RRachel PehThe location was a little far from the nearest metro stations (juyeop and daehwa) but there were bus services with bus stops just a 3-5mins walk away from the hotel. Love the room, it was very clean and spacious. The pillow and bed were comfortable. I slept very well on all 3 nights.
Despite being far from the metro stations, the area was close to a few shopping malls like Onemount and hyundai department store which had good shopping and food options. There was also a Starbucks right next to the hotel and a local mall with good brunch options right opposite the hotel.
The staff were helpful and they told me that there was an airport limosine (bus 5600) that I could take from the bus stop in front of the hotel and advised me on the bus timings. It really saved me a lot of inconvenience trying to naviagate my way to incheon airport using the metro. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in goyang.

WwhooahI simply stayed alone for one night. It was convenient because there were restaurants and amenities nearby. It is a cost-effective hotel, so there is no shortage of staying for one night with a light heart. The room was also good because the ondol was bass.

GGuest UserThe hotel is about 5 minutes from Daehwa metro station… it is surrounded by restaurants and department stores. The staff is welcoming and attentive to the first needs.. breakfast was good. They have a rooftop bar with magnificent river at night. All rooms have balconies, there’s 7/11 next to the lobby if you want to grab some snacks or something .
I highly recommend this property, we had an absolutely fun time at Kintex hotel .

I was surprised by the room facilities on the first day. I've been to many business hotels,
but it seems like they replaced the room and TV in an old motel.
The towels that were there on the first day were great. They had holes and were tattered., but they weren't like that the next day.. lol
It's good because you can walk to KINTEX exhibition.
You can drink freely at the first floor entrance.
The front desk staff is always on duty.

GGuest UserWhen I saw the hotel lobby, I thought this hotel was pretty good. The location is also in a relatively prosperous area, and you can find many places to eat when you go out. The room has a balcony with tables and chairs, where you can sit and enjoy the scenery outside the window. The bad thing is: there is no light in the corridor of the hotel room. It doesn't feel dark when the sun shines in during the day, but it feels very dark when you go back at night. I forgot to bring my room card when I went out, so I went to the front desk to get a new one, thinking that I would return it together when I checked out. I didn't expect the front desk to ask me to return it after opening the door. I ran back and forth twice. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation, and I don't feel very good.

Hotel Cleopatra certainly has the potential to be a very good hotel. What I really appreciated was it location in the middle of a shopping district. Right across Costco and close to Home Plus, Lotte Outlet, and other major stores. Also close to the metro station. Kintex is not within walking distance, but only four metro stops away. What I do not appreciate is the room. I was told that they do not have a non-smoking room. The room had matches and an ashtray on the table. There was a funny odor in the bathroom. The shower handle was leaky. Tobacco smoke caused headache. I had to ventilate the room for the whole time by keeping windows open. I tried not to stay in the room for a long time. To be fair, free water bottles and drinks were a nice gesture. TV had many channels. The staffs, who appeared to be a family, were all very kind. Given the price, it is certainly a good value.

GGuest UserThe location is close to the station and bus stops, and the interior is clean and it is good to grab the elevator at the counter when you enter! It's a bit unfortunate that I can't use the bathtub ㅠ The bathtub like a bath is the first ㅋㅋ kids look good to play

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good. There is a highway bus terminal near the center, a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so it is convenient to transfer buses to various places. Every floor of the hotel is dimly lit.

The front desk of the hotel is a family, young can speak English, and there are two lazy sheep at the front desk.
Downstairs is the Dahuadi Station of Metro Line 3, and it takes about 40 minutes to go to Seoul for shopping and subway change.
There are restaurants around the hotel, there are liveyong stores, there are seveneleven, fruit shops
