When I saw the hotel lobby, I thought this hotel was pretty good. The location is also in a relatively prosperous area, and you can find many places to eat when you go out. The room has a balcony with tables and chairs, where you can sit and enjoy the scenery outside the window. The bad thing is: there is no light in the corridor of the hotel room. It doesn't feel dark when the sun shines in during the day, but it feels very dark when you go back at night. I forgot to bring my room card when I went out, so I went to the front desk to get a new one, thinking that I would return it together when I checked out. I didn't expect the front desk to ask me to return it after opening the door. I ran back and forth twice. This is the first time I have encountered such a situation, and I don't feel very good.

I went to KINTEX because there was an event, but the location felt a bit far because it was closer to Seoul.
Other than that, I'm really satisfied with the facilities. It's spacious and clean, the bathroom and toilet are separated, the bed is in good condition, the parking lot is spacious, and everything was good.

The location is the best because it is right past the Goyang Terminal crosswalk.
It is a bit noisy on weekend nights because there is an entertainment district nearby.
Instead, the counter and cleaning service were clean and good.
The room was bigger than I thought and there was a bathtub, so it was comfortable to use.

GGuest UserIt's a 15-minute walk from Kintex, very close to the subway entrance, and there are many restaurants around, but it's not noisy. The facilities are definitely better than those of ordinary motels, and are on par with the price. The front desk guy is very nice and can store your luggage.

1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.
7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe
The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.

But a very small bug came out of bed and set up ㅠㅠ sleep.
It's probably coming into the insect net while ventilating.
There's a squat nearby.
There's an already 10 minutes walk away.
The location seems really ok.
Because of the characteristics of youth hostels, the public kitchen facilities are also good, so it is convenient to use microwave tableware.

GGuest UserVery satisfied! Above all, all the staff were kind. The room was spacious and perfect for a solo traveler. It's close to the station, and it's only a 2-minute walk to Goyang Bus Terminal (lol). There is a bus to Gimpo Airport. Also, across the intersection from Shiroishi Station is a busy shopping district lined with restaurants. I've been staying in central Seoul for many years, but I was surprised to see prices rising across the board! But now that I'm a little way out of the city, I can find cheap hotels with a nostalgic Seoul feel. I'd like to stay here again on my next trip to Seoul!

Maybe because it's a motel, I don't have much to do with people at the hotel, so I didn't have to worry about it. The room was clean and you can watch netflix. The window only opens a little and the view is not good even if it is opened. There were some restaurants and cafes nearby, so it would be fun to take a walk.

宋宋The shop is not big, but it is very clean. The big brother at the front desk is very good. No change to Korean won, taxis can not swipe. At the front desk, the big brother helped to swipe the card and paid it to the driver. Also very close to Kintex.

The front desk of the hotel is a family, young can speak English, and there are two lazy sheep at the front desk.
Downstairs is the Dahuadi Station of Metro Line 3, and it takes about 40 minutes to go to Seoul for shopping and subway change.
