The front desk service is very good, but the travel converter cannot be used. The front desk also specially helps arrange for people to buy it and deliver it to the room. The room service was also very fast. They even sent a piece of bread, so I was too lazy to argue.

There was a used soap bar in the shower when we arrived. The bed was extremely hard and the pillows were very soft, it was not comfortable. When we arrived the room was warm and the water was hot. Part of the way through our first shower the water got cold and the heater quit working. The next day it got COLD outside and there was absolutely no hot water, got out of a cold shower and the air was blowing very cold. They did send someone up to fix the issues and we had hot water that evening. When we woke up in the morning the room was 79 degrees though the heater was set at 70. It was very hot. The shower was cold again and there was brown water leaking through the ceiling tiles above the shower.
The location was convenient and the view of the river was really nice.

The location of the hotel is good, the room is super clean and tidy, the whole hotel is in line with five points, why I didn't give five points just because the location of my room is not so good, facing the roof full of a lot of air conditioners

Great location only minutes walking distance to the cruise port/outlet mall and is across the street from the streetcar/trolley line, and only a block from the WW2 museum. From here you can go anywhere in the city that you need. No pool but we don’t swim a whole lot so it’s not an issue. Staff was super helpful with an issue with our room and allowed us to check in early. Will gladly recommend this to anyone and will probably use it again next time we visit New Orleans.

The location is very good, super close to the French Quarter. However, the location of the room is very poor. The windows are facing the high wall opposite the Hutong.

A city for the senses, from the enticing scent of hearty gumbo to the energizing beat of a jazz band. The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans is a French Quarter luxury hotel where the city comes to life as soon as guests cross the threshold of the historic luxury hotel. Set within the 1908 Beaux Arts Maison Blanche building, our hotel highlights traditional Southern ambiance with an elegant interior that reflects the graciousness of Garden District mansions.

Good location, just on the French street, 5 minutes walk from each red store. The hotel is beautiful and the small indoor garden is perfect for afternoon tea. The local Jumbo soup is also available for free at the hotel lobby, similar to the black pepper seafood soup, which tastes good. At the time of check-in, the front desk asked me if I would upgrade the room type, I agreed, but the upgraded room was charge100 knife in the club room, but the room was small, only half a window, so I decided to change back to the original garden interior room, I think The room is bigger and more comfortable.

OOwenThe location was perfect, so close to the French Quarter, great food, and the water. Great welcoming service started when we arrived in the rental car. Bell hop was very attentive and full of answers for our questions of the area. We visited the pool and it was nicely arranged with several seating options. We did not order food but it was available along with your choice of beverage. Service at the pool was very friendly. We were also visited at our room asking if we need any water, room service, or anything else. We did use the concierge for dinner suggestions, and the food was great! The Windsor
Court Hotel does offer a few restaurant choices however being in New Orleans for one night we wanted to experience its culture.

CClaire LockeI would stay at the Drury Plaza again. They had a full hot breakfast, and free drinks with more than just appetizers every evening. The location was close to many great tourist locations. (I recommend walking to Daisy Mae’s restaurant right up the street for a delicious lunch.) Shout out to Jamie, the manager at the front desk, who helped me with my reservation in a courteous and friendly way. It also made us feel secure knowing only guest with a key card could get in the hotel and access all the amenities. The only thing I would change would be getting a room not facing the main street, as sometimes the loudness of the busy outside could be heard in our room, but other than that everything was great!

VVictoria FrancesThe reception staff and Bell Man were beyond lovely. My wine unfortunately smashed in my suitcase and they went beyond the call of duty to help make sure everything was dry and clean in time for my flight. They also gave some really useful tips for restaurants in the vicinity when I checked in! Creole House is very near and delicious. I liked the location of this hotel, you could walk to most of the main attractions bourbon street ect but also easy to get an uber too at night time or if it was too hot!

BBrian Rose HensleyThe shower did not have enough pressure so it was hard to feel clean/get soap out. Another friend's shower had too much power and sprayed hard in multiple crazy directions. The vanity mirror light did not work in most of the rooms our friends had but it did in ours. And the lighting in the rooms is very minimal so that mirror is necessary. The street was sometimes closed off due to construction so Lyft drivers were easily confused, but sometimes it wasn't. We woke up one morning at 8 am to the sound of a jack hammer right outside the window. It didn't stop that morning but the lady at the front desk did call and make sure it didn't happen again which we very much appreciated. When we checked in, there was a water station in the lobby. It broke and they did not set up another one, but said we would need to go to the main hotel to get water. There were a lot of negatives but the rooms themselves are very large and lofty (as the name suggests). It has a TON of potential but needs better service/management.

TTheeTallNursePerfect location, walking distance to pretty much everything to do in downtown New Orleans. Room was very clean, bathroom was small but understandable. Staff was very friendly and nice even during an influx of check ins. They were still pleasant and nice. Staff and food at the restaurant were very nice and accommodating as well. Valet service was extra but worth it. No issues and staff were very nice. Beverage fridge in the room was stocked full with variety for purchase. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and the room was cleaned without having to ask for anything. Overall a great stay. This was my first time staying at this hotel despite being to NOLA way too many times to count. Will definitely add to my rotation of hotels for future stays.

GGuest UserThis was a stop over as our train stopped for the night in New Orleans and was to leave out in the morning. We arrived very late as our train had been delayed and staff was very helpful in getting us checked in. The room was quite comfortable. It had a refrigerator but no microwave which we would have greatly appreciated. We had to be up early to catch our train and we were unable to have a hot breakfast due to the lack of the microwave. Other than that, everything was fine. Hope to come back when we can stay longer.

GGuest UserTo check into the room was a breeze. The customer service rep was excellent at his job and even helped me get information about a tour I had booked. The room itself was shabby or well worn looking and smelled. Maid service was good in that the bed was made everyday, but the bed itself was lumpy. There were rust stains in the bathtub. To step outside to smoke a cigarette, one is bombarded with homeless people asking for money or cigarettes. Seems more could have been done to safeguard guests standing in front of the hotel waiting for something or just getting a breath of fresh air from such harassment. I then found out there was a balcony on the 2nd floor where guests could go to smoke their cigarette. The view from the balcony is excellent as it looks right down on Burbon Street, what a treat. Spending days exploring the city and later going to the balcony in the evenings became a routine for me. That is until one night leaving the balcony heading toward the elevator I ran up upon a woman who was stooped down peeing on the floor by the wall that has a picture of a lady with a piece of paper over her eyes. There were bathrooms on the second floor, so I couldn't understand why she would do that. I guess that speaks to the type of person she is. I was appalled. If that is a representation of the type of people who book rooms at the Astor, then that hotel is not the hotel for me! No, I will never stay there again

TTangdanlingThe hotel is located between the business district and the garden area, and the French business district is a little distance away. It is a garden-style hotel with good parking spaces, suitable for families and children. It is convenient to have a microwave in the room, but there is no kettle for boiling water. The staff are black and very welcoming. The bed is particularly high after adding a mattress. People who are not tall may not be used to it. Be careful when you get out of bed at night. There is no bathtub in the room. There is a seafood restaurant next door.
BBriana FullerThis was a beautiful space. Nice and chill vibe. The place had board games and a bar with very unique cuisine. I had never tried anything like it before but it was wonderful. I was only slightly disappointed by the rooftop bar being closed on the first night. And actually, because of the signage, I just assumed it was closed indefinitely. I didn't realize until the night before we were supposed to check out that it had been reopened.
