"Not bad, the guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. Although his English communication was a bit awkward, I still managed to borrow a hair dryer from him."

"Pros: Excellent service from all staff, always smiling and ready to help. Location is just across the road to St Regis hotel, where I attended a wedding.  Cons: Found dust bunnies on several occasions during my 3-night stay. No face towel.Had to request for hand towel and hairdryer, which were provided promptly. Breakfast was lacking in choice and taste. You are better off trying the nearby cafes or food delivery services. Tip: For those who prefer convenience, food delivery services (I used Grab Food) was a time saver. Used it too to get food to pack back as souvenirs for flight home."

"First time in Gran Melia Jakarta and it was an excellent experience. Especially the front officer , Mr Benedict and Nabila for their assistance and cooperation. Our room was upgraded to suite at red level, spacious, comfortable and very clean. The buffet breakfast spread was awesome with lots of varieties and the food was tasty. Overall it was a lovely stay here"

The hotel is conveniently located next to Gandaria City Mall and Gandaria 8 office tower in South Jakarta, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are modern, spacious, and offer breathtaking city views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The Sheraton Sleep Experience beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The amenities, including the 24-hour fitness center and outdoor pool, are excellent, and the breakfast buffet at Anigré Restaurant is diverse and delicious. The staff's service is outstanding. They are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any needs. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel for anyone visiting Jakarta. "Exceptional service from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The concierge team was prompt, helpful, polite, and so engaging that we barely noticed how quickly we reached our room. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully designed. A special thank you for the stunning birthday decoration—it brought a big smile to my wife’s face! The Langham Club was breathtaking, with its seamless design blending into the city view. The morning offerings of delicious food and drinks made it even better. One standout experience was dining at the Japanese restaurant “Morimoto.” It’s undoubtedly one of the best culinary experiences we’ve had in Jakarta. Heartfelt thanks to Eki for his exceptional concierge service; Fenny, Yuca, Naomi, Cindy, Naris, and Stevi for the delightful room decoration; and Mrs. Meirina, Julian, Agatha, Harun, Mega, and Joey for their outstanding service in the Langham Club. "Well located with friendly concierge and reception staff. But the rooms need some refurbishment. Aircin was noisy and toilets were a little small. Nevertheless, still good for short stay"

"Overall had a very disappointing experience celebrating our anniversary here. We stayed over one night. we had.Had a lovely surprise in the room with anniversary wishes and a lovely cake.The room itself was large and beautiful with wonderful views of the city. The hotel itself is stunning with lovely artwork and decor. Swimming pool was beautiful and loved the jacuzzi. A little cold in the pool most of the time as the buildings cover the sun. Fantastic gym! We went for drinks to their bar at 2pm and they didn't offer us the alcohol menu. When we specifically asked for it and then asked for signature drinks from it, we were told it wasn't available as the mixologist wasn't there and would be in at 4pm. We went again for pre dinner drinks, listened to lovely live music and again the signature drink I wanted wasn't available! Asked for a simple margherita and they charged us a price that was more than their signature drink prices! Many of the drinks like the beers on the menu was not available. Bar food was bland and mediocre. Was disappointing. Went out for an early dinner and came back to the hotel. Both of us felt very hungry at about 11.30pm and ordered the only meat pizza they had on their in room dining 24/7 menu and they tell me 15mins later that the pizza is not available! When we checked out, we weren't even asked how our stay was ..guess they didn't want any feedback or cared enough to know if we enjoyed our stay or not. We have been to Raffles in other countries and by far this was the most disappointing experience. Overall felt more like a business hotel"

"Sunday brunch and breakfast were very excelent. Clean room, very comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff all very impressive. Shady pool and adequate gym although not big but very comfortable. If only there was a proper playground for children it would be nice tho bcs most of the guest Like to bring the kids over. But I can say the best hotel food is here! Deff would comeback again"

"The hotel is beautiful, nearby the hotel there is a food court which is great. However when I entered the room, I found the slipper is with dirty stain which I believed this is not up to Four Seasons’ standard. When I texted their operation team about the issue, they just sent a new one to my room without further courtesy call ."
