GGuest UserThe room was extremely small, with walkways less than one meter wide on all three sides of the king-size bed. I was woken twice by false fire alarms. There was no kettle, despite the pictures showing one. The bathroom was also very small, with a full shower. This is a newly renovated hotel with all the amenities, including a new water dispenser, refrigerator, and air conditioner. The bedding was very comfortable. The location is great, close to the subway and major shopping malls.

11389883****The hotel's exterior looks upscale, and it's right next to a large shopping mall, making shopping and dining extremely convenient. The City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia is practically at your doorstep. Breakfast is all Western-style, with bread, fruit yogurt, and various Spanish hams, though the hams are mostly raw, which I'm not used to. The room is spacious, clean, and the facilities are quite high-end, making it an ideal place to stay.

GGuest UserNice location with two shopping centres just next. Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast included and have all you need. Outdoor swimming pool is great. You can hear some noise from the road at night unfortunately, need to improve the windows noise prevention.
Spa facilities are satisfactory but not really clean.

MM9300****This is an older hotel. It seems they converted half a staircase into an elevator, which is tiny and can only fit two people. The room is also small, and the facilities are a bit dated, very retro. The bedside lamp is quite dangerous; you could easily hit it when sitting up in bed. The front desk staff, however, was very enthusiastic. I asked a lot of questions, and they answered them warmly, even pulling out a map to mark things. Breakfast was also decent. But the location is superb, right in the city center. It's only about 100-200 meters from the North Station for trains or the subway, which is very convenient.

WWanghuohuoCHWLWe took the bus to the hotel, which was quite convenient. There was a supermarket next to it which was also convenient for shopping, and there were restaurants all the way to the subway line 7. The hotel is not big, and the front desk service is friendly. I checked in directly after arriving early, so there should be available rooms. I met a total of 3 waiters and they communicated in English very smoothly. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable and big, the pillows are uncomfortable 😔, and the air conditioner is very noisy when it starts up for a while. The TV was placed very high up, very close to the bed, and it was very uncomfortable to look up at it. The bathroom is also very spacious, even the shower head and toilet flushing are not too big. The hotel has a swimming pool. You can get towels at the front desk. You need a shower cap. The water is very cold. Two waves of foreigners ran away from the cold, haha. It is very clean and there is a sauna room (you need to make a reservation at the front desk before using it, it should be preheated). I bought a drink at the front desk for 2 euros a can, which is not too expensive in comparison. The refrigerator in the room is usable, but there is only one bottle of mineral water.
