A wonderful place where absolutely everything is pleasant! In fact, one of the best places I have stayed. Thought out to the smallest detail, the owner of the establishment clearly has excellent taste. I am absolutely delighted with the compliment in the form of bath salts, the beautiful presentation of breakfast (glasses with juice are love). Thank you! It was great.

Awesome view and clean room also everything around you Restaurant, supermarket, shopping, malls..
But the only two problems I had there’s only one bathroom and the TV isn’t smart.
Overall the host was respectful even I woke up late and she gave me extra time to check out thank you very much.
Also you have to know this hotel there’s no reception you have to contact the host but no worries the host is quick responding.

The hotel provides free pick-up from Na Ban Pier.
The hotel staff is very nice and helps with the luggage. When we go out to buy things, the hotel also takes us there for free. The service is very thoughtful. 👍
Breakfast will be delivered to the room, and the breakfast is different every day.
The sea is outside the window, and you can see the sunrise in the morning.
The front desk lady helped me a lot, even though we are no longer staying in this hotel.

法法亮This hotel is very beautiful, I very like the design of the room, it has a lot of beautiful details. The room was clean and smelled nice. The hotel provides you a free scooter for riding along the island. It is very comfortable! Also I wanted to acknowledge the work of staff, everyone was very kind and helped with everything.
The only thing I didn’t like that there was no door to bathroom zone. It would be better if there was a door 🙌🏻.

GGuest UserWe stayed for a month, the price is quite consistent with these apartments.
The condition in general is not as fresh as in the photos, but quite decent. Keep in mind that upon check-in they will ask for a $150 deposit, not specified in the ad. Also, the owner does not speak any language except Chinese, it is very difficult to negotiate even through an interpreter, but he is a friendly and welcoming person.
The location of the apartments may seem remote to many - it takes an hour and a half to get to the pier, half an hour to the nearest shopping center Terminal 21. Taxi is inexpensive, or walk. Tuktuks do not go here.
In terms of amenities, it is excellent - there is a swimming pool with good free sun loungers and a magnificent view of the city, there is free parking for a car, there is a gym with a minimal set of exercise machines (very minimal)) across the road 7-11 and a food market, at the reception there is bottled drinking water. The hotel is a two-minute walk from the northern bus station, where buses go to the airport in an hour and a half in Bangkok.
In general, these devices will probably not be very convenient if you came to Pattaya for the beach (which is already strange). But they are a good and convenient option as a base for traveling around Thailand and neighboring countries.

DDamian BorsiakAmazing central location next to all adult entertainment industry. Good for backpackers I think couples also but not families, a lot of single guys inside. Literally in front of the beach, great views. Staff is friendly and professional. I really liked capsules, enough space, might be a bit cold only sometimes due to central air conditioning but blanket does the job.

BBellEricWe have stay at the sister hotel to this one named Samanta by the Sea and knew it would be nice as well. Everything is new and very clean, lady at front desk is so kind and helpful. The breakfast is top tier 👌
Location is about 4 minutes to the pier via motorbike, it right in the middle of the island so getting to all the beaches is relatively easy.
For the price it was 100% worth it and can't wait to go back to stay.

GGuest UserI have thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I rovers exceeded my expectations. I was warmly welcomed and immediately felt like a valued guest. The location is perfect for exploring pattaya and its nightlife. Although in the busy area, my room was quiet. The room was equipped with AC that worked perfectly. Hot water, free shampoo, and soap. A fridge and a TV. There is a safe lockable cabinet. Security is excellent. The waiting staff are attentive and friendly. I ate here multiple times, and food was always served within 15 minutes, hot and tasty. The sausages were particularly good. My only comment for improvement is that i like to have mushrooms on my English breakfast. Overall, for the price, I don't think you can find better. I highly recommend staying or eating at I rovers.

GGaro NG摩If you like the excitement, it is very suitable for you to sit on the terrace and watch the life on the bar street. The noise is not acceptable to everyone. You get what you pay for, but it is very convenient. Convenience stores and restaurants are also very close! The staff explains clearly and is friendly! Use the independent staircase to go up to the room, no need to go through the bar door! Use the door key to open the door!

GGuest UserStaff : Friendly and positive from restaurant to cleaning staff. Room : Some wear&tear that easily could be changed with something new. Bathroom shelf, toilet ring ect. It was all very clean but looked stained and old. Food : Restaurant was very good with friendly staff. And you can see sports as premier leauge matches. Location: If you are a party man then it is for you cos it is in a busy party street where the noise goes on until 3-4am. WIFI : The wifi was 10/10 and very important as I upload YouTube Videos everyday. Security : Door locks simple but you are in a enclosed part of the building so I was not worried at all. All in all a good stay exept the location was not for me as I a not the biggest party dude.

GGuest UserThe room ,location is very good but one thing is the water service, its run out of water. It happens that after we go for a swimming when we arrived at the room around 9pm,there is no water at all, but the guy / receptionist ( i think ) transfer us on the other hotel room ( i think it is same company but different name ) after that everything is okay. The responds is very quick, if you need something they are there to assist. But need to improved this kind of problem, but is highly recommended.

The hotel is below average. They don't provide any amenities, staff doesn't care to know even little English, so they hardly understand you and seems to be rude. They are very strict about check-out and threaten to charge extra 100 Bhat for even a 1 min delay. Rooms are also very basic like 1 star, bathroom is even poorer than the room, there is no proper shower also. Beds and cupboards are old. I used the hotel just to sleep for few hours after whole night party. It's only the location, what you are paying for because it is close to beach, walking distance to some street food markets on road 2, night bazar and Indira market of Pattaya. You can easily get a tuk tuk from the end of the lane to go to walking street or a bolt taxi/bike to visit any attractions.
