The hotel is very close to the airport, and airport pickup service is included with the booking. Honestly, I only booked one room, but my friend and I were traveling from different places and arriving at the hotel at different times in the evening. Surprisingly, the hotel arranged free airport pickup for both trips, which was truly beyond my expectations! It's very convenient for moms traveling with a child and arriving late at night. The hotel's service is very thoughtful, the rooms are spacious, and the hallways are also very wide. My child really enjoyed the smart voice control. Highly recommend!

There’s a small 24hours convenient shop in the complex, guests can grab any necessities from snacks, meals, soap, just about everything 👍🏻 Hotel has washer & dryer that can alert us (through the app) once the laundry is done 👍🏻 Room for improvement: would be a great help if hotel has a little flexibility on receiving a cash on delivery for guest. Since the parcel was an accidental one, we really didn’t know how it worked. Airport security sent it (power bank) to the hotel. Delivery man couldn’t meet us in person, until second attempt then only hotel staff informed us. Hotel could handle it first and charge us later. Albeit, it was a pleasant stay 😊

This capsule hotel is very conveniently located, with a subway and high-speed rail station downstairs. It's just a five-minute walk to the terminal. There are also restaurants right outside, making dining easy. The facilities are comprehensive. Although it's a bit small, it has everything you need. It even has washing machines and dryers. The environment is clean and tidy, and I received a free upgrade to a double room, which was larger and offered more privacy. The bed was comfortable, and the central air conditioning kept the temperature just right. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I have an early flight!

A special thanks to the staff who picked me up from the airport and helped me print some documents – they not only printed my files in color but also delivered them directly to my room. Their attitude was excellent, and they were a huge help. However, the hotel plays bird-scaring sounds at night, and the soundproofing in the hallways and rooms is quite poor. The fact that earplugs, drinks, and bottled water were pre-placed in the room suggests they're aware of the noise issue. While there's a smart system, it's a shame the toilet isn't smart. Also, I hope the hotel pays more attention to cleanliness details. For instance, I found someone else's used false eyelashes on a bath towel. This definitely needs improvement. Since my short business trip was packed, I didn't fuss about it, and I didn't notice other cleanliness issues. Finally! A day after checking out, once I was home, I realized I'd left my pajamas in the room. No one from the hotel contacted me. I think if cleaning staff find forgotten items, it's necessary to contact the guest.

When the test results came out, the doctor diagnosed me with acute gastroenteritis and needed to stay in the hospital for observation and infusion. The hotel manager did not leave because the matter had been resolved, but continued to stay in the hospital with me until I was infused and my physical condition improved. During the infusion process, the hotel manager was worried that the hospital's meals would not suit my taste, so he went back to the hotel to cook light millet porridge for me. After the infusion, the hotel manager personally took me back to the hotel and arranged a quiet and comfortable room for me to have a good rest. He also specifically told the hotel staff to keep an eye on my physical condition at all times and provide timely help if there was any need. In the next few days, the hotel staff came to my room every day to ask about my physical condition and brought me fresh fruits and nutritious meals. After exiting the subway, just keep following the 'VIP Building' (or Plaza Premium Lounge) signs. (Odd that the other two hotels have their names displayed, but Aerotel doesn't, though at least they're all in the same general direction.) 2. I chose a room without a private bathroom, but the communal bathroom wasn't far from my room. I went twice, once in the morning and once at night, for washing and using the toilet, and didn't encounter anyone else. It actually felt a bit like being at home, just stepping out of the room to use the facilities. The room itself isn't big, and the AC control panel is on the ceiling. It has a TV, hangers, and a kettle – everything you need. The window is sealed, but once the AC is on, it doesn't feel stuffy at all; the air feels circulated. 3. If you want a good night's sleep, you definitely need to pull the curtains all the way down. Since I arrived at night, it felt quite dark. To avoid oversleeping, I only pulled them halfway. The next morning, I vaguely heard/dreamt of the sound of rain (or was it someone dragging luggage?). I opened my eyes, and the sunlight was streaming in, making the room so bright! 4. Exiting the room, there's a dedicated security channel, which is super convenient and leads directly past security. BUT! It's quite a trek from the VIP lounge. I walked a long way to V2 to eat some mackerel dumplings, and then after eating, I walked back to the boarding gate… Note: From the subway to the VIP Building/Plaza Premium Lounge is on the first floor. You can print your boarding pass here, then take the elevator next to it up to the third floor to check in. Before boarding, my boarding code wouldn't scan, so I had to go back from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor to print my boarding pass, and then back to the 3rd floor for security. But overall, it was all pretty quick!
