as the tile throughout. It was clean, or at least mostly, and while towels were showing some age, they were still fluffy. Amenities were a bit more limited than other properties, but we knew we could call down for extras if we needed to. Staff in hallways were friendly, and anything left in the hallway seemed to disappear quickly enough (ie room service trays and other detritus). Requests for amenities (pillows, coffee/tea replenishment) were met quickly and graciously. But... the door/bellmen were routinely disinterested -- the number of times we pushed through the main doors while they stood off to the side talking to one another was surprising. (Guests arriving in elegant dresses? Lots of help. In a shiny SUV or luxury car? Loads of reaction. But two 40-somethings dressed casually, but paying plenty to stay at the hotel? Not so much a glance or offer of help.) Housekeeping is rather annoyingly ”on demand only”, but we happily found our room had been serviced on our first day while we were out -- and when we called on subsequent days to request service, the response was gracious -- and the room was always done by the time we returned. Room service (breakfast one morning) was fast and delicious. Service in the lobby bar was friendly and the drinks were delicious. There are two restaurants -- The George and Shuckers -- and the lobby bar offers

I stayed at the Lotte Hotel for a business meeting. The rooms were very comfortable and well stocked with a Nespresso machine, tea kettle, coffee and tea, and high quality toiletries. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the desk was well situated for getting work done. I did not dine in the restaurant, but all of the food and beverage for the meeting was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to many restaurants, and it is about a 15-20 minute walk to the Public Market. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel can be rated above 90 points, and stayed in three hotels in four days. If domestic friends have a psychological expectation for American breakfast (too simple), the only problem with this hotel is that it is far away from the city and goes to attractions A bit inconvenient, but it's beautiful and quiet 漂亮

I love Kimpton properties and the Palladium did not disappoint. Traveling during COVID can be tricky, but I felt perfectly comfortable at the Palladium with the precautions being taken. First, let's start with the staff. I called prior to my arrival and spoke with Jonathan because I wanted to ensure my room type. He was extremely helpful and even remembered me at check-in. We're in Seattle to celebrate our birthdays and Jonathan graciously upgraded our room. The level of service we received from both Jonathan and Sahara was superb! They were both genuinely pleasant and friendly every time we passed the front desk, and not that I'm only being nice because it's my job friendly 😉. We talked places to visit, restaurant suggestions, etc. LOCATION - located about 2 blocks from Pike Place and the Market. It took us about 7-10 mins (if that). We also walked to Pier 56 for dinner at infamous Ivers. There's countless restaurants within walking distance. We decided to Uber to the Space Needle for less than $7, which we could have walked to in probably 15mins. Arriving from the airport was about $42 in an Uber so we decided to be adventurous and take the light rail for $3 each and took about 40mins. From the station it was about a 12min walk (uphill 😊). Property - as a Kimpton it was full of charm. I missed the usual beverage offerings, but I'm sure that's thanks to COVID. The hotel and rooms are quaint and full of character. The one bedroom is spacious with a separate living room equipped with table and TV. The bathroom is amazing with footed tub and huge shower. The bedroom really makes you feel at home and not a hotel room. I just missed the character pillow. Maybe they aren't putting them out because of COVID. Overall - Stay here! You will be happy with your choice just as I am.

Loved how clean and modern the hotel is!! Really gave excellent vibes as you step in.
The room was SPARKLING CLEAN. Every corner. Much appreciated.
The hotel gave four bottles of water daily.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The tourist fee gave lots of benefits such as the $15 daily credit which was much appreciated.
The area the hotel was in felt largely safe in its vicinity.
There were lists of info given.
Negatives
I arrived on thanksgiving and asked front desk if there were any available food offerings near the hotel and got non-answers…. I walked around everywhere only to realise most shops were shut. I felt that front desk could be more helpful.
Was locked out of the room when the battery for the door died. I had to go up and down and request for front desk to accompany me up to ensure the door could be quickly fixed. Felt likee there could be more initiative from front desk esp in situations like these which I know isn’t their fault, more of a property issue. But a little initiative goes a long way.
The blanket was really thin and didn’t feel like a proper bedding.
But overall, I enjoyed my stay.

KKira BallingerWent as a solo traveler. The room was very clean & hipster chic. The food at the attached Ben Paris restaurant was great! Everyone who worked there was incredibly nice & very helpful. Walking distance to so many great Seattle attractions: ferries, the Seattle Art Museum, Pikes Market, Under the Streets tour as well The Can Can Can Culinary Cabaret. The only drawback is the parking - like most older big city hotels there is no attached parking structure. The paid parking structure ($10-$32/day) is about 1 city block down from the hotel and is a bit sketchy if you are coming/ going at really late/early hours.
All in all I would really recommend this hotel! I really enjoyed my stay there!

GGuest UserStayed here for 3 nights whilst holidaying from Australia. Quirky, fun pineapple theme throughout- plush cute dog on the bed, pineapple pic on pillow, bathrobe etc. Free welcome drink of your choice from a selection. No free breakie - but has a few things you can buy- drink, pastries in packets in a fridge in the foyer.Coffee was also sometimes available. Room was clean and had nice decor. Wifi also worked well. The staff were very friendly and helpful-they happily printed off our bag labels for our luggage for our Alaskan cruise. Hotel is in a good location- easy walk to space needle, restaurants- lots of choices, handy mini mart, good coffee/donut shop close by. Bed was a bit hard for us- but that is personal taste. To watch movies you had to log into your own Netflix etc account- a few free movie channels would have been nice. Would stay here again and recommend to others if in Seattle.

