Amazing
AAnonymous UserIt was a very nice hotel with interior and atmosphere that I wanted to stay for another night. I would definitely recommend it to women who like beautiful things. The female staff also had a very cozy stay with a sense of security and kind response. Breakfast was also handmade and I felt particular about the vessels, and I was impressed by each one. I would like to visit Zagreb again to stay at this hotel. Thank you very much.

MM200312224The room is quite big, the transportation is convenient, there is DM downstairs, close to the city center, the scenery is beautiful, it is worth everyone to go, Sacramento is a romantic city, although there is no seaside hustle and bustle.

GGuwenqinAfter staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience!

GGuest UserThe room (twin bed) is large and clean. The staffs are also very friendly. Althought the food selection during the breakfast is a bit limited, but the taste is quite nice with a comfortable dining environment as well. The hotel location is a bit far from city centre, but there is a tram station nearby the hotel, which is within 2 to 3 minutes walking distance.
