The location was a little far from the nearest metro stations (juyeop and daehwa) but there were bus services with bus stops just a 3-5mins walk away from the hotel. Love the room, it was very clean and spacious. The pillow and bed were comfortable. I slept very well on all 3 nights.
Despite being far from the metro stations, the area was close to a few shopping malls like Onemount and hyundai department store which had good shopping and food options. There was also a Starbucks right next to the hotel and a local mall with good brunch options right opposite the hotel.
The staff were helpful and they told me that there was an airport limosine (bus 5600) that I could take from the bus stop in front of the hotel and advised me on the bus timings. It really saved me a lot of inconvenience trying to naviagate my way to incheon airport using the metro. Would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in goyang.

We loved our stay at the Urban-Est Hotel. Heading to the Waterbomb Festival for the weekend, the hotel’s convenient location, just 20 minutes away by taxi, was perfect for our plans. The surrounding area was nicer than we expected, with plenty of cool restaurants and little shops to explore. The 7-11 on the main floor connected to the hotel was an added convenience. The lobby was very nice, and everything was exceptionally clean and spacious, even the hallways.
We stayed in a family suite, which was immaculate and well-appointed. The shower was spacious and luxurious, and the toilet had a bidet, adding to the comfort. While I prefer a softer bed and found the bed a bit firm, it didn’t detract much from our overall experience. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book the Urban-Est Hotel again.

1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.
7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe
The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.

I was surprised by the room facilities on the first day. I've been to many business hotels,
but it seems like they replaced the room and TV in an old motel.
The towels that were there on the first day were great. They had holes and were tattered., but they weren't like that the next day.. lol
It's good because you can walk to KINTEX exhibition.
You can drink freely at the first floor entrance.
The front desk staff is always on duty.

JJIWOOThe overall room condition of the room and bathroom was satisfactory.
The bathtub is spacious and the bathroom, shower, and sink are all separated for convenience.
It was nice that the boiler was warm too.
But the room was very, very dry.
When I woke up the next morning, my throat and nose were so dry, and sure enough, I had a nosebleed.
I think we need to pay a little more attention to humidity management. It would be nice to have a humidifier or a rental service.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is located on the 8th floor of a building that is common in rural areas, and the rooms are spacious and new, with power cables for iPhones, mobile phone chargers, and Android devices, and clean bathrooms. There was an employee who could speak a little Japanese, and she was kind enough to keep my luggage with me even after I checked out. It's very convenient as it's right next to Fuba Station. There are drink stands, convenience stores, and fish set menus that are unique to Ilsan, so you won't have to worry about finding something to eat. However, the wifi is a little weak, but if only that area could be improved, it would be a perfect hotel.

SsongchlThe room is quite nice, the room is large and the facilities are relatively complete. However, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste, so you need to buy them separately. Bath supplies are available. There are also two computers and refrigerators that can be used for free, and drinks are provided. Overall it's very good, especially for this price, it's very cost-effective. The only drawback is that the room I stayed in has no windows, I don't know if other rooms have them.

The front desk of the hotel is a family, young can speak English, and there are two lazy sheep at the front desk.
Downstairs is the Dahuadi Station of Metro Line 3, and it takes about 40 minutes to go to Seoul for shopping and subway change.
