Elegantly decorated and housed in a classic 19th-century building, the NH Collection Valencia Colón opened in 2018. The hotel has 47 rooms, all decorated under the watchful eyes of renown designer Lorenzo Castillo in a cozy British style, or with French or Indian touches, all with calming tones making them ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. Each room has a Nespresso machine as well as free Wi-Fi and a 36” LCD/LED TV. Guests can relax in complimentary NH bathrobes and slippers, and enjoy a good night’s sleep with a choice of pillows.
A generous breakfast buffet is available every day, featuring pastries, breads, cold cuts and eggs any style, as well as local specialties and gluten-free options. The room is very clean and the soundproofing is pretty good. The design style is what I like. The photos are very good. Maybe it's Christmas season, the price is really a bit high.
The breakfast is also good, and you can order hot food. 19 euros per person.
The lady at the front desk speaks very good English and patiently explains the city map and surrounding attractions to me. She also gave me a discount card for the British Palace Mall.
The kettle was not very clean, and the water was not replenished the next day.

First of all, this is my second time staying in this hotel. I come to this city every year.
Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively old and the decoration was relatively early. But the room is relatively large.
Hygiene: The room hygiene is OK, the towels are not soft enough, hard and old, but I have to say that the breakfast has problems. Some dishes are bad and a bit sour. I ate one and vomited violently, had diarrhea, acute gastroenteritis, and took antibiotics twice before it got better. I vomited for a day and had diarrhea for a day. I didn't dare to go to breakfast the next day. Just for this reason, I will never stay in this hotel again.

I stayed in various hotels in Europe for more than a month on a business trip. This is my favorite. The hotel is very new and within walking distance of the center of Valencia. The British Palace is downstairs. There is a supermarket and shopping is very convenient. It is also very close to the subway. The subway area and the airport are only more than half an hour away. It takes at most 20 minutes by taxi. The most important thing is that the guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic, the best I have ever met!

Everything is great in the hotel - location, spacious bright room, great delicious restaurant, and also SPA... especially wonderful massage after the half marathon...
However, there was a moment that upset me - I arrived at the hotel after the competition at about 13:00, at the reception they said that the room would be ready at the standard 15:00... Ok... I waited
Impressive was my surprise that when I entered the room I saw someone's dirty cotton swabs and garbage in the bucket, as well as (sorry for the details) uncleaned toilet and trouble(((this is unpleasant...
Luckily there was a maid on the floor, I called her and she fixed everything! However, I think that in a 5-star hotel, such excesses should not happen...

There were Chinese people serving at the counter. When I saw a Chinese person, not only did they not receive me warmly, but they seemed to look down on the Chinese people and were unfriendly. This kind of service attitude is out of date today. The rooms are very small, the parking lot is charged, and the parking lot is open. Without the door, it is very inconvenient to get in and out!

From the pictures I thought the room was small, but it was actually quite big. The British Palace is next door so it's very convenient for shopping. Valencia is not big, only 3 kilometers to the old town, and it's safe and sanitary.

Except for the shower faucet design which is a bit confusing and the unclear sign (but just think about it and try it more), everything else can basically be rated full marks. It is rare to come across such a cost-effective hotel abroad, and it must be the only choice when you come to Valencia again.

We have initially booked hotel for 3 people (2 adults +1 child) but reservation was done for a classic room for 2 people maximum, so we had to additionally pay 80 euro for 2 nights for our daughter during check in to hotel. Unexpectedly and very disappointingly! So, in fact we paid too much for staying in this hotel.

CCindyTsangThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed.
Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed.
The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure.
The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person.
The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home.
The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good.
Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
I am happy to come back again next time
Zzhengzheng5379050The location is great, 5-6 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor, very convenient to Atocha Train Station, Chamartin Train Station can also be reached by subway; the room is very large, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sound insulation is also very good; the swimming pool is not very big, because it is not on the top floor, so it is fine when there is sunshine, but the water is cold when there is no sunshine; the overall shape retains the medieval style, retro and luxurious; there is a Japanese ramen restaurant opposite that fully satisfies the Chinese stomach; and the most famous Spanish fried dough sticks + chocolate breakfast is also nearby, very convenient
BBenten218The hotel is conveniently located just outside the old town, approximately a 20-minute walk from the central market. The property features newly renovated interiors with a chic design. Check-in was smooth, even at 10pm.
The room, while not large, is adequately spacious for two people and equipped with all necessary amenities. Rooms are arranged around an interior courtyard, which can trap noises like an echo chamber. However, during my stay, guests generally returned to their rooms by midnight, so noise was minimal and did not disrupt my sleep.
GGuest UserThe bus stop is nearby which is very convenient. And there are parking spaces all around the hotel, and the key is, it’s free! free! free! This is very important. We parked elsewhere for 18 euros a night, and we instantly felt like we were making a lot of money! There are orange trees along the way, and Peng Yuyan’s check-in point is also within walking distance.
DDanielUKNot worth the €100 a night I paid for the room. The first one they gave me was cramped and dark, and the mattress was extremely poor quality and very uncomfortable. Also I was woken by a baby crying in another apartment every morning and the sofa bed had stains on the arms. Also I don’t know how you are supposed to navigate the kitchen if you have the sofa bed out as it would block the way to the exit and bathroom from the bedroom. I respectfully complained about the issues and the lovely property manager Desiree said I could move to another room, but I had to wait 24 hours for it to be vacant. The new room was much better although noisy as it was on the ground floor right by the street, and the mattress on the new bed was still poor. All in all I would not stay here sgain.
GGuest UserThis hotel is so reasonably priced, and actually in a perfect location too get too all the main things too see in Valencia.
Though it is 30 minutes from the beach, they give you a towel for free, around being paid for prior and refunded after, and it is a good walk too experience the cities culture and marina on the way.
It is only 15 minutes too walk too the incredible Arts and Science Arichectural Area, and likewise too the staggering parts of the Old City.
Rooms are adequately comfortable, Bathroom was huge, and the safe free and large enough for even a notebook.Good too have a very chilled fridge, though no kettle as is most nowadays,
For those on a budget, there is a cheap supermarket across the road for all your needs, a good cheap bar and cafe right next door, large pizza chips and beer for 10 pounds perfect.
The breakfast choice is absolutely superb here, and there is a beautiful lady who runs it, shame i didnt catch her name but she was incredibly welcoming friendly and considerate, and an amazing way too help start your day.
WWanghuohuoCHWLWe took the bus to the hotel, it was very convenient, there was a supermarket next to it to buy things, go to the restaurant on the direction of Metro Line 7. The hotel is not big, the front desk service is warm, and the check-in is directly done in advance. There should be a room available. A total of 3 waiters were met. English was very smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable and big, the pillow was uncomfortable 😔, the air conditioner was started for a while, it was very noisy. The TV location is particularly close, very close to the bed, and it is very uncomfortable to look up. The bathroom space is also very large, that is, the nozzle and the toilet flush are not too big. The hotel has a swimming pool, you can take a towel at the front desk, you need a shower cap, the water is very cold, and the two waves of foreigners have frozen away, haha. Very clean, there is a sauna room (to make an appointment at the front desk before use, it should be preheated). The front desk temporarily bought a drink, 2 euros a can, not too expensive in comparison. The refrigerator in the room can be used, and there is a bottle of mineral water.
AAlbertRLocation is perfect. Just outside you can find many restaurants, shops and plazas. Really easy to find the nearest metro station. From the hotel location everything is really close to reach. Room is not quite spacious but it’s nice and clean. The only thing is that you can hear everything from the rooms beside but nothing to noisy.
I included breakfast for every morning. They have coffee machines, pastries, bread and cereals, cheese and ham, juices, yogurt and different kinds of milk.
If you don’t include breakfast, there’s a bakery and many restaurants just outside the hotel so you can figure out.
The staff was nice and kind.
MMarc GaldonFerrerThe hotel Cosy Rooms Bolseria is hidden in a one way alley in a central location in Valencia. If you don’t pay attention you may actually miss it.
The reception is very welcoming, with vintage furniture and wooden beams showcasing a traditional style of old buildings in Valencia.
Room is small but clean, with red brick wall and a simple toilet but fully equipped: clean towels, shampoo, body gel, body lotion, hair dryer, etcetera.
The highlight is definitely the jacuzzi at the rooftop. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed at first, since it was covered, however we kindly asked the staff who helped us to remove the protective cover and to turn the jacuzzi on. We enjoyed it alone overlooking the Valencia rooftops. Not the best view over the city skyline, but good enough to relax. The water in the jacuzzi was not warm, however given the summer heat it was good enough. Don’t expect any service at the rooftop though, so bring your own towels (or from the room) and drinks if you want to enjoy your time there.
