Recommended temp residence while waiting for new place to be ready.

I stayed temporarily for six days. I am quite satisfied with the price. The supporting facilities are a bit poor. The breakfast is average. The room is quite large. At least it is very cost-effective at this location.

The room is very good. It has a foyer, dining room, kitchen and laundry room. It is also very convenient to go out to eat. The swimming pool is especially convenient! The balcony can directly see the river, which is also great for walking in the evening! It is especially suitable for the whole family to wash and dry clothes. It is much more convenient than a hotel.

The decoration of the house is very old. Fortunately, the transportation is convenient and the scenery is okay. There is a bar next to it, which can be a bit noisy at night.

Clean and tidy, cost-effective, suitable for family travel

This is a serviced apartment with obvious advantages and disadvantages. Let’s talk about the advantages first. The vicinity of Clark Pier is very convenient and quiet. Fort Canning and the riverside are both suitable for walking. There are also many places to eat nearby. The rooms and apartments are well equipped with all facilities, such as tableware, washing machines and dryers. It is suitable for a family. travel. The shortcomings are also obvious. The hotel is very environmentally friendly. It almost does not replenish tissue paper or change sheets. The facilities are quite old. There is only cleaning on 2-4-6 every week. It is difficult to get a taxi if you don't book a taxi. If you can accept it, it is still worth it. Hotel to stay in again.

The room is large and fully equipped.

My 10 months at the residence have been just amazing. The kindness of the staff is something that I’ve never experienced. Their courtesy is just beyond any possible expectations and there is no problem they cannot figure out for you. Every person who works there deserves a special mention. Being that list too long, I just want to send my regards to Barak at the reception desk, who has been not only an excellent professional on his job, but also a friendly and fun person to have a chat with during my coffee time.

The staff have all been excellent, especially our cleaner (Lily) given we have active young children. Rooms have everything you need such as bed, desk, cupboards etc. The ceiling is approx 3m high and windows are large enough to let in ample natural light. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your own meals. It even includes a rice cooker. They only drawback is the building is a little dated and that our unit was very close to a plant of sorts located on the rooftop of another building. The noises and vibration generated could sometimes be very loud and uncomfortable to the ear. Thankfully, it was only occasional. Had we been out earlier (before 8) most mornings, it might not be such an issue.

We had a wonderful stay in the Village Residence Robertson Quay, which I can highly recommend to fellow travelers. The apartment was stratetically located, very spacious and comfortable, ultra clean, and everything that anyone would need (including washing machine, kitchen utensils, etc.). The staff was very professional and friendly, especially Mr Deon and Mr Maatin, the most friendly reception staff I have ever met. I can only recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Singapore for a short or long stay...

We stayed here for a week. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and convenient for a longer stay. Spick and span interior, well furnished. Kitchen and washer/dryer were very handy though we didn't make much use of the kitchen. Staff very polite and helpful. The balcony overlooking the river was very nice to have. The location is excellent, quiet spot by the river but enough shops and restaurants nearby. Ideal spot for a morning walk along the river. Only two minor suggestions for improvement (1) some ventilation in the bathrooms would be nice (2) some more wall outlets and maybe a couple of power adapters for foreign visitors. Nevertheless, we had a very comfortable stay and would happily stay here again.

Great staff! Deon and team were very friendly which made my stay very pleasant. I was in singapore for business and needed a place that was well located, reasonably priced and had large enough units for me to work out if. This was great for this purpose

Our family had one of the best adventures of our lives when we stayed at VRRQ from August - October 2024. We were renovating our house and were anxious that it would be tough staying out. We couldn't have imagined the warm and caring hospitality provided by Ace Tan (Area Ops Manager) and her extraordinary team (Keith, Shoufi, Deon, Barak, Matiin, Reuben, Rahman, Amit, Li Li, Suk Ing, Jack, Ah Tong, Andy, Vengard, Venu, Norsiah, Sri, Roshaan, Bakhtiar, Han, Sahril, Cynthia, and Ek Heng). They were exceptionally attentive and responsive. Their authentic warmth generated new friendships for us. Living by the Singapore River at Robertson Quay was already a treat but it became a luxury because of the beautiful human touch by the VRRQ team. If you are looking for a serviced apartment, be sure to consider this home away from home. Make it your adventure too. 😄

Went to this place for business Trip. The place is very nice and very near with the Airport. feels very happy to walk around in the morning, looking for fresh air and also nice view in the Clark Quay area.definitely will come back again soon on our next trip
