Response from Property: Unfortunately we did not have the pleasure of meeting you even though we are present at the hotel. That you had good memories of the past, most likely like any new establishment. At present the hotel has aged but remains maintained at all levels, restaurant, room, public places etc. Some points remain debatable. You mention that you did not have coffee or tea facilities in your room. If you are used to traveling, 5* is not a standard in the Kingdom. On the other hand and depending on certain types of suites, the customer or customers benefit from these facilities. Concerning the swimming pool, the water was cloudy last night because the volume of customers who frequent it with creams or oils quickly makes the swimming pool in this state. Last night we had around 200 customers, many of whom were swimming until late at night. In terms of catering, we have two restaurants and room service which meets customer expectations because they are located facing the sea and benefit from large terraces. In the past, we had all the restaurants in operation but those that do not have a terrace have never attracted customers, we are talking about the summer season. Finally on the beach, all beaches in Morocco are public just like many international countries. If you want to go back to the old days, you should send your grievances to the right people. We are still lucky to have a dealership which gives this “private” aspect, it is a very good alternative. I do not wish to comment on the last point, you are free to express yourself since it is fashionable to give voice to listeners, viewers, readers which in my opinion pollutes realities and erases the professional comments of the guides. Very, very regrettable!!! that said, good luck in your vacation or getaway. Fortunately, we have customers who give positive reviews, which reassures us. Direction

Response from Property: We very much regret your dissatisfaction with this second stay but explanations are essential in order to reassure you about what happened. The elevator where you were temporarily blocked was overloaded with more than 1000 kilos at that time, which explains this blockage. This elevator generally works very well. At pool entrances, resident customers do not pay for access but you had people with you who did not have a room and who requested the beach and swimming pool facilities. On the other hand, we do not wish to revisit other incidents that happened on your side because they would be very detrimental for you and not for us.
