"Had a really mixed stay at this Hotel. Only booked one night, with the option of extending, but decided against. My wife and I came on separated flight, with mine delayed over 5 hours. I arrived at 02:00 past midnight to check-in. First they the reception told me I’m in the wrong hotel. I had to proof my booking with them and the fact that my wife is already in the room. After some discussion they refused to check me in, but told me to call my wife to let me into the room. First, not checking in and registering a foreigner is against the law. Second, why should I wake up my sleeping wife at this late hours? After insisting on being checked in the process went fast and smoothly, which makes me wonder, why the discussions first? Room was spacious and clean. Nice view over the ocean. At the breakfast buffet we were greeted by hordes of waiters watching over a half empty buffet, at 09:30. Nearly no western food options and no cold cuts. After asking I was treated to a plate of two pieces of Camembert, hard cheese and some kind of milk cheese. Not the standard for a Sheraton breakfast. That’s also my final verdict. For this price and being a Sheraton Resort, it’s not up to the standards one would expect from a place with this name."

"I went to Beihai for a trip some time ago and stayed at Lavande Hotel (Beihai High-speed Railway Station Ningchun City Branch). The experience is superb and must be shared!  This hotel is newly opened in 2025 and the whole is particularly new. As soon as you enter the lobby, you can feel the warm and comfortable atmosphere. The decoration is very design and the details show the quality. The younger brother and sister at the front desk were warm and thoughtful, the check-in speed was very fast, and they also intimately introduced the fun places and delicious food around.  The room surprised me even more, simple atmosphere, intelligent customer control is super convenient, lighting, curtains can be controlled by moving the mouth. The bed was soft and comfortable, and I slept very soundly at night. Hygiene is also impeccable, every corner is clean. The fresh air system and humidifier are equipped to keep the air fresh and moist in the room.  The location of the hotel is excellent, the transportation is convenient, close to the high-speed rail station, and it is convenient to travel. The surrounding area is and Anning Spring City, where you can eat, shop and entertain in one stop. If you want to go to the attractions, it is very convenient to take a taxi or take a bus.  Free parking is very friendly to self-driving friends, there is robot service, delivery to the door, and a sense of technology. The only small regret is that if the breakfast type can be richer, it would be better. But overall, this hotel is very cost-effective. Next time I go to Beihai, I will definitely choose it!"

The B&B encourages people to walk barefoot in the bedroom (not mandatory). "這次北海銀灘之行，選對這家民宿幸福感翻倍！從地理位置到配套服務，每一處細節都讓人驚喜，完全超出預期。最讓我滿意的就是酒店的黃金位置——從大堂出來，沿海邊步道慢走，到銀灘標誌性的“大圓球”雕塑居然衹要3分鐘，真正實現“出門即沙灘”。如果是帶長者或小孩出行，這個距離真的太友好了，不用擔心長時間走路或攜帶沙灘裝備的麻煩。 酒店的免費早餐也足夠貼心，有剛蒸好的包子、饅頭，紅薯，稀飯，玉米和雞蛋，還有貼心獨山鹽酸，下稀飯衹有獨山人能懂，完全不用再特意找地方吃早餐，節省了不少遊玩時間。酒店前台的服務也很暖心。還貼心分享了買海鮮的避坑小技巧。 最意外的是酒店還配有免費室外泳池，直接把度假氛圍拉滿！泳池就在酒店庭院裏，躺椅整齊地擺放在池邊，玩完沙灘回來，不想再暴曬又想玩海水的話，泳池就是絕佳選擇——水温剛剛好，不會太涼也不會曬得發燙，小孩能盡情嬉戲。泳池的水質也很乾凈，定期更換，每天都能看到工作人員打掃清理。 床上用品平整柔軟，衞生間的洗漱用品齊全，熱水供應穩定且水壓足，洗完澡舒舒服服躺床上。 整體來説，性價比直接拉滿。下次帶家人來北海銀灘，肯定還會優先選這裏，妥妥的寶藏住宿！重點：獨山老鄉來還能享受超低折扣。"
