It is an authentic four-star hotel. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the bathroom is also worthy of praise. The breakfast sour soup powder is quite good, and the yogurt is also delicious. The location is excellent, in the central area of Kaili City. There is a bus station at the door that runs until late, and taxis are readily available. There are high-end such as Guomao and low-end temporary snack streets such as Niuchangba nearby. If you want to walk, you can experience the uniqueness of the city. It has the smell of night market fireworks. It is adjacent to the underground shopping mall that runs through Beijing East and West Road and Shaoshan North and South Road, making it easy to get to everywhere.

The next day, the aunt knocked on the door very rudely and randomly. This must be a service problem. The air conditioner was almost useless. I turned it on at 27 degrees and caught a cold the next day😷. The environment and hygiene were okay. The sound of sewer water running in the room I stayed in was very loud. I don't know where it came from.
Overall, it's good. Parking is convenient. The room is clean and tidy. It's a pity that I didn't have breakfast and I don't know how to experience it.

GGuest UserIndeed, I did not expect that the penthouse penthouse floor plan has many steps. No matter when entering the bedroom, from the bed to the bathroom, or out of the bathroom, there are steps, which made me a little anxious. There is a 71-year-old mother on the top and a 7-year-old child on the bottom. If I had known earlier, I would have booked a flat-floor apartment. If it fell, the hotel's compensation would be negligible. The highlight of the hotel is the decoration, and the service is also enthusiastic, and they actively help with luggage. A small reminder, I mentioned children in the order, but I forgot to put a child's toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. I also forgot the shower cap. I think a shower cap is definitely a must-have. Being traveling, it is inevitable to wash some small things. Hand soap is not enough, so I asked for laundry detergent later.

We stayed in a room overlooking the river with a beautiful view. The owners are very helpful and very kind and thanks to them we had an unforgettable stay. Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe most comfortable stop in Guizhou self-driving tour, the hotel is located near the administrative center and is very quiet. The hotel facilities are well maintained, the rooms are large, with bedding, toiletries, double bathrooms, and three separate rooms.
You must eat the restaurant's beef noodles for breakfast, it's very delicious.
The laundry room is also very big, with a pulsator washing machine, dryer, indoor and outdoor clothes drying racks, and a full range of soap, laundry detergent and brushes. There is a sofa where you can wait for the laundry to be done. There is also a restroom next to it.

GGuest UserHampton Inn in Guizhou seemed to be good. I wanted to go to Kaili to buy embroidery pieces. I called Bruce, the guy at the front desk, and he patiently told me where to go. Taking a taxi to Fengqingyuan is just the starting price.
After arriving at the hotel, I was specially upgraded to a suite with a great view. A little girl who was doing the wiring asked thoughtfully if there was enough water, and asked the robot to deliver two more bottles, which was very warm.
I bought a lot of embroidered clothes in the evening, and when I arrived at the store, the waiter at the door came over to help. I also specifically asked the girl on the line where to eat authentic fish in sour soup, and she recommended Lao Teng, which was pretty good.
The breakfast has local characteristics and is relatively rich.
When checking out, Bruce asked me if I had a good night's sleep. He even gave me snacks and water when I left, which was very thoughtful.
I will come to Kaili again in the future, and I will come to Hampton again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good overall. The receptionist on the first floor has a good attitude. The room hardware looks OK. The room is large, with LCD TV and telecom network set-top box (without playback function), fast and stable hot water, sofa and coffee table (with snacks and tea bags on the coffee table), refrigerator (two bottles of carbonated drinks in the refrigerator), soundproof glass windows (you can hardly hear the street noise after closing), central air conditioning (heating effect is very good), the only shortcoming is that I feel that one of the beds in my standard room is a bit thin, swaying when sleeping on it, and every time I turn over, it makes a creaking sound. The restaurant on the third floor provides free breakfast (a combination of Chinese and Western breakfast, not many varieties, but enough to eat) and paid Chinese dinner.

It was quite large, with two seating areas and plenty of ro for luggage. The shower area was well laid out so the whole bathroom doesn’t get wet when you shower. The staff was friendly and helpful.

AAnonymous UserIf any friends want to live a slow life and have convenient transportation, I really recommend this place. There are not many people in the off-season. If the weather is warm, you can sit at the door or on the sofa upstairs to bask in the sun, read a book or watch a TV show. And accompanied by a cute fat tiger!
