"The apartment was nice enough for a couple of nights. Large bedroom but uncomfortable pillows, modern bathroom, very small kitchen and living room.
The downside to our stay was that we didn’t receive check-in instructions from the property. I tried to contact them on three separate occasions, but to no avail. In the end, my daughter, who was already staying there, managed to speak with someone.
Also, the address listed on Trip.com is incorrect, and once again, we were able to access the building and the apartment thanks to my daughter—I don’t know what we would have done otherwise. We never received a response from the manager, the owner, or whoever was in charge of check-in."

"The environment is very good. The landlord’s wife is very good. The layout of the whole room is also very careful and convenient. It also helped us lay the combed bed. We also made macaroni here. I like it very much. It is less than 15 minutes drive from the main city but the price is much lower."

"Overall it was a great experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, only five to ten minutes walk from the square where all the attractions are located. It is about 20 to 30 minutes walk from the main train station. The room is clean and is equipped with free coffee and tea. I did not take the breakfast since they are readily available in the city. The staff were really helpful and friendly.
Perhaps the only downside is that it is right in front of a tram line which can be a little noisy. But the hotel has double glazed windows, with an additional front panel. Hence no worries in getting a peaceful sleep. Highly recommended."

Amazing
GGuest UserAbout 15 minutes walk from the bus terminal. Hotel like in a residential area. From the exterior, it doesn't look like a 4-star hotel, but the room was quite comfortable. The staff was kind and the breakfast was rich in variety and delicious.
柳柳純一From Zagreb Station, take tram 2 or 6 and get off at Zagreb Bus Station, it's not a problem.
If you're using Zagreb Bus Station, this is a good place to stay. There's no breakfast (there's a 24-hour bakery at the bus station, so you can get some), but there's a kettle and tea and coffee packets and sticks provided, so you can use that instead. Instant soup and cup noodles are also good at the supermarket.
The Wi-Fi is strong and can be used without any hassle.
There's air conditioning, so you can deal with the summer and unseasonable heat.
The facilities are brand new, so it's very comfortable.
AAnonymous UserHotel 9 in Zagreb is a small, upscale boutique. It has a modern design, excellent service, and proximity to the main bus station, making it a popular choice for transit travelers
JJulian_LuThe overall experience of the hotel is particularly good, the location is very convenient, and the travel and eating are very close. The room was clean and tidy, the hygiene was in place, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was very stable. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out efficiency was very high, and the staff was gentle and polite. The toiletries are complete, the hot water is sufficient, the sound insulation effect is also good, quiet and not noisy. Very good value for money, full experience of staying, will choose this next time!
SShala919Easy location Parking in front of the door but charge
The room is antique but full of debris
The room is dark and the sanitation is good
Need to go up the stairs It is not suitable to carry large luggage, it is a bit difficult
The landlord warmly entertains and explains one by one
CClaiudiuI liked it, idk about location, I had a car. Plenty of parking in the back with a nice view from up hill.
Big Fridge in the shared kitchen at ground floor and with freezer so you are able to put your blue icy box for the travel box.
Croatian uber drivers are super speeders so take a throw up bag with you
MmaryyoungThe room is big, enough for two people's luggage. The facilities are similar to the domestic all-seasons, but the shower water is too small. There are slippers in the room, but no kettle and paper towels. The surrounding environment is very good. Turn left and you will see a restaurant street. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the city center. It is very close to the attractions. Turn right and you will see a large supermarket and DM. It is the best choice for a business trip hotel
EEli DNI highly recommend Histrl Bureau in Zagreb Croatia..facility is alright, but most importantly, the front office people or the receptionists are the best, considerate, humanitarian, kind, & caring receptionists, namely; Lana, Paul, & Katerina. Their customer service skills are by par and exceeds my expectations. Kudos to you guys and I appreciate y’all!
YYanggutatalaisaThe location is excellent, right in the city center, within a five-minute walk of several famous attractions. The shower water wasn't very hot, and there were only two showerheads and two toilets. Breakfast was simple, consisting of bread, cheese, ham slices, instant coffee, and some tea bags.
SShala919Our room type is a bit like 㓥 room
I don't know why there is a locker in the bathroom.
The design is a bit like the staff has a finished room
Older facilities, fewer breakfast options
Although there is a parking lot, it is very narrow.
