Hotel located next to Starbucks coffee, very convenient to drink a coffee, however the hotel doesn't provide free breakfast and also no live TV.

The service is good. Be careful with trip.com as i book for 2 rooms & also paid for 2 room but when i arrive at the hotel, they said they only receive a booking of 1 room & they even showed me the booking from their system. After 30minutes of discussing and i’m so lucky that night, someone checkout early and i get 2 rooms and the receptionist is very polite and helpful. Keep on apologise for things that is not their fault but i get a different room from what i booked but i think it is ok as all the hotel were fully booked. The door having problem which is nit functioning well but i just stay for 1 night so no problem with me. Others, i’m satisfied with the service and room. The room & toilet is very spacious and we have a good sleep. Thanks to the receptionist.

first time stay hotel the blanket is like one light cloth ,if got bring kids or u scared cold suggest bring ur own blanket if u stay this hotel 😂

The attitude of the person in charge of the front desk is bad, talk very impatiently. The wallpaper of the room is torn off and there are stains on the bed sheet. They didn't provide a towel so I had to wipe myself with my dirty clothes after my bath. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, this hotel should be fine.

The location is convenient and accessible to the bus interchange. The staff are friendly and allowed me to store my luggage before check-in time. Overall, the room is clean and comfortable, and the check-out process is quick. I will choose to stay at this hotel again for my next visit and will recommend it to my friends.

Hotel is basic. Price is reasonable for basic hotel. Things are a bit old. But the good thing is ventilation is working which I can't say the same for lots of other similar class hotel. Good value if you are not expecting sky for the price. Decent and will come again when I need just a sleep after a long drive. Thank you. Aircon is working. But seem like not inverter type.

Spacious room I like it! Very well maintained old hotel, furniture classic. Got private car park, opposite got food court and nearby also got shop lot. Very convenient location, go to town like Pasar only need 6mins. Will come here again if visit Batu Pahat again.
