Zagreb Hotels with Gym

It was a very nice hotel with interior and atmosphere that I wanted to stay for another night. I would definitely recommend it to women who like beautiful things. The female staff also had a very cozy stay with a sense of security and kind response. Breakfast was also handmade and I felt particular about the vessels, and I was impressed by each one. I would like to visit Zagreb again to stay at this hotel. Thank you very much.

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the location is about five minutes walk from the bus terminal. The hotel is decorated in style, the bed is very wide, and the open bed is very comfortable. The front desk of the hotel is fluent in English, smiling, worth recommending. In addition, if you visit tourist attractions, you only need to take Line 6 directly to the opposite side for about 25 minutes. There is a food and store bakery nearby for easy travel. There is a car rental company downstairs, which is convenient and fast.

Nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Front desk was very helpful and recommended good eating places and helped take care of the car. Parking was very convenient just out in front of the hotel.

After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience! The hotel was comfortable and conveniently located. They were also very thoughtful and prepared a birthday cake for me when they saw it was my birthday 🎂, and it tasted great. There's also parking available. Overall, it was a great experience.

The young lady receptionist was quite rude in a way she was trying to say that the luggage room has limited space. She kept saying that repeatedly with hard tonal voice. I think she should be trained how to give a sincere service to all guests, without race discrimination. Otherwise, the rest of staff team are nice and helpful. Room is nice, clean, and modern. There’s a supermarket (Lidle) nearby.

Chambre moderne, fonctionnelle et propre. Un peu loin du centre historique mais sans problème si on est motorisé. Personnel professionnel et agréable. Le bar est convivial. Je n'ai pas testé le restaurant. Par contre la pizzeria Marino presque en face fait des pizzas très copieuses et excellentes. Parking gratuit très apprécié.

Ten thousand times more beautiful than I imagined! Maybe it's because I checked in so late, but they upgraded me to this huge room. It's absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view, and the hygiene is excellent – very clean and bright. Highly recommend to everyone!

Very close to the airport, ten euros is enough, no need to make an appointment in advance, Uber can call the car at any time. It is a bit far from the city. Breakfast is OK, there are grilled sausage food that Chinese people can eat.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've been to hundreds of hotels, I enjoyed it here the most. Very kind and nice staff, they go out of their way to fulfill every request. Wonderful hotel. I'll probably come here again.
