Very very satisfied with the hotel! It should be the best hotel in Kaili. It is very satisfactory. The hardware conditions and software services are very good. The bedding is comfortable, the hygiene is very good, and the breakfast is especially delicious! Parking is also very convenient! What’s particularly interesting is that I booked a Ctrip package, which included the “520 Love Museum” as a gift. When we arrived, we found that it was actually a wedding room decoration. Hahaha, I was very happy. However, our children had finished their high school entrance exams. The room was full of petal balloons, which was very fun. The waiter worked hard to help us arrange and clean up, thank you!

It's my first time staying here. I didn't expect Wyndham Hotel to be so good. It has complete facilities and a gym, so I have time to run in the evening. The lobby is very large, spacious and grand, which is in line with the luxury of a five-star hotel. It's also convenient to take a taxi around. The room is also very large and clean. I like the hotel. The breakfast is also rich.

The next day, the aunt knocked on the door very rudely and randomly. This must be a service problem. The air conditioner was almost useless. I turned it on at 27 degrees and caught a cold the next day😷. The environment and hygiene were okay. The sound of sewer water running in the room I stayed in was very loud. I don't know where it came from.
Overall, it's good. Parking is convenient. The room is clean and tidy. It's a pity that I didn't have breakfast and I don't know how to experience it.

GGuest UserIndeed, I did not expect that the penthouse penthouse floor plan has many steps. No matter when entering the bedroom, from the bed to the bathroom, or out of the bathroom, there are steps, which made me a little anxious. There is a 71-year-old mother on the top and a 7-year-old child on the bottom. If I had known earlier, I would have booked a flat-floor apartment. If it fell, the hotel's compensation would be negligible. The highlight of the hotel is the decoration, and the service is also enthusiastic, and they actively help with luggage. A small reminder, I mentioned children in the order, but I forgot to put a child's toothbrush and toothpaste in the room. I also forgot the shower cap. I think a shower cap is definitely a must-have. Being traveling, it is inevitable to wash some small things. Hand soap is not enough, so I asked for laundry detergent later.

GGuest UserHampton Inn in Guizhou seemed to be good. I wanted to go to Kaili to buy embroidery pieces. I called Bruce, the guy at the front desk, and he patiently told me where to go. Taking a taxi to Fengqingyuan is just the starting price.
After arriving at the hotel, I was specially upgraded to a suite with a great view. A little girl who was doing the wiring asked thoughtfully if there was enough water, and asked the robot to deliver two more bottles, which was very warm.
I bought a lot of embroidered clothes in the evening, and when I arrived at the store, the waiter at the door came over to help. I also specifically asked the girl on the line where to eat authentic fish in sour soup, and she recommended Lao Teng, which was pretty good.
The breakfast has local characteristics and is relatively rich.
When checking out, Bruce asked me if I had a good night's sleep. He even gave me snacks and water when I left, which was very thoughtful.
I will come to Kaili again in the future, and I will come to Hampton again.

GGuest UserThe hotel is good overall. The receptionist on the first floor has a good attitude. The room hardware looks OK. The room is large, with LCD TV and telecom network set-top box (without playback function), fast and stable hot water, sofa and coffee table (with snacks and tea bags on the coffee table), refrigerator (two bottles of carbonated drinks in the refrigerator), soundproof glass windows (you can hardly hear the street noise after closing), central air conditioning (heating effect is very good), the only shortcoming is that I feel that one of the beds in my standard room is a bit thin, swaying when sleeping on it, and every time I turn over, it makes a creaking sound. The restaurant on the third floor provides free breakfast (a combination of Chinese and Western breakfast, not many varieties, but enough to eat) and paid Chinese dinner.

AAttila BaloghThe lobby, elevator, corridors look very run-down but the room is surprisingly clean and tidy. The windows cannot be opened fully, but it's noisy outside anyway. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall it's good value for the price.

AAnonymous UserIf any friends want to live a slow life and have convenient transportation, I really recommend this place. There are not many people in the off-season. If the weather is warm, you can sit at the door or on the sofa upstairs to bask in the sun, read a book or watch a TV show. And accompanied by a cute fat tiger!

Hygiene: Very clean. I usually have very high hygiene requirements when staying in hotels, and I have no objection to this hotel.
Environment: The environment is very comfortable, and the one I stayed in was relatively quiet.
Service: The service is very good. The breakfast is good and rich. I caught a cold during my stay and asked the customer service to bring me two more bottles of water. They were delivered quickly and they gave me more mineral water in the next few days. I can see the thoughtfulness of the hotel.
All in all, I had a very comfortable and satisfying stay during this business trip.

The day before yesterday, the lady was very patient to introduce the nearby food. The transportation was convenient. I was very satisfied with my stay. I will come again next time.
