Second stay at the Robertson House - the main draw is the location. On top of being near most attractions, its surrounding area is tranquil and has a nice mall opposite it.

Apparently Trip.com had made the booking in an unorthodox way, but the hotel staff was kind and patient enough to sort out my booking expediently. The hotel room was comfortable and clean, location is good if you're comfortable using the MRT and bus network in Singapore.

Room smaller and primitive than expected. The top floor library is not actually a library and not open for room guests but exclusively for the vip floor which is rather disappointing. Front desk service is good.

Amazing stay, cozy room and excellent service. Location was great with 711 convenient store just around the corner. Decent American style breakfast.

Walls were a little too thin - I could hear the next hotel room's snorer +- the occasional sounds. The pool was nice and relaxing at night.

Hotel is in a great location just minutes away from the train station that will take you almost everywhere. The only downside is that the room was tiny, bed as well quite small. Everything looks fine and clean, staff is nice and helpful. Location is a must.

Overall is good, hotel is clean, service in breakfast is good, except customer service at concierge is average and got fire alarm at 3am all the sudden in 1 night without reason.

The water temperature is still the same old problem. And inside the room 537, there is a water leakage problem for the bathtub. So the hotel should really take a look on the hardware regular maintenance.

Great check in experience by Jeremy and he patiently explained on the facilities. Room size ok however there is moldy smell coming from the carpet. Cleanliness to be improved. Could see carpet still having crumbs and dusty.The lady cleaning my room was very helpful and friendly though. On 2nd day saw one 'bug' not sure was it bed bug or some German cockroach on the bed. My neck had some redness and itch thereafter.

Good vibes, good atmosphere. Very convenient. Breakfast is standard which can be better. Room is spacious enough and room amenities are just fine.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their exceptional attention to detail—they were friendly, thoughtful, and always one step ahead in making sure guests felt comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering a great balance of comfort and functionality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything from the linens to the bathroom amenities felt premium. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch—modern, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. I especially enjoyed the game room, which was a fun and unexpected bonus. It’s perfect for relaxing or spending time with friends and family. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.
