The biggest regret is that there is no elevator. The building is very high and the stairs are difficult to climb. No one in the hotel helped with the luggage, so I had to carry the large suitcase up the stairs by myself, which was very tiring. The location and environment are pretty good.

It is a beautiful location to stay. It exudes peace and quiet and in this monastery you can really relax. You are in the center of Sienna in ten minutes. Good extensive breakfast and delicious coffee with cakes! Enjoyed, highly recommended

Very good location for visiting Siena, the advantage of the parking, certainly paid but essential, and a superb breakfast, the only downside is the very fluctuating hot water.

The hotel is an old cloister and is picturesque, but there is no elevator and carrying suitcases is a bit heavy. The buffet breakfast is quite complete, but poorly organized and they do not replenish what is running out quickly. The beds are comfortable, but you can hear those in the next room and those in the room above.
