Was bitten by bed bugs and my right arm was very itching and swollen. My wife suffered the same consequence. Hope the hotel management will look into this issue and get professional to deal with it.

I am quite surprised with the room.. Clean, spacious and near the Pokok Sena Restaurant who serve one of tje best nasi beryani in Batu Pahat

BP has many hotels and most of these are quite old. Pelican's inside is quite clean, the bed is good for my back, I do not see any problem staying here. There is no breakfast in the restaurant. No worry, there are a lot of nice food at BP.

Big,good location,Clean, but some of the plug can’t use, so if you want to charging your phone only have 1 plug can use.

Easy parking. Staff were friendly and helpful. Near asam pedas or nasi briani BP restaurants. Just a walking distance to the latest attraction BP cruise at Dataran Shah Bandar.

Good hotel at affordable rate. The only downside is there are limited to channels available.

Spacious room I like it! Very well maintained old hotel, furniture classic. Got private car park, opposite got food court and nearby also got shop lot. Very convenient location, go to town like Pasar only need 6mins. Will come here again if visit Batu Pahat again.

Breakfast provided by Al carte, room was ok, bathroom a bit small especially shower area, bit narrow. No extra plug for business travelers like me who need for laptop, you have to use the TV plug.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting

Hotel ok. Location is good but without breakfast provided.

Its an outdated hotel but everything is complete in the room i have no complain at all. Service is good , aircond is cold & bed is comfortable too. Recommended for a short stay while in Batu Pahat. It may have a damp smell at the common area though. But a good night sleep is the most important factor.
