Not very clean, but one good thing to be mentioned is that, they really didn't assign a corner room for us!!!

This place is a dump, don’t book here, the front desk are totally incompetent. I don’t have air conditioning for 2 days now and they are fully booked and refused to refund me. Horrible Horrible hotel, everything is old and bugs everywhere

Area is good room not much

It's not recommended if u have children.there is stain in the floor my nephew thought it was blood.also there is also bugs..

I was delayed and checked in a little late. Requested to check out at 1pm the next day and the counter staff attended to me allowed it. However, the other staff did not agree to it as there were no indications regarding it. They could only allowed up to 12.30pm check out time to the maximum! I pleaded with them but to no avail and hence..said that I would try my best then. After which they tried all kinds of “tricks” from 12 noon to get you out! Such mean people! I was disappointed and upset!

Chose this hotel as it is located in Orchard and has spacious rooms but those are basically the only good points of this place. We did not expect anything luxurious considering the listing photos and how the hotel looks like those older ones but at least just the basic standard. The towels all had holes and threads were falling apart. There were small cockroaches crawling around in the room and bathroom. Thick dust build up in the air conditioning vents and corners of the room too. The signages were just written in pen and paper. We went down to the lobby at one point in the evening asking if we can have our towels changed but the staff only told us that ‘this is a budget hotel. tomorrow you can come back’. It is greatly shocking for a hotel like this to exist in Singapore. I’ve been to a number of budget hotels in SG, areas far away from the city center but never experienced something like this. I hope management considers upgrading or do an overall update in their quality of service because something as basic as towels and signages would definitely ruin an otherwise enjoyable experience.

The hotel’s definitely seen better days—everything feels a bit outdated. The front desk staff weren’t exactly the friendliest either, which didn’t help the vibe. However, the hotel’s prime location—just a short walk from Orchard Road and Plaza Singapura—remains its strongest asset.

If you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel this is it!!! Cheapest one in Singapore! Located in Kramat road near Orchard Rd ✅ Budget hotel ✅ (No amenities included: bottled water, soap,shampoo,toothbrush and toothpaste) Near to 7/11, Bus stop(2min walk Orchard Rd), MRT stations(5min walk Dhoby Ghaut),shopping malls(5min walk Centerpoint & plaza singapora), restaurants, tourist attractions ✅ Very friendly and accommodating staff and owner 💯 What you pay, is what you get ✅ Old hotel(dont expect anything fancy) but if you’re just looking for a place to just sleep and rest, then HOTEL SUPREME IT IS! PS: we are always out, walking around. Go out at 7am, back at 9pm 😆

The hotel is situated in a convenient location, within walking distance of the famous Orchard Road, a laundry facility, a bar, and grocery stores. However, it is a budget hotel with very basic offerings. They only provide soap as an amenity, and while towels are available, they are in poor condition. The hotel rooms are outdated, with old furniture and an uncomfortable mattress. The room was dusty, and the cleanliness did not meet expectations. Hotel lift also very old. The shower had issues, with no hot water available at night and excessively hot, unadjustable water in the morning. Overall, the stay was disappointing despite the great location.

Affordable and good location. Staff are also friendly and considerate.
