The breakfast is plentiful and the facilities are complete. The swimming pool, tennis court and gym are all available. The room is large, the parking is convenient, there is a separate yard, and the walk is safe and worry-free.

Except for the overall price increase during the concert, everything else is pretty good.

Excellent new construction, spacious rooms, great natural lighting, tasteful design. The location is also great, with many dynamic restaurants and shops within walking distance.

In the suburbs, a little distance from the city center, there is Wal-Mart next to it. If you are driving, I recommend this hotel. Breakfast is a typical white meal. Asians will be nauseated when they see it. At 11:11, someone will come and urge you to check out. The air conditioner is very cold and the noise is a bit loud

The hotel was very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The evening happy hour and morning breakfast were excellent and a great way to end and start our days. I highly recommend the brisket omelette, it’s absolutely delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to smu, surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, bookstores, shopping and eating places, the rooms are large, very clean and comfortable. Need to boil water, call the kettle, and quickly send it to the room.

I had a dreamlike encounter. Fortunately, I had reserved your hospitality earlier in the depths of time. Otherwise, I would not have been able to meet you in the torrent of this weekend. Now, everything is fine and poetic, which has lived up to my long-term expectations and waiting. It is really beautiful.

Great location and amenities. The Jade Waters park is a great bonus! The only complaint I have is how extremely slow and under staffed the pool bar was. If you’re going to raise the price of the wristbands from $25 to $55 because it’s Memorial Day weekend then it would make sense to bring in additional staff to ensure that everyone is served in a timely manner. Waiting in line 30 mins + for a drink takes guests away from fully enjoying themselves.

Was a guest at the Hyatt as part of the ICSC Red River Conference and was very pleased with most of the experience. There were shuttles available that chauffeured participants between the Hyatt and the Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center, a benefit likely paid for by ICSC but accommodated by the hotel all the same. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was better than average although there were a couple of very small places in the room that could have used more attention. Parking isn't customer friendly, just like everywhere in downtown Dallas: Pay big money for valet service and a parking garage or pay to park on an open, unsecured lot a hundred yards away. The room's HVAC system worked wonderfully, which was great because it was on the west side of the building. The bed was especially comfortable and all of the linens were spotless... Which is always good. Did not get a chance to visit the gym or swimming pool. Did not patronize the restaurant or bar but have had good experiences in both places during past visits. The bottom line: The Hyatt Regency is still a safe bet in Dallas.
