"The environment is very good. The landlord’s wife is very good. The layout of the whole room is also very careful and convenient. It also helped us lay the combed bed. We also made macaroni here. I like it very much. It is less than 15 minutes drive from the main city but the price is much lower."

"Overall it was a great experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, only five to ten minutes walk from the square where all the attractions are located. It is about 20 to 30 minutes walk from the main train station. The room is clean and is equipped with free coffee and tea. I did not take the breakfast since they are readily available in the city. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Perhaps the only downside is that it is right in front of a tram line which can be a little noisy. But the hotel has double glazed windows, with an additional front panel. Hence no worries in getting a peaceful sleep. Highly recommended."

"Arrived in the middle of the night due to the convenience of the plane. I went without knowing that check-in was until 22:00, and I was inconvenient, but I managed to guide me to the room and I was able to spend a comfortable time. Thank you. There was no sign (just not found?) The entrance was so dark that it took me a while to reach it. If you go early, there may be no problem at all. Since it was Saturday night, there were clubs nearby in the center of Zagreb, and the trams were moving late and it was in a city where I couldn't sleep, so it might be perfect for checking in early and playing outside. no!"

Highly recommended for 1-2 people Cleanliness: Very excellent, bedding, towels, sink, tableware etc (electric port is also clean) Location: 3 minutes walk to train station, 15 minutes walk to bus terminal Inadequate: Wi-Fi is sometimes unstable, need to replace pots

This was a 5-star stay for me. I spent 2 nights. Oliver was friendly and very responsive. The room was perfect. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, and instant coffee/tea was provided, as well as 2 bottles of water. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is just about a 5 minute walk to the Zagreb Kolodvor (bus station) and about a 30-minute walk to old town. It's located on a quiet street with few cars driving by. Free wifi. Grocery store, Konzum, was a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was nice enough for a couple of nights. Large bedroom but uncomfortable pillows, modern bathroom, very small kitchen and living room. The downside to our stay was that we didn’t receive check-in instructions from the property. I tried to contact them on three separate occasions, but to no avail. In the end, my daughter, who was already staying there, managed to speak with someone. Also, the address listed on Trip.com is incorrect, and once again, we were able to access the building and the apartment thanks to my daughter—I don’t know what we would have done otherwise. We never received a response from the manager, the owner, or whoever was in charge of check-in.

The hotel is relatively new, with complete facilities and no peculiar smell. It is convenient for business travel. There are two large shopping malls within walking distance, which makes shopping convenient. There is a free indoor swimming pool and gym. The overall stay experience is very good. It is recommended for business travel and tourism shopping.

Easy location Parking in front of the door but charge The room is antique but full of debris The room is dark and the sanitation is good Need to go up the stairs  It is not suitable to carry large luggage, it is a bit difficult  The landlord warmly entertains and explains one by one

The hotel is good. The room is big and clean. I upgraded to a family room for free. The breakfast is good. It is close to the old town and attractions. The price-performance ratio is very high. I am very satisfied with this booking. If I come next time, I may stay here again.

The location is excellent, right in the city center, within a five-minute walk of several famous attractions. The shower water wasn't very hot, and there were only two showerheads and two toilets. Breakfast was simple, consisting of bread, cheese, ham slices, instant coffee, and some tea bags.

This room was perfect for my stay in Zagreb. The location is within walking distance of everything you want to see in the city. The room is clean and even has a stove and all kitchen utensils in case you want to eat on some days you’re there. On the last day, we went to the National Park and had nowhere to store our baggage the guy at the front desk held our stuff till 8 pm and worked extra so we could come to pick them up!! Great sat highly recommended!!

I highly recommend Histrl Bureau in Zagreb Croatia..facility is alright, but most importantly, the front office people or the receptionists are the best, considerate, humanitarian, kind, & caring receptionists, namely; Lana, Paul, & Katerina. Their customer service skills are by par and exceeds my expectations. Kudos to you guys and I appreciate y’all!
