The location is very convenient, close to the city center and train station! The staff is very friendly! The breakfast is OK if the price is taken into consideration. The facility is poor, the chair in the room is broken. The shower does not work properly ( not able to change the temperature).

The reception staff at this establishment are that perfect combination of efficient and friendly. Every request my husband and I made was happily executed. On our trip to UK (from Australia) we have stayed in posher hotels but the Travelodge in Slough was the most welcoming!

We had excellent service from Supriya and the other staff who were so friendly and helpful. Supriya even put an extra bed into the room as we had a last minute child to accommodate so that was really kind of her. I would just say that the pillows were incredibly hard so it would be good to have some softer ones please! And it was a very noisy location with air conditioning units next door going all night. But Supriya and your lovely staff made up for that - they were sooooo lovely.

It was a nice experience, and Hina was very professional offering all the information about the surrounding area.

Close to the train station, room was quite large, bed was comfy, bathroom satisfactory, breakfast delicious.

Only issues was had to pay for parking

There were nice people working there, one of them was Sepria. The area on the other hand was not very good. Sommething fishi was going on wile we were there

Overall good hotel, great location and food.

Poor hotel with low class of customer service, the staff were rude, only 1 lift worked, fire alarm going off at 4am with no apology and the cleanliness was non existent. This hole is truly a dive. stay Away!!

It is close to the train station and restaurants, making traveling very convenient. Wi-Fi is only free for the first 30 minutes, and 24-hour Wi-Fi is £3. It’s unimaginable that you have to pay to have 24-hour Wi-Fi in a hotel room you booked.

Larry is the man ! He is really helpful , and cheery went out of his way to help us when we needed it . He spent time chatting and making our experience a pleasure

From the moment we arrived, reception was incredibly welcoming. The staff, the managers and entire team were kind and very professional.Nothing was too much trouble. The room were very good and clean. we had very comfortable sleep. Breakfast was highlight- freshly cooked food with good choices of petries and fruits & yogurt. We had perfect stay at your hotel. Thank you for lovely hospitality!

This is a great value hotel, it has clean and comfortable rooms and of course the en suite bathroom. My special thanks to Toyin for a smooth and warm check in experience. The hotel is very centrally located in Slough. Very highly recommended.
