Ascott, though a 4-star hotel, provided good service with friendly and attentive staff. I appreciate their efforts to be sustainable, but the hotel felt quite warm, including the rooms, which made it feel stuffy with little air circulation. Perhaps providing fans could help improve comfort. Overall, it was a decent stay.

My family and I had a very wonderful stay. The hotel was able to answer all of my enquiries before my trip. I emailed the hotel regarding my airport pick up and I reveived a reply and transport booked withon the same day. During my stay there, the reception, Ms Erika and other colleagues were very approachable and friendly. My nieces were very happy with them. They were given a soft toy as a welcome gift. The hotel do have indoor and outdoor play area for kids. Suitable for family with kids. We ordered grab/ gojek food there (using the app). The hotel concierge sent out food deliveries up to the room. Overall, service superb! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ I will definitely stay in Ascott Kuningan again when I visit Jakarta. Thank you ๐Ÿ˜„

My 2nd time with the hotel back this time with my family. Service was excellent. The concierge and staff at the entrance are always attentive to help. The ladies at the reception are always friendly and helpful. Room was big and spacious. The only area that was not so ideal was the water pressure in the bathrooms are quite weak.

Nice location for business traveller. Rooms are huge with full facilities and very clean and tidy. I booked 3 nights but had to check out early on the 2nd day, but the management somehow helped to cancel and refund for 1 night. Much appreciated.

I stayed at the hotel and needed to travel to several venues for meeting. Due to its convenient location, it saved me lots of time in travelling. The hotel has an adjoining mega mall that offered plenty of choice for food and shopping. In addition, the hotel staff are also very helpful in assisting me run my event at their meeting room.
