"The room was spacious and very clean. From the window, I had a lovely view of Tianjing Lake. The TV offered a wide selection of international channels, including CCTV. As a guest, I had complimentary access to the gym and pool, with extra towels provided at the pool. I swam twice and went for a run during my stay. It wasn't crowded, and the lifeguard was always on duty, making for a very enjoyable swim! The package I booked included a complimentary mini-bar refill and a double buffet dinner. The buffet dinner that night had a fantastic Southeast Asian theme, with most dishes being from Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand – a really creative buffet experience. Tianjing Lake is just across the road from the hotel, and there's a shopping mall and restaurants right next door, so all the amenities for entertainment and dining are very convenient. After having lunch with my mother at the mall, we went to Tianjing Lake and tried out a tandem kayak, which was reasonably priced and a lot of fun. Overall, staying at Pullman offers excellent value for money. Even if you're not going skiing at Alpine World, the nearby facilities provide plenty of options for food, drink, and entertainment!"

"This hotel is perfect for a family staycation with kids. The staff are generally young and incredibly enthusiastic. They're very observant; a quick glance in their direction and they'll eagerly ask if you need any help. There are shuttle buses throughout the resort. Even though everything is within walking distance, the shuttle makes it super convenient for kids. The resort has a two-story kids' castle, which is absolutely fantastic for children! All the toys are Hape, and kids are like mice in a rice barrel – once they're in, they don't want to leave. The second floor has DIY and board game areas. During the Spring Festival, there were activities like dumpling making, paper-cutting, fruit platters, and scratch art, so kids could spend half a day there. Next to the castle is the wellness center, great for adults to do yoga or swim. The pool area also has a kids' pool and a hot spring pool, which the little ones thoroughly enjoyed. There are also small animals and horseback riding, keeping the children's day perfectly planned out. Finally, and most delightfully, the suite we booked had a mahjong table! After the kids' nap, it was adult fun time! There are also KTV, ball games, and other activities, catering to both adults and children."

"The room is very good, spacious and comfortable. The front desk service is also very good, the attitude is super good, and it is a very good hotel. The room is well lit and clean. There is a campus next to the room, which is quiet enough. For someone like me who has high requirements for sleep quality, I feel that it is enough."

"Especially good hotel is super cost-effective, the space is large, the decoration is very careful, there is a small singing bar too addictive, the details can feel the boss's attitude. The details are also very good, the bathtub is given a disposable bath bag, breakfast is delivered to the room by the aunt, even the toothbrush is very good! Not a general chain product, next time you come to Taicang to play, you have to live in a different room type!"

"We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The room was very clean, spacious, carpeted, and quiet. The bedding was neat, and there was even a round table, perfect for situations like mine where I had to work overtime. The view was excellent, and we slept very well at night. They even provided a children's toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers – a thoughtful touch. The room overlooked the city park, and the hotel's location was superb, surrounded by Wanda Plaza, museums, and art galleries. It was conveniently located within walking distance. The breakfast was also extremely satisfying – a plentiful and delicious buffet with both Chinese and American options. Our child didn't want to stay longer and insisted on checking out until the very last minute. The value for money was unbeatable. Both adults and children were very satisfied with our trip to Taicang. We will definitely come back when the weather cools down. No one asked for a good review; the hotel's cleanliness, service, sleep quality, and location were all impeccable. A good review is a must, and it truly deserves it. I hope the hotel continues to improve, and I will definitely stay here again next time."

"Although the hotel is old-fashioned, I really think it is a good deal. I went to Taicang to stay for a few days when I returned to China. I was too lazy to go to my own house. I would rather stay in Loudong because the cost performance is too high. The room was very clean, the toiletries were complete, the room was large, and it was very comfortable to sleep in with the curtains drawn. Parking is free and the location is in the center of Taicang. The breakfast is also clean, hygienic and delicious, with Taicang meat floss with porridge and freshly ground coffee. It is especially worth mentioning that there is a blood pressure monitor at the elevator entrance on the first floor. I will bring the elderly with me next time."
