"The staff are very nice and professional. The breakfast is very good with big selection of dishes. Restaurant serves food all day - I found the menu food so so, but the price was fair. Main swimming pool is reasonable size Room was very clean, but I couldn't stand the purple decor. The mattress was also too soft for me. I didn't like the location - between Pattaya and Jomtien - some may see this as an advantage"

GGuest UserThe swimming pools, water park and slides were very good and kept my kids happy for 3 days. The hotel is opposite the beach and far away enough from the crazy parts of Pattaya. It was only takes around 5 minutes to get to Terminal 21. We had the Deluxe Family Room which came with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed and was perfect for our family. However, our room was on the 6th floor and directly opposite an industrial cooling tower which was noisy and unsightly. It was so noisy we could not open the balcony door. I was very disappointed with this. Apart from this, we had a good experience.

The room was beautiful, comfortable, and offered a stunning sea view that made the stay very relaxing. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully prepared and complete. The service was excellent from every department. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive from the valet parking team, reception staff, and throughout the hotel. The beachfront restaurant had an amazing atmosphere, especially during the evening. The food was delicious, and the wine selection was very well curated and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to come back again.

We opted for a Club Room this time, and the ocean view from our window was stunning. Watching the sunrise and enjoying the sea breeze from the balcony with my parents was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's environment truly is top-notch; the tropical gardens are maintained like a botanical garden, and the pool is right by the beach. Every day was a joy, sunbathing by the pool and taking early morning strolls through the gardens. I particularly want to commend the service. Seeing us with elderly parents, the staff consistently went out of their way to open doors and press elevator buttons for us, always with genuine, warm smiles. The Club Lounge's afternoon tea was also fantastic, with a peaceful atmosphere and exquisite pastries ❤️
