Very poor quality of service. We only had access to our room from 4 p.m., 1 hour after the initial check-in time. The room had no towels, no bath mats, etc. A disaster! I do not recommend it at all and will never set foot there again! A shame this hotel from the 90s…

A great hotel location and vacation spot by the charming Atlantic Ocean, the golden sands and clear water, perfect for swimming and surfing. The Hotel is clean, organized and quiet aside from some shortage in drinking water supply. My family and I (as Saudi Diplomats living in Rabat) do highly recommend your resort to our beloved ones. Special thanks to Mr. Walid, Mme. Mariam in the front desk and Mr. Rashid in events planning for their help in organizing my 18th birthday party. My thanks and appreciation goes to the restaurant staff for their cheerful services especially Mr. Miherane Bouazza, Ahmed Zahran, Mr. Zakaria Jaroud, Mr. Saad and Mr. Khalid. Tala Waleed Addas❤️🇸🇦

While i thought i was bringing some friends for a culinary experience before pursuing our road trip in the country. I was dumbfounded by the horrendous quality of the service for a supposedly 5 star hotel. The waiters are the most inattentive i have ever come across in my trips as a vehement traveler. Not to mention the repellent food we were served after a long wait. The meat was not cooked and smelly. Setting a price for plates of such quality is abhorrent. Such a disappointment

My friends and I went to this hotel go enjoy the pool and the private beach access, the whole experience was fun but one little setback made it kind of bad. There was this security man I guess who was wearing a pink shirt who made sure our stay was horrible, he was mean and rude and so disrespectful, he kept telling us to stop taking pictures at “his hotel” and to go out. This little rude encounter made us leave the hotel at once and we swore we wouldn’t go back as long as he’s there. The other staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

For those who don't kow the place, the location is fantastic, but the rest is below average. It is safe to take a drink but avoid the restaurant. Their menu carte is two lines, poor, limited and very expensive. If you order a pizza, your are in for a frozen dough and not well cooked. Forget the fresh mushrooms, they are canned. Their three offers of meat are minimal and badly presented. Don't talk about fish, they don't know it, or at least prepare it. The service is amateur apart from Houcine. I wouldn't recommend this place for a meal.

The Amphitrite Palace was recommended to me by a Moroccan friend. But a few days before leaving, I had a big bout of stress seeing many very worrying negative reviews (“the hotel is falling apart etc etc”). In the end I have no regrets because even if it is not without its faults, the Amphitrite Palace is one of the most extraordinary hotels in which we have stayed. Its architecture makes it look like a palace from the thousand and one nights, the interior decoration too and above all, how can you not be captivated by this hotel which overlooks the swimming pool, which itself overlooks the sea and the private beach. A true paradise, not far from Rabat which allows you to enjoy the luxury of a palace with a magical view, but also to visit the surrounding area. So yes, it's not perfect, and those used to impersonal, ultra-modern 5-star hotels will indeed be disappointed. Some equipment is damaged (which is normal for an establishment of this size and by the sea!), room service and housekeeping do not always understand our requests, but you just have to explain what is wrong and it is immediately repaired and compensated by subtle attentions. (thanks in particular to Mohammed Bournane for his responsiveness) But if you like palaces with a story, extraordinary places and space and attention (the rooms are huge, the food delicious) go without hesitation to recharge your batteries at the amphitrite palace! Small points for improvement: closing time of the swimming pool and friendliness of the supervisors of this same swimming pool 😅 For the rest, well done for maintaining this establishment with its enormous infrastructure, which really cannot be easy. We will come back with pleasure.

The Amphitrite Palace has improved a lot and I could even say that it has taken over the torch from a long time ago. Although its structure is not recent, it has once again become the best beach hotel in the entire Rabat - Skhirat region. The staff, without exception, are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are very clean and the bedding is very comfortable. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. In the restaurant, the chef offers very good gourmet quality dishes. The swimming pool, as well as the private beach area, are well maintained, well equipped (umbrella deckchairs, towels) and well supervised. Finally, this flagship establishment has regained its former dynamism and all I can do is congratulate the entire management team for their professionalism.

