The hotel was very basic and clean. It was very near the bus station but significantly far from the train station.

Perfect hotel for my needs. The room is suitable enough for a short stay and has all basic comforts for the good price. Location is not far from the MTR and it's well connected to the airport and city center. James and Salma from the staff were very kind and helpful during my stay.

This hotel is a great choice for a short stay. The room is small, but perfect for two people. For a 2-star hotel, it was better than expected. The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. A good place to stay for a simple trip!

Enjoyed the 2 nights stay while working online in the room. The floor was sticky but settled with a pair of room slippers collectable from the front reception. Lots of 24 hours eating places and felt safe with the environment.

Great location, walking distance to eatery, MTR and buses. Front Desk staffs service is excellent. The room sound proof is bad - HSKP staffs start works early (around 6am) and clearly heard other guest walking passed or talking in the corridor; PEST control needed (little cockroaches seen around the room and bathroom) and bathroom exhaust fan not working.

Hotel is very near to MRT. Cleanliness is super good. Highly recommended

Receptionist are very friendly and polite, this has no doubt increases the score significantly. Very lean check in/out process, a lot of restaurants and eating places nearby. Location wise is ok for me, although might not comfortable for those who don’t like to walk 5-7 minutes from nearest MRT station. It’s a value for money stay.

Bed hard and when you turned and you can hear spring sound? Ho to sleep? Ask counter change room for me and he argued with me that no one can complain so far?don't even apologize? Cockroach 🪳 easy found? How to stay again?

Nice and clean

Funky smell in the room. Most of the bathroom had some sort of mold or something. Can’t forget the small shower bugs either. Friendly and kind staff, but room itself is awful.

We had a good experience, though we needed to walk for 15 minutes from the train station it was worth it, since the hotel is clean and comfortable, and we had a nice sleep.

Good hotel. Near to public transport and shops. Although quite small for a queen bed, the size matched the price.

Good for 1night stay

Room is pretty comfortable for solo/couple travel Pretty convenient location and not too far from airport. Staff is very helpful and give you all convenient information. Love it