WwanFantastic. Breakfast included, close to Space Needle and Museum of Pop Culture. Easy to get to the Westlake Center, Pike Place Market and got a day tour readily.
The 24/7 coffee machine, self-served laundry are very thoughtful.
Wifi connection to Mainland Chinese mobile is a problem. There's no connection issue with iPhone.
The G/F food store ensures you could get late night food upon arrival.
Lime water welcome drink is refreshing and the catering as well as housekeeping teams are professional and helpful even at peak times.
Guest parking is welcome.
I highly recommend this Inn to Seattle city and business travelers. It's close to the Seattle Center, thus also the Pacific Science Center and the Children's Museum too.
GGuest UserStayed at this property twice in 9 days at the beginning and end of our cruise, This property is very convenient to the airport. I normally would have given the property an Excellent rating except for an issue with the most relevant aspect of the property. The property has a 24/7 airport shuttle which runs every half hour. The property shuttle will also take you to many local dining establishments which is very convenient. Due to the really bad lines at the airport, it is very important to get to the airport early so you don't miss your flight. Upon check-in, I signed up for the shuttle to catch my flight in the morning. I literally watched the young lady at the desk write my name, room number and time in the book. The next morning, I went out early to the shuttle and was rudely told by the driver that I was not listed for a trip and I could not be taken to the airport. The shuttle left without me. I then spoke to someone at the desk who agreed to get me an Uber. Not that I blame the hotel, but the Uber showed up really late because he apparently ran an errand before he picked me up. This whole episode really cause a lot of anxiety and could have been avoided. The hotel itself is very nice, the room was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Breakfast is a to go very early in the am and then becomes hot and cold food after a certain time (don't recall the time). The hot breakfast was very good. Every one working at the hotel desk is very nice and professional. One real advantage of this property is that they will let you check in early after your cruise once a room is available. My only advice staying here is before you go to sleep, call the front desk and make sure you are on the shuttle.

Very Good
JJesse MunkThis was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met.
He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel.
He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees.
After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner.
As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years.
My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately.
After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found.
Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity.
AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services.
I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!
GGuest UserThe W Seattle was conveniently located and within walking distance to most of Seattle’s attractions (Pike Place, Space Needle, waterfront). The small entrance to the hotel is located on Seneca Street and during our stay we were “greeted” by a few homeless folks who hung around the entrance. Returning to Seattle after a few years away, we noticed a lot more homeless people – the homeless people did not bother us but you did feel a little unsafe during the evenings. Check-in: Unfortunately we checked in past 9pm on a Friday night and in true W fashion, the DJ had the music so loud that the lobby was deafening and it was impossible to communicate with the front desk. Thankfully the front desk were well prepared and handed us a one sheet summary with a welcome letter. Breakfast: Disappointing. I have had better free breakfast at Marriott Courtyard. We had breakfast included with our room and this was capped to $20 per person. The quality of the breakfast items were average at best and very over-priced. Room: We had a lovely Corner Studio on a high floor which had amazing views of the water. The room had a Nespresso coffee machine which was restocked daily. The only downside to the room was the bathroom. Compared to other W hotels, the bathroom/shower was a little dated.
GGuest UserMake sure you compare your credit card charges to your actual reservation charge prior to checking out. My credit card was charged $210 more than what my total reservation was. I didn’t know why the difference was so much. When I went to check out, I was told it was for high speed data charges. I have an unlimited phone plan. I don’t need to be connected to the hotel website. When I connected my netbook, I made sure to select the free Wi-Fi. The hotel receptionist told me they would take the charges off my bill which they did. As a Marriott Bonvoy member i rec'd a message to check in to my room. I checked in on the app and requested an early check in and extra towels. When i got to the hotel, the receptionist was okay but not warm and welcoming. i did not receive early check in and no extra towels. This doesn’t matter to me as much as being overcharged but Corporate Marriot should not be sending emails or messages to its members offering early check in or other requests if the local hotel cannot provide such things. Overall i had a good stay, and i would have rated this hotel 4 circles but they lost a circle b/c of the overcharge. The location of the hotel was good, a 10 minutes’ walk from Westlake station. The room was a bit smaller than other Residence Inns' i stayed at but still good. Kitchen was nicely equipped. The room had a closet and dresser. The shower was great. Good pressure and hot water. Beds and towels were comfortable. What was a bit annoying was the way the lights worked in the room. The master controls the lights in the entire room. It is also connected to the nightstand so if you charge your phone, the power will shut off in the middle of the night! I woke up a couple of mornings to phone not charged 100% and wasn’t sure exactly what it was. The lights have some sort of motion detector thing which shuts off the power at night. I finally figured it out and was able to adjust the nightstand light. The breakfast was good but the area of the breakfast cannot hold the amount of guests this hotel has. Within 30 minutes many of the items available were gone. Replenishing took a little bit. The hot water used for tea had a slight coffee taste. What would add to the breakfast would be peanut butter. They had jams, cream cheese, jellies, butter, but no peanut butter.
