Hotel location: It is about 10 minutes' drive from the airport. If necessary, you can contact the hotel staff to help you call a car. They will be very enthusiastic to help you book, and it is much cheaper than calling a car yourself. It is less than 10 marks to go to the airport.
Hotel facilities: There is a free parking lot, and there is a gas station downstairs. The hotel room is very new, the decoration style is younger, and the area is larger. Two 28-inch suitcases are spread out for easy walking.
Service: The attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic, and they are eager to answer travel questions. There is no problem with English communication. The breakfast restaurant ends at 10:30. There are more food types than hotels with the same price, but they will start closing around 10 o'clock. If you go late Yes, you can ask the staff to help get some food out of the back kitchen.
Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high, suitable for friends who catch an early flight the next day.

Very nice clean hotel with such very helpful staff. I would like to thank the staff on reception in particular for their help. We had dinner one night in the revolving restaurant which was delicious. Breakfast is also served there which was excellent, lots of choice. The bed room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, big bathroom and dressing area and as it was on a circular it had amazing views. Only issue was the lack of a swimming pool, this was extremely disappointing as I was on a retreat I was really looking forward to swimming and this necessitated taking a taxi to local spa. Also, its a bit of a way to Sarajevo old town which I loved but there are lots of taxis. Overall really good but no pool makes the rating down for me.

The hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel.
However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.

The biggest issue is the renovation and construction going on. They are replacing the carpets and things are ripped up everywhere and the new carpets smell horrible. I was on the 9th floor and they were doing this one the 10th floor, or at least storing something there. I could smell it everywhere. Then, perhaps to cover the smell, they decided to start painting the hallway when it was full of guests! Now it smelled like paint and workers were painting and blocking the rooms. I complained about this when I checked out and the staff was very unhelpful and sort of muttered and walked away after telling me something that probably can not be in this review. Honestly, I tried to resolve this directly before I left, but the front desk was not interested so I said, okay, I'm going to contact Accor and write some reviews. The staff in general was quite unprofessional for this quality of hotel and need some more training. They lounge in the backroom on a couch in view of the lobby or play on their phones. The room was also dirty and the bathroom is very small. Breakfast wasn't bad, but crowded. The hotel is quite far from all the tourist parts of Sarajevo. I've had to alter this review a few times, so hopefully it will work now.

The room is quite big, the scenery is also very good, the location is very good, the first floor below is directly connected to the shopping mall, there is a large supermarket opposite, and there is also a shopping mall. It is very convenient to buy phone cards and exchange money. It is a landmark building, not good The only place to watch is the hotel, the sanitation is relatively poor, when you want to drink tea 🍵, you take out the cup, oh my god, it has not been washed, which is a bit surprising 😱, go to breakfast, there are many people, and no one takes a seat , a bit messy, it took 45 minutes for the waiter to pick up a car😂😂😂, but anyway, their attitude is still very good👌, so it doesn't matter, it's just a small problem, I hope it can be improved

Very nice place to stay, in the middle of the city, so if you want to go to Ilidza or mountains it’s just 10-15 minutes and also very near to Bascarsija but out of the crowed! Staff is very nice and helpful! They can explain where to go and what to visit! Friendly reception and concierge! They offer airport transfer with the van what is good for families! Apartments are very big and spacious! Ask for the high floor for better view! AC in the gym didn’t work that’s the only downgrade! Breakfast is ok,we didn’t try lunch and dinner because there are lots of restaurants around the city which are servings traditional Bosnian meals! All in all we will definitely visit this place again!

