Zagreb Hotels with balcony

I had a wonderful stay! The room looks super cool and is kept very clean. A huge thanks to Oliver for being such an amazing host! His tips and local info were so helpful and really put me at ease. The room was cozy and warm thanks to the central heating. It’s also super close to the tram and bus station, so I didn’t have to struggle with my heavy bags. I loved how quiet it was. There’s a work-friendly setup with a keyboard, and the Wi-Fi is solid, which was perfect for my laptop work. Just a heads-up to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, but everything else (towels, slippers, dryer) is there. Thanks again, Oliver!

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and the location is ideal, close to the city center. Just a small downside regarding the buffet: the dishes were good, but they weren't refilled, which meant you couldn't always go back for more. We should have just ordered a meal directly instead.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Modern, clean rooms... just the bed was a bit high.

After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience! Easy location Parking in front of the door but charge The room is antique but full of debris The room is dark and the sanitation is good Need to go up the stairs  It is not suitable to carry large luggage, it is a bit difficult  The landlord warmly entertains and explains one by one

The apartment was nice enough for a couple of nights. Large bedroom but uncomfortable pillows, modern bathroom, very small kitchen and living room. The downside to our stay was that we didn’t receive check-in instructions from the property. I tried to contact them on three separate occasions, but to no avail. In the end, my daughter, who was already staying there, managed to speak with someone. Also, the address listed on Trip.com is incorrect, and once again, we were able to access the building and the apartment thanks to my daughter—I don’t know what we would have done otherwise. We never received a response from the manager, the owner, or whoever was in charge of check-in.

I liked it, idk about location, I had a car. Plenty of parking in the back with a nice view from up hill. Big Fridge in the shared kitchen at ground floor and with freezer so you are able to put your blue icy box for the travel box. Croatian uber drivers are super speeders so take a throw up bag with you

This room was perfect for my stay in Zagreb. The location is within walking distance of everything you want to see in the city. The room is clean and even has a stove and all kitchen utensils in case you want to eat on some days you’re there. On the last day, we went to the National Park and had nowhere to store our baggage the guy at the front desk held our stuff till 8 pm and worked extra so we could come to pick them up!! Great sat highly recommended!!

I highly recommend Histrl Bureau in Zagreb Croatia..facility is alright, but most importantly, the front office people or the receptionists are the best, considerate, humanitarian, kind, & caring receptionists, namely; Lana, Paul, & Katerina. Their customer service skills are by par and exceeds my expectations. Kudos to you guys and I appreciate y’all!

The hote is an excellent location in central Zagreb. The rooms facing the street are really large and quite nice. There is a nice roof-top patio with views of some of the sites of the city. The breakfast was excellent. I appreciate that the staff were polite, responsive, and helpful. I would stay there again.
