Hotel location: It is about 10 minutes' drive from the airport. If necessary, you can contact the hotel staff to help you call a car. They will be very enthusiastic to help you book, and it is much cheaper than calling a car yourself. It is less than 10 marks to go to the airport. Hotel facilities: There is a free parking lot, and there is a gas station downstairs. The hotel room is very new, the decoration style is younger, and the area is larger. Two 28-inch suitcases are spread out for easy walking. Service: The attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic, and they are eager to answer travel questions. There is no problem with English communication. The breakfast restaurant ends at 10:30. There are more food types than hotels with the same price, but they will start closing around 10 o'clock. Overall, the price/performance ratio is very high, suitable for friends who catch an early flight the next day.

This hotel never disappoints. It’s my at least once a year spot when visiting or just passing through Sarajevo. I was beyond happy to find out that it has become 100% smoke free hotel; no more smoking in their sky-bar either! This used to be my last hang up on this hotel. Otherwise, it truly has full Marriott qualities. I love the hotel, rooms, cleanliness, food at the restaurant (except once in all these years), location, access from and to the airport as well as to city’s attractions, but my most favorite thing about it is the employees! It’s the old school staff; respectful appearance, approach, friendly faces, always going one step beyond. I love, love, LOVE it! It’s my home away from home. I definitely recommend staying at this wonderful hotel. Enjoy!

Very nice clean hotel with such very helpful staff. I would like to thank the staff on reception in particular for their help. We had dinner one night in the revolving restaurant which was delicious. Breakfast is also served there which was excellent, lots of choice. The bed room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed, big bathroom and dressing area and as it was on a circular it had amazing views. Only issue was the lack of a swimming pool, this was extremely disappointing as I was on a retreat I was really looking forward to swimming and this necessitated taking a taxi to local spa. Also, its a bit of a way to Sarajevo old town which I loved but there are lots of taxis. Overall really good but no pool makes the rating down for me.

A particularly good hotel, right on the edge of the old city. To be precise, I live in the scenic spot. Open the windows and the old city is full of eyes. Every time I come to Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, I choose this hotel. The off-season price is around 600, which is acceptable. This time, the staff at the front desk had a very good service, and the room card was prepared early. The hotel’s breakfast is good, rich in variety and snow-white tablecloths. It is very pleasant to have breakfast while looking at the historic sites in the old city. There were many Arabs and Turks in the hotel, and almost no Chinese were seen. The Latin Bridge is within three minutes of going out. There are many restaurants in the old town, and there is also a Chinese restaurant, which is convenient for eating. The BBI shopping mall is also a 15-minute walk away. However, a friend put US dollars in a bag while staying here, and left the bag after leaving the hotel room. After returning to China, he found 10 100-dollar bills, which turned into 10 one-dollar bills🙀. It should be the result of the hotel staff stealing their posts and changing posts, because they have already returned to China and cannot call the police. So, you must be cautious when you check in and take care of your personal belongings, especially cash.

The hotel is generally clean, safe and very suitable for a comfortable holiday. The breakfast menu is quite good. Eating at the hotel restaurant is not expensive. All these are the positive aspects of the hotel. However, they keep your passport hostage at the reception and do not want to give it to you until you leave the hotel. I have no idea how they can cover any damage to the passport. and actually a great irresponsibility for the hotel. But they don't even care. Finally, it is very absurd that they ask for a fee at check-out for the water in the room.

I had an absolute brilliant stay at the Grad Hotel. Certainly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been. Room was cleaned every day thoroughly well. Even the toilet was sanitized every day, and including new towels every single day !! Beds were also of a very high standard. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful. When it was raining they offered me an umbrella, great !! Breakfast included.

We stayed in room 107, if allocated this room would strongly advise you request to be moved while checking in. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city. However bars are situated directly below, the music was so loud constantly at 60 DB in our room and didn’t turn off until 3am. We asked to be moved and was told by reception staff ‘this is Sarajevo ‘ we were unable to change room as hotel was full. The room was not very clean, mould in bathroom and plater missing in places on the wall. Breakfast is very simple and basic selection. I would not recommend this hotel.

Facilities: There is an elevator, I like the decoration style very much, the corridor aroma is wonderful. Hygienic: clean and tidy, staying for two consecutive days, helping to clean and change bath towels in the middle. Environment: Very close to the city center, basically no more than 200 meters from the attractions and restaurants that need to be punched in. Service: Don't think about coming to Sarajevo, just live here, absolutely satisfied. . The staff is very good in English, there is no hot water bottle in the room, I called in the middle of the night and sent it upstairs, and also helped to call a taxi. I came to the Balkans for more than two weeks and felt that there was a value for money four-star hotel for the first time. tips: Trip.com booked a stall that did not include breakfast, but the hotel front desk told us the price including breakfast, and the breakfast was really rich and delicious.

We checked in at the hotel as a gymnastics team on 20.09.2024 at 12:00 to participate in the competition to be held on 21.09.2024. Our gymnasts wanted to tour the city before the competition and we left the hotel around 14:30 and returned at 18:00. The receptionist called us and said that ”we have to leave the hotel in the morning of 21.09.2024, the hotel will be under repairs”. Although we showed her the e-mail correspondence stating that they had confirmed our rooms for the nights of 20.09.2024 and 21.09.2024 and that we would participate in the competition on 21.09.2024, therefore, it would not be possible for us to leave the rooms because the gymnasts would go to the gym early in the morning for the competition, the woman at the reception said in an extremely rude manner that our situation or the reservation confirmation doesn't matter and that we had to leave the rooms no matter what. Thereupon, we stated that we were customers and guests at the hotel and that they could not speak to us in this manner and ended the conversation. After all, they were going to take us out of the hotel and they were doing this to a sports team. I have traveled to countless countries, stayed in countless hotels, and this is the first time in my life that I have experienced such disgrace. This is a disgraceful hotel that I would never recommend to anyone. The way the receptionist spoke and the way he spoke were rude and unbecoming of the unit he worked in.
