I would definitely want to bring my family and friends over next time. If you’re looking for a comfy stay within the area I would definitely recommend this hotel! The room was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. A special thank you for the stunning birthday decoration—it brought a big smile to my wife’s face! The Langham Club was breathtaking, with its seamless design blending into the city view. The morning offerings of delicious food and drinks made it even better. One standout experience was dining at the Japanese restaurant “Morimoto.” It’s undoubtedly one of the best culinary experiences we’ve had in Jakarta. Heartfelt thanks to Eki for his exceptional concierge service; Fenny, Yuca, Naomi, Cindy, Naris, and Stevi for the delightful room decoration; and Mrs. Meirina, Julian, Agatha, Harun, Mega, and Joey for their outstanding service in the Langham Club. "It's my 1st time to Jakarta to meet some friends. Therefore I decided to try this property by booking a one night stay, Raffles King Room during this trip. I was warmly welcomed by Dul who was on the ground, making sure I am not burdened by my baggage and my entrance was welcoming. He never failed to be great and asked my well being from time to time. Checkin was done with Ardi. Ardi was very professional and accommodating, guiding me through how I can maximise my stay based on my needs, recommending me amenities and recommendations both in and out of the property. Really helpful and thankful, especially for the option to have my breakfast in room as I had to leave the hotel early. Eky was very dedicated and friendly, I experienced it first hand as he helped me with my breakfast needs and requirements. Rest of the ground staffs were very dedicated people whom represent the brand and property well. I will definitely be back for a longer stay on my next visit to jakarta."

"The St. Regis promises elegance and attention to detail, and while my stay at The St. Regis Jakarta was luxurious, it fell short of being perfect. This reflects the high standards expected for the price. Some areas could be better, like the check-in, which wasn’t as prompt as I’d hoped. I also requested a late check-out because of a massage on my last day, but no one followed up, so I had to rush during check-out. These small details, which are part of the brand’s promise, were missed. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel, but paying more attention to guest requests would make the experience even better."