It is shameful! It doesn't even deserve 3 stars. It’s a hotel in decline…my husband came in its glory days and we went there because he had a very good memory…instant disenchantment. The service is non-existent and it started at the entrance: no one tells us the room, no information about the stay. Then the room: old but spacious, we see that it was well before but the maintenance leaves something to be desired, the cleanliness just barely. No tea/coffee in the rooms for a 5 star?! Old towels and bathrobes. Good bedding. The hotel: dirty, poorly maintained, poorly managed. Rust, stains, broken stuff everywhere. The swimming pool: cloudy water. Broken tiles not replaced, dilapidated, rusty parasols… The restaurant: the worst! Only 1 of the 3 is open. It's ok but it was never communicated. The food is inedible, the service is substandard, it’s dirty. The environment: the only thing that saves it and still; We are far from the time when the beach was completely privatized…that’s not very 5 star either. In short, the worst “5 star” experience known. Do not go. And the management's responses are at the height of incompetence: save your time getting your hotel back on its feet rather than comments on the networks.

Response from Property: Unfortunately we did not have the pleasure of meeting you even though we are present at the hotel. That you had good memories of the past, most likely like any new establishment. At present the hotel has aged but remains maintained at all levels, restaurant, room, public places etc. Some points remain debatable. You mention that you did not have coffee or tea facilities in your room. If you are used to traveling, 5* is not a standard in the Kingdom. On the other hand and depending on certain types of suites, the customer or customers benefit from these facilities. Concerning the swimming pool, the water was cloudy last night because the volume of customers who frequent it with creams or oils quickly makes the swimming pool in this state. Last night we had around 200 customers, many of whom were swimming until late at night. In terms of catering, we have two restaurants and room service which meets customer expectations because they are located facing the sea and benefit from large terraces. In the past, we had all the restaurants in operation but those that do not have a terrace have never attracted customers, we are talking about the summer season. Finally on the beach, all beaches in Morocco are public just like many international countries. If you want to go back to the old days, you should send your grievances to the right people. We are still lucky to have a dealership which gives this “private” aspect, it is a very good alternative. I do not wish to comment on the last point, you are free to express yourself since it is fashionable to give voice to listeners, viewers, readers which in my opinion pollutes realities and erases the professional comments of the guides. Very, very regrettable!!! that said, good luck in your vacation or getaway. Fortunately, we have customers who give positive reviews, which reassures us. Direction

The hotel is excellently located, with a pleasant swimming pool and plenty of places to relax in the sun as it should be. Regarding the catering, it's simple but good, not too expensive and you can smoke in the dining room, without the smoke disturbing surrounding customers. The rooms are simple, but the beds are good quality. Nothing to complain about the toilets and bathrooms, however, the regularity of the availability of bathrobes and towels and the showers do not have removable heads, they are fixed to the wall! The staff is warm and pleasant at any time of the day, this is not the case everywhere, it is appreciable. I recommend !

This is my 4th stay in this hotel and each time it goes wonderfully starting with the reservation service MR Sefflioui was very professional he was immediately able to give us the suite that suited us and we are very very satisfied, a very beautiful spacious suite with all the amenities, comfort, impeccable cleanliness. The setting is magnificent with a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the ocean. The restaurant is excellent the menu is varied and the chef is a maestro it is so delicious that we tried all the dishes offered on his menu let's not forget the cleaning ladies, lifeguard, security and the very professional waiters In short, it is a palace worthy of the name and recommended to anyone who wishes to relax in a just extraordinary setting, really BRAVO, I tip my hat

2nd stay for us, the first went very well. This one was the perfect opposite, for a reservation of 3 suites NO fridge works, then we went to the swimming pool and they made us pay in addition to paying for the suites 350 dirham per person to have access to the swimming pool I remind you we had 3 suites. To end this famous stay we wanted to go out and took the elevator, it was blocked and all the emergency systems were deactivated, it was impossible to call for help, fortunately we had our phones, we simply stayed locked up for 1 hour under 40 degrees in a 7-person elevator knowing that this one is supposed to support 10 people and 1000 kg, there were only 7 of us with 4 children... Absolutely avoid.

Response from Property: We very much regret your dissatisfaction with this second stay but explanations are essential in order to reassure you about what happened. The elevator where you were temporarily blocked was overloaded with more than 1000 kilos at that time, which explains this blockage. This elevator generally works very well. At pool entrances, resident customers do not pay for access but you had people with you who did not have a room and who requested the beach and swimming pool facilities. On the other hand, we do not wish to revisit other incidents that happened on your side because they would be very detrimental for you and not for us. We made a good point when you left and we hope for your return soon, Management