Outstanding
GGuest UserPresidential is an understatement for this superior, modern hotel in the heart of Sarajevo’s attractions, restaurants and pedestrian streets. Our Overseas Adventure Travel tour group was assigned to this hotel. The tour company could not have made a better selection. The room I occupied overlooked the river and the base of a mountain range. The room is beyond spectacular, especially considering less expensive rooms are generally assigned to tour groups. The bathroom features an entire glass wall with curtains to close for privacy. But why? Many of the rooms overlook a busy street and the river. Besides, who’d want to look at a 71-year-old geezer shaving?☺ Windows are insulated blocking cold and street noise. The room is spacious, clean, modern, and has all creature comforts. But beware of the minibar prices. There are small grocers nearby that sell wine for about 6 euros. Buffet breakfast was included for tour group members, so I don’t know if there’s a separate charge for other guests. The hotel staff are amazing and courteous. If only Orlando area hotels could learn from Hotel President Sarajevo.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in the perfect location, scenic views all round and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. Take a short walk up to Yellow Fortress near the hotel for some breathtaking views! The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to make your experience even better! The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo and Bosnia again, loved it! Thank you :-)
Mu wife, son and I visited Sarajevo, Bosnia on a short 3 day holiday 20-23 Sept 2024. The hotel is very centrally located, in fact ideally located fir Sightseeing in Sarajevo. A very comfortable hotel with well appointed rooms with all amenities. The front office staff was most cooperative, responsive and helpful. They serve a good breakfast. Unfortunately they do not have a resteraunt for lunch or dinner
AAnonymous UserFacilities: There is an elevator, I like the decoration style very much, the corridor aroma is wonderful.
Hygienic: clean and tidy, staying for two consecutive days, helping to clean and change bath towels in the middle.
Environment: Very close to the city center, basically no more than 200 meters from the attractions and restaurants that need to be punched in.
Service: Don't think about coming to Sarajevo, just live here, absolutely satisfied. . The staff is very good in English, there is no hot water bottle in the room, I called in the middle of the night and sent it upstairs, and also helped to call a taxi. I came to the Balkans for more than two weeks and felt that there was a value for money four-star hotel for the first time.
tips: Trip.com booked a stall that did not include breakfast, but the hotel front desk told us the price including breakfast, and the breakfast was really rich and delicious.
DDljiangThere are very few reviews, just because it is close to the old city and can park a car, I booked it blindly. I couldn't find it on the navigation system, and it was difficult to park on the hilly road. I came down to find someone and walked around for a long time before I found the house number. The iron door was tightly closed. After ringing the doorbell for a long time, a father and son came out and confirmed the order with us in a daze. , and at the same time kept telling us ”no problem, no problem”, and then picked up our car and parked it in the garage in his yard. In fact, the navigation guide is at the back door of his house. It is very convenient to go out to the old city from the back door. The smiles and enthusiasm of the father and son calmed our anxiety. We settled down with peace of mind and used the kitchen they provided to cook Chinese food. We were quite satisfied.
I was part of an organized tour so did not choose this hotel. When I arrived the air conditioning was turned off and the outside temperature was in the high 30's. The room was like an oven. The only person working in the hotel was on Reception and although - she tried to help me nothing worked. I had to open the window at night and hope for the best. It was finally fixed the following day. The room was tiny. There was a fridge installed at the end of the bed but it was impossible to open the door of the fridge because the end of the bed was jammed up against it!! How stupid! Why have a fridge if you can't open the door. The breakfast was very very poor. It was help yourself but there seemed to be nobody coming in to replenish the food ie. bread ran out but nobody came and filled it up. The only choice of coffee was instant. Very little choice and of poor quality. The only good thing about the hotel was the location. BTW - there were notices on the window claiming that there were services such as massages and saunas. When I asked i was told that they had stopped doing them - Again - why hadn't these notices been removed. The whole place needed someone to get a grip everything is done on the cheap.
GGuest UserThe central location of Sarajevo's old town is in all directions. You can go out to play and walk every day. The Latin Bridge, the mosque, the shopping street, and the church are all within easy reach. The hotel breakfast is also very good. The restaurant is very beautiful. The room provides disposable slippers and a hot water bottle. A ten-minute walk to Huangbao can get the sunset view of Sarajevo, and you can also pass through the war martyr's graveyard.
GGuest UserGood location - not in the very center and therefore not in the noisiest part of the center, but close to all the main attractions. Also, the pluses include breakfasts, which began very early and were served until 11:00, full, very tasty, hearty. The hotel has been renovated, the rooms have been renovated, but the hotel itself - the corridors, elevators are like from the last century. The room had a terrible hair dryer, which did not dry at all, also from the 80s of the 20th century. Not all the receptionists, but only some women were not polite, did not smile, did not try to help, did not fill in the registration dates correctly, not only did they not apologize, but they also got irritated that I asked to redo it (((
LLaffertyDelightful, frictionless, two week stay with everyone in full-service, friendly mode at all times indicating excellent hiring and a genuine interest in customer service. All requests, some challenging we’re addressed and solved with ease and a smile.
Location couldn’t be any better situated right up the hill from Pigeon Square in Old Town, one of the more magical places. On earth.
That is, I think we’re still on earth.
孙孙A particularly good hotel, right on the edge of the old city. To be precise, I live in the scenic spot. Open the windows and the old city is full of eyes. Every time I come to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, I choose this hotel. The off-season price is around 600, which is acceptable. This time, the staff at the front desk had a very good service, and the room card was prepared early. The hotel’s breakfast is good, rich in variety and snow-white tablecloths. It is very pleasant to have breakfast while looking at the historic sites in the old city. There were many Arabs and Turks in the hotel, and almost no Chinese were seen. The Latin Bridge is within three minutes of going out. There are many restaurants in the old town, and there is also a Chinese restaurant, which is convenient for eating. The BBI shopping mall is also a 15-minute walk away. However, a friend put US dollars in a bag while staying here, and left the bag after leaving the hotel room. After returning to China, he found 10 100-dollar bills, which turned into 10 one-dollar bills🙀. It should be the result of the hotel staff stealing their posts and changing posts, because they have already returned to China and cannot call the police. So, you must be cautious when you check in and take care of your personal belongings, especially cash.
