Cleanliness: it is okay thou i found small cockroach inside the room. It was abit old building.
Location: for me its near to everything. Restaurants are all around, bus stop to everywhere is only 2 mins walk.
Service: the receptionists doesn’t really speak to you unless youll approach them hence they are approachable. They even let us iron our clothes in their laundry area.
Amenities: they offer toothbrush and liquid soap for the guest.

It was a good room for 3 people , hotel was near to bus station so we didnt have a hard time roaming around the city. It was a nice stay for its price. ;)

Worst hotel! Dirty, stinky,LOOKS NICE IN THE PICTURE BUT WORST IN PERSONAL...scam hotel!!!
NEVER AGAIN!!! I booked for 5 days but my family and i stayed only for 2 hrs... they didn't refund our money, DON'T TRY THIS HOTEL, THIS IS SCAM!!!kuddos to trip.com they have good service .

The hotel is very clean & have great staffs. There is a bathtub with big water flow. The ac is very cold.

If you are looking for a budget friendly and clean comfy place to stay with friends or family, it is a recommended hotel.
Do not expect a very grand accommodation, you get what you paid considering it is in Singapore where places to stay are very expensive.

have to cancle my booking because got issues about VEP card...already request to cancle booking but my request was rejected & hotel strictly dont want to refund..not recommended due to cannot discussing while you have an emergency matter

The guy receptionist was not accommodating at all. He let me put the towels to their laundry area, seriously as a customer do I really have to do that? One more thing, they are not cleaning the rooms regularly unless you asked for it. We have to asked for new sets of towels and tooth brushes. We also have to brought down our trashes since there is no room service at all! Worst hotel! Won’t stay there again and will inform our families and friends not to stay at K Hotel!

The experience was very bad. Though i understand it’s cheap but the hotel is not easy to find. It looks old and dirty. I don’t even dare to shower in the bathtub because it’s very dirty. They don’t provide toothpaste as well.

Beware of K Hotel 12: A Disappointing Experience!
I recently stayed at K Hotel 12 in Singapore and was appalled by the experience, prompting me to warn others. Contrary to the promising photos on Trip.com, the room I was assigned bore no resemblance to what was advertised—missing basic amenities, decor, and space. It felt more like a cell than a hotel room, cramped with a distinct, unpleasant smell and just one electrical outlet for three guests.
The cleanliness and maintenance were below any reasonable standard, with visible mold on walls, broken switches, and a lack of hygiene. The bathroom facilities were dismal, and the air conditioning unit was both noisy and dysfunctional, leaking water continuously.
Moreover, the hotel engages in deceptive practices, offering $20 cashback for 5-star reviews, which misleadingly inflates its online ratings. This is not a loyalty program but a scheme to mislead potential guests.
The public spaces were also a letdown, with a pervasive disturbing odor, not at all reflecting the online images. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience of my life, significantly tarnishing our trip to Singapore.
I strongly advise against booking at this establishment unless you want your vacation ruined.

It was not the best locations to the tourists spots and the room is soo small and tight for 3 persons.
The tissue is too thin and the bath tub is not working. There’s no shower curtain so the water is splashing in the toilet and the floor. The rubbish is not taken out everyday.

The air conditioner takes more than 10 minutes to cool and it was not even that cold. The bath tub is stained looking dirty. The toilet has no shower curtain so water is all over the place afterwards.
