"Good hotel in a great location if you want to be near the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, if you wish to be near the old town its not so good.
The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the metro but there are bus stops nearby, if you wish to explore other parts of the city.
The hotel itself is located next to a shopping centre, one of the hotel exits leads directly into the shopping centre, it has quite a few restaurants there as well as shops.
The rooms are fairly spacious, the bathrooms are quite nice, although i didnt like the sliding door, I would much prefer a normal shutting door.
Breakfast wasnt the best , the ”hot” food was always luke warm at best. While there was quite a selection of food to chose from, it was mostly quite basic and nothing exciting.
Bizarrely they played music in the corridors, which you could hear from your room, maybe its just me but I thought it was a bit strange.

"This hotel is great. The rooms are large and clean, and it's very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. Shopping is convenient too, with a supermarket downstairs. The hotel customer service is excellent, especially the lady in the first picture; she was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up! "The location was good, but the hotel itself was a mix of conflicting feelings. We had a room with a terrace, but everything was quite old, giving the impression that the resort didn't take much care with the facilities. Regarding the temperature, they should warn you that you have to set it to 5 degrees Celsius, otherwise the thermostat is practically useless. The staff were very good, but the facilities leave much to be desired."

Hotel reception is not 24 hours, so make sure you text them if you are arriving outside the operating hours. Room comes with kitchen amenities but no water provided.

GGuest UserThe hotel is perfectly located, just a 10 minutes walk from the railway station. A metro station is a 3-minutes walk away. The hotel is small, but very clean and new (of 2017, if I'm not mistaken). My room's window faced the interior yard, so you will sleep at night quietly. A humble but decent breakfast is served in the morning (round eggs, jamon, cheese, cereals, fresh fruits/berries, bread & fresh bakery, tea/coffee). A remarkable feature is the 24-hour tea/coffee service available for free at the first floor -- very much appreciated indeed. If you are a fan of asian food, you will find lots of chinese restaurants around. Internet works pretty well (no problem with watching YouTube videos); it may disconnect once or two, but it did not bother any much -- just reconnect, and voila. The staff is very kind and extremely friendly, they speak at least English, Spanish, Ukranian and Russian. Overall, highly recommended for a single trip or for a pair visit if you do not want to pay for a large hotel.

PPianist with no handsThe 24hr reception greeted us during the check in. Thats was quick and we felt welcomed.
Two small lifts brings us to our apartment which is 350fts square. The king-size bed and the sofabed are well prepared, so we can take my own bed. The sofa bed is just as good as the fixed bed.
The bathroom is spacious. Water is hot with strong water pressure.
The restaurant downstairs the hotel provided a welcome non-alcoholic drink and hotel buffet breakfast. Besides ham, buns and cheese. We can also have special meals from the kitchen like a dish of avocado, Salmon, scramble eggs with a toast. The dinner is also tasty with average spending at around €30-40 per person.
The apartment has washing machine. An individual space for clothes drying rack to dry out the clothes with hot air coming from outside. Everything is well designed with new refurbishment. You will just feel at home.
The kitchen stove, utensils and plates are provided. Everything is good.
Towels are clean and toilet papers are provided enough. The soaps smell good.
I am happy to come back again next time

MMubnedHotel location and amenities was wonderfull. Opp hotel was a nice cosy mall, and corte de englais is a spanish dept store, its classy and mostly designers clothes , shoes extra, and inside it there is a nice mercado supermarket.
Hotel was okay, breakfast not excellent for me, but probably for others it is not bad, it could have done better.staff friendly and helpfull, no ironing board in the room, its costly to iron in housekeeping,
We were lucky weather was wonderfull.
I would not hesitate to go there again, probably will take my travel iron with me.

GGuest Userwe stayed in a 8-bed female dormitory and it was a decent stay. the beds were clean and quite big for a hostel, they also had curtains and there were lockers beside them that you have to bring your own padlock to use (but as far as I know, the lady at the reception can also offer you one to use for free). in the room there's one bathroom with one toilet, one shower and a sink. in the common area there is a great kitchen, some fridges, coffee machine with free coffee and even a coffee shop. the kitchen didn't have a stove though, but there were other amenities like microwave, kettle, cutlery and dishes.
as for the disadvantages, the room wasn't spacious enough and it always was stuffy inside, but maybe it's just a weather problem. also the lockers we had were standing loosely, likely to fall. the shower leaked a lot and there was a mess in the bathroom because of it. but overall it was okay to stay for a couple of days and the disadvantages didn't really affect our stay much. I would stay there again!

GGuest UserThis property is a cross between a hotel and apartment complex. The rooms are average size with some kitchen facilities which were useful; they have a nice balcony. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was expensive at EUR16.50 per person so we didn't try it. There are supermarkets nearby to get good stuff for breakfast. Room cleaning costs an extra EUR15 per day if you want it (free very 5 days). For a property with over 400 rooms, studios and apartments (potentially 800 - 1000 people in peak season) the pool area is very small. The pool is around 12m by 6m and on sunny days every sunbed and deckchair were full for every minute. If your looking for a sunbed poolside stay this is not the place. With the space and number of rooms they have they have they should build another pool. Location is good with the beach and metro about 10 minutes walk away. There are many restaurants which get more expensive the closer you get to the beach.

You have to understand that this is a hostel, but no one can see you. If you don't want to, you can close your capsule and enjoy the solitude. The capsule opens with a card, which is very convenient. I felt comfortable.

The room is very comfortable as has lots of space however the shower and the toilet are in the same floor but far from the room. The staff were really friendly but some of them don’t speak Spanish.
