"When I was looking for a place to stay in Okayama on a car trip, I came across this hotel, which has a good reputation. And it lived up to its reputation. The room was spacious, the facilities were new and clean."

"房間本身還是挺乾淨的，地理位置也不錯。但是確實挺小，主要是桌子佔了很大一塊地方，如果真的三個人住可能伸不開腿，無法理解都三個人了為什麼還要放桌子。 除此之外因為第一次在攜程訂國外的住宿，這裏不能像airbnb一樣直接和房東溝通所以多了很多麻煩，雖然攜程的服務響應和跟進都很快但是房東給的電話也打不通體驗很差。 我在入住前一天由於不可抗力無法出行想取消通過攜程溝通對方表示不接受，也無法更改入住人數（最後攜程給我補貼了10%的房費）。而在房間是我訂的情況下怕朋友不方便入住特意申請更改了入住人姓名，但是因為是沒有前台的自助入住，朋友到了還沒到入住時間但是服務裏包括行李寄存這一項，又聯繫不上房東，所以朋友衹能把行李寄存在了商場（不過攜程跟進很快並立刻主動提出報銷了寄存費用）但即使已經入住也還是聯繫不上房東，所以第二天退房後朋友找不到寄存的地方還是衹能把行李存在了商場（這是事後問朋友才知道的，當時也沒有説）。 後來因為朋友有東西遺漏在房間還是打不通房東的電話而衹能通過我這邊聯繫攜程再轉達，雖然最後確實找到了朋友的物品也幫忙寄送了，今天終於收到了，不過整體體驗就大打折扣。"

"The hotel is very close to Kurashiki Station, about a 5-minute walk to the left of the South Exit. The staff is very enthusiastic. Although their English may be a little lacking, they try their best to take care of the needs of the guests. My room is just right to see the sunrise and sunset every day, which is very happy! However, the sound insulation of Livemax is generally poor, and friends who need it are recommended to bring earplugs. There is a microwave in the room, which is quite practical. The hygiene is emm, so-so, just wipe the dust yourself, the main focus is on cost-effectiveness."

"We scored a very good deal to reserve a suit on the 8th floor. It was so spacious for 4 of us, and very clean and comfortable. 5min walk to the Kirashiki station, lots of restaurants within 10min walk. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I needed to call 0120 number which I cannot do from my US cell phone. They let me borrow their hotel cell phone. The only complaint was that their wifi kept dropping. It worked well in their lobby. We will stay there again."

"The location of the hotel is incredible! It is just beside the main station exit. The place was in pristine condition, very spacious and the staff extremely polite. The only down side is that it doesn't have a restaurant in which you could have breakfast. There are alot of great places to eat nearby but that would be a bonus."

"Excellent access from the station! It's only a 30-second walk away, so it's perfect for business trips or budget trips by yourself (ΦωΦ) They were very helpful in accommodating my sudden extension of my stay. The room was really minimal in size, but considering the location... The front desk was kind, and it was nice to be able to go out at night without having to worry about anything."

"New beautiful hotel very close to the station (5 min walk) in a great location in the middle of restaurant and downtown area. The rooms are tiny so it’ll be just a place to sleep as you can hardly open a large suitcase, but the hotel has a nice lounge on the top floor. The room is super clean and has a fridge as well as a small electric kettle to make tea. This room had a full bathroom with a large bathtub but we preferred going to the big bathroom upstairs. When I stayed at a smaller room on another day, it only had a shower so it seems to differ by type of room. The breakfast set needs to be purchased separately but we thought it was worth it. The hot dish alternates between Western and Japanese style on a daily basis, and the buffet had all kinds of dishes including a very yummy Japanese style curry. Also, the lounge had a great terrace with an amazing view of the surrounding hills. In overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay to the extent we ended up extending our stay for a few days."
