Can't describe more than EXCELLENT. Westin Jakarta is one of my favourite place for a short getaway from all those daily stress. I love the comfort given by all.. from staffs to ambience to room to beddings. Very much satisfied in my stay and will come back. I have always tried the daily treats area, but haven't set my foot in the gym and pool area. Big Thumbs up for You, Westin!!! I love you all

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel — the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my visit. The overall environment felt comfortable and welcoming. However, I did experience a bit of a delay with the laundry service. I called to request laundry collection, but it took a while for someone to respond, and the express service line was not picked up despite several attempts. Still, aside from that minor inconvenience, everything else was great. I would consider staying here again.
