First of all, the hotel did not provide floor coverings proactively. I asked the front desk the next morning to provide them. When I saw the room on the first night, I thought it was because the hotel did not provide them. Then I went to take a shower. The shower was right next to the door. There was no threshold in the bathroom, so the water was all over the room. When it flowed out, I had to spread it on the floor with a big towel. I didn't say anything that night because it was 12 o'clock after taking a shower and I was tired and didn't want to bother others. I didn't know until the next day that I had to take the initiative to ask.
Secondly, the breakfast coupon was not given when I checked in. I thought I didn’t need to give a coupon, so I asked the front desk for the coupon and turned around and gave it away again. Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha I don’t know if there are too few dishes or if they are all eaten up. There are only 2 types of steamed buns, some cold dishes, fried dough sticks, millet porridge, and maybe corn? And it didn’t indicate what dish it was, so I didn’t eat much in the end.
The room placement really bothers me. It takes 20 minutes for the staff to come. Scanning the code may fail, and the playback may be interrupted. It is not very smart. Maybe all the smart parts are used on the robot.
In the laundry room, guests have to ask the front desk for washing powder, so there just happens to be someone at the front desk, otherwise they don't know how to operate it.
The biggest problem is that guests have to ask the staff for many things, and then the staff will solve them, but generally hotels do not have this problem. Breakfast coupons should be given when checking in, floor cloths should be placed in the room, and laundry detergent should be provided. It should be placed in the laundry room for guests to use sparingly, or get one that automatically dispenses laundry detergent. This will save a lot of time for both parties. Secondly, it may be that the owner runs a small business and does many things by himself, so he cannot do what chain hotels do. That's good.
The hotel itself cannot be blamed for the location, because Jiaozhou Airport is far away from the attractions, and it takes an hour to take a taxi, so you either have to live close to the airport or the attractions.
In addition, the free airport pick-up service is also a big reason why I chose this hotel. I hope to do better next time.
