Spa Hotels in Qingdao

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It's located on the premises of the Ancient Town which makes it really convenient to get around but still it's very tranquil and quiet. The stuff is helpful and speaks English well. The buffet on Froday and Saturday evenings is nice and affordable, and I especially liked the atmosphere of the restaurant. I've also had a full body massage at the hotel SPA and it was amazing. There's traditional Chinese clothing available for a photoshoot, too. All in all, it's a great choice for a weekend away.

This is definitely a 5 star hotel and we would recommend it for location and service, the only problem we had was at check in when we arrived at 4pm and were told that our room wasn’t ready and it would be another 1 hour to 1 and a half hour away, which was totally unacceptable as check in is at 3pm, the lady tried to upsell us to another room, not a free upgrade but to charge us the extra, I thought this was not on and as we had been travelling all day since 4am that morning, our room should have been ready, after we refused the upsell, suddenly told there is a room available in about 20 minutes but on a lower floor than we requested, we were still not happy and then suddenly another room appeared, also not on a high floor, we decided to take it as we were so tired, when we got to the room, it was not in a good viewing position, had a wall outside the window, we went back downstairs and this time I asked for the manager, Jack came to look after us and finally understood us, gave us a drink voucher and we sat in the lovely lounge area and had an ice cold drink and within 10-15 minutes Jack had gotten us a higher floor(as we had originally requested anyway) and helped us to our room, the view was uninterrupted and the room much better, Jack also sent some beers to our room to enjoy and was very apologetic, thank you Jack for your help. I didn’t want to write anything negative here because this is a lovely hotel and the Shangri-La group is normally very good, we have stayed many times in different places but I just had to mention that part because I don’t want other people who have been travelling all day to arrive and their room isn’t ready and to be told to wait longer its just not right. Everything else went smoothly and the facilities are great, swimming pool, location, cleanliness. Thanks again to Jack, lovely guy

Hotel location is excellent for tourist, very close to 4th May Square, Metro station is just 1 min walk from hotel entrance, very convenient to go around to all sightseeing spots. Room is clean & spacious, breakfast is really good with variety choices. I highly recommend Westin Hotel.

The hotel housekeeper Xiao Cao provided very good service, the accommodation environment was great, the room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, and it was as comfortable and warm as home. The hotel has a superior location, convenient transportation, and many attractions around it. You can feel the atmosphere of tourism when you go out. A pleasant stay experience, I will come again next time!

I'm from Macau. Qingdao is a very beautiful city. I stayed at the Le Meridien this time which continued the style of Le Meridien in decoration. The room is large enough, and the hygiene was also well.However, I hope that the front desk employee named Crystal could be polite to your customer and don’t wear a porker face, Ok?

I came to Qingdao on a business trip and chose this hotel. It is a little far from the city, but it is very convenient to the Expo Park. The hotel experience is great. The room is large, the bedding is comfortable, especially the pillows for sleeping, which are so comfortable. The hotel's breakfast is very good, with many varieties, and both Chinese and Western food are delicious. I can't eat them all. The hotel's service is commendable. Every day, a piece of fruit is delivered to the room, 2 bottles of drinks (Laoshan Coke), 2 bottles of mineral water, and Chinese medicine foot bath is also provided, which is very considerate. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Staying here for a night with a deluxe room at 20th.floor where there's a slight corner sea view. love it!. The only downside is the wooden floor is a bit dusty. food served for the celebrity buffet and morning breakfast are delicious and lots of varieties. Overall is a pleasant stay at MGM Qingdao. will definitely be my priority choice for next visit to Qingdao.

The location of this hotel might be convenient for business travelers, but it’s not ideal for tourists. I found myself having to take taxis everywhere, though fortunately, they’re inexpensive in Qingdao. The rooms are spacious and generally clean, with a comfortable bed, but the bathroom felt a bit outdated. Breakfast was just average, nothing to get excited about. Although the hotel is listed as 5 stars, it felt more like a 4-star experience. All the rooms face the streets, which can be noisy – I had to switch rooms because of this. However, my second room was a bit quieter. The staff were all very kind, especially the cleaning ladies who were always smiling and helpful. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay, but I probably wouldn’t choose this

The stay at intercontinental in Qingdao was amazing. Fairy helped us check in and made sure we had the best stay. We had 2 rooms and both were upgraded to rooms with balcony, seaview and hottub on the balcony. It made our trip very special. The view from the balcony was fantastic, and really worth it! Breakfast had a large selection of western and Chinese breakfast. Overall a great stay with great services!
