The common areas are clean and refreshing, consistently well-maintained. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, with good lighting and ventilation. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, this one offers outstanding value for money, making it suitable for couples on a short trip, friends staying over, or even business travelers. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and highly recommend it to all travelers.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and airport pickup service is included with the booking. Honestly, I only booked one room, but my friend and I were traveling from different places and arriving at the hotel at different times in the evening. Surprisingly, the hotel arranged free airport pickup for both trips, which was truly beyond my expectations! It's very convenient for moms traveling with a child and arriving late at night. The hotel's service is very thoughtful, the rooms are spacious, and the hallways are also very wide. My child really enjoyed the smart voice control. Highly recommend!

This was my second stay here. They offer airport transfer service and breakfast, all at a great price. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the facilities are good. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and proactive, always ensuring guests had what they needed. Clean and modern hotel. Close to the airport. Airport shuttle really helps. Pick up from the airport at any time, drop off hourly. There’s a small 24hours convenient shop in the complex, guests can grab any necessities from snacks, meals, soap, just about everything 👍🏻 Hotel has washer & dryer that can alert us (through the app) once the laundry is done 👍🏻 Room for improvement: would be a great help if hotel has a little flexibility on receiving a cash on delivery for guest. Since the parcel was an accidental one, we really didn’t know how it worked. Airport security sent it (power bank) to the hotel. Delivery man couldn’t meet us in person, until second attempt then only hotel staff informed us. Hotel could handle it first and charge us later. Albeit, it was a pleasant stay 😊

I arrived around 4:30 PM, only to be told the room wasn't ready yet! I asked what time check-out was, and they said 12 PM. I can't understand why, if check-out is at noon, the room still isn't cleaned by 4:30 PM. They then told me I could wait in the executive lounge for about 30 minutes. Once I got to the executive lounge, the front desk initially said to wait 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, I went back to ask, and they said it would be another 50 minutes. The worst part was the staff's smug attitude the whole time; they didn't show any urgency or willingness to solve the problem for the customer. Instead, they suggested, 'Why don't you go watch the concert first, and the room will be ready when you get back?' Frustrated, I contacted Trip.com, who quickly helped resolve it. In less than 5 minutes, the room was ready?! Trip.com even proactively offered compensation points, while the hotel showed absolutely no concern. When I asked why a room isn't ready by 4:30 PM when guests usually check out at 12 PM, they replied, 'Because Nicholas Tse is having a concert.' Are you kidding me? Guests attending a concert either just checked in or haven't checked out from the day before. What does that have to do with Nicholas Tse's concert? I'm so angry! I rarely leave bad reviews, but this time, I absolutely have to. It's not just about the room not being ready; more importantly, it's the service attitude and awareness that desperately need improvement!

The service was excellent, the staff member was enthusiastic and attentive. The single capsule was sufficient, not cramped, and had a fan for ventilation. There's a hook for a bag, but it lacks a small shelf for things like glasses. The disposable towel provided was too small for showering, thankfully I brought my own large disposable bath towel. Overall, I'm very satisfied, it was perfect for an early morning flight without rushing, and great value for money.

When the test results came out, the doctor diagnosed me with acute gastroenteritis and needed to stay in the hospital for observation and infusion. The hotel manager did not leave because the matter had been resolved, but continued to stay in the hospital with me until I was infused and my physical condition improved. During the infusion process, the hotel manager was worried that the hospital's meals would not suit my taste, so he went back to the hotel to cook light millet porridge for me. When he brought the still warm porridge to me, my eyes couldn't help but moisten. This caring and concern made me feel the warmth of home in a foreign land. After the infusion, the hotel manager personally took me back to the hotel and arranged a quiet and comfortable room for me to have a good rest. He also specifically told the hotel staff to keep an eye on my physical condition at all times and provide timely help if there was any need. In the next few days, the hotel staff came to my room every day to ask about my physical condition and brought me fresh fruits and nutritious meals.
