"This new hotel equipped with latest tech items to make our stay (3 nights) comfortable and enjoyable. The design of our room (junior suite) is fabulous, tasteful yet simple and functional, spotless clean. Front desk staff are all extremely helpful and attentive indeed. Location is super convenient with just 100m walk to the centre. We will definitely come back MYR Puerta Serranos next time when we visit Valencia again!"

GGuest UserI have always had a good impression of WESTIN, but this time it was overturned, and the child decided not to live in this brand of hotel anymore. One is that the room is too simple, not like a five-star hotel at all, and the other is that there are cockroaches in the room, which is unbelievable.

UUin WilliamThe rooms are better than pictured. Honestly very very nicely designed. Great room amenities too. The staff have been great, attentive and friendly.
The gym is average, or below average but fine. The spa area is decent but sauna is in need of refreshing. They could use a renovation in the whole spa and gym area.
