Pretty much the best hotel in Singapore, for you have to be staying here in order to be able to agree with my review. Seriously, which road in Singapore is synonymous with Singapore past time - shopping. X marks the spot. Location aside, the attention to details by all staff is highly appreciated. What is clearly displayed are SOPs derived from experience, eg the reminder (repeated each time by every staff) to remove your cash card before approaching the carpark gantry to use the free parking voucher, this is remarkable. And as my other half has been unwell, without further questions asked (except to ask of her health) or proof to show, the immediate extension of my check out time from the normal of 12pm to 3pm was immediately granted and updated in the system, even though the hotel seemed to be fully booked. Team Hilton Singapore Orchard, especifically to Jas and Amanda (front desk). You have outdone yourselves and set the benchmark for others to follow / emulate. We like that glass bottle filtered water is provided (without us having to go out of the room and fill up at some dispenser) and to coffee aficionados, a Nespresso machine, sewing kits sent to the room almost immediately upon request.
